Abstract

Most students graduating from junior high school want to continue their desires, especially to vocational schools, this can be proven by the number of junior high school students who take the entrance examination to the vocational high school. What is unfortunate is the lack of maturity they choose the department in the targeted vocational school. This kind of situation has an impact on the cost of education that has already been spent, both on the parents of students and the government who subsidize the school to be not useful because the student does not have adequate skills for the chosen department, other negative consequences are students who drop out. Vocational schools prioritize the formation of students who are ready to enter the workforce and develop professional attitudes consisting of various majors. The number of majors at the vocational level makes it difficult for prospective students to determine the right majors according to their abilities, therefore a decision support system is needed that can determine the majors according to the values, interests and abilities of prospective students. This research applies fuzzy logic with Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to facilitate the determination of vocational high school majors.

Abstract

Modul penerimaan Negara Generasi Kedua (MPN G2) is a state revenue system that uses electronic deposits. Where currently Taxpayers can be easier, faster and more accurate in fulfilling tax obligations by utilizing electronic facilities provided by the online Directorate General of Taxes. To determine the level of satisfaction of taxpayers on MPN G2 attributes, a satisfaction measurement process is required by using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method. The CSI measurement results can be used as benchmark in order to improve the Modul Penerimaan Negara Generasi Kedua (MPN G2) system. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The sampling method is the Non Probability Sampling method, while the Non Probability sampling method used is Purpose Sampling. The CSI calculation results for MPN G2 servant quality attributes is 90.61 percent. It means that the total satisfaction level between 81% - 100%, means that the taxpayer is very satisfied with the performance of MPN G2 service quality attributes.

Abstract

Film is a subject of interest by a large number of people among the social networking community who have significant differences in their opinions or sentiments. Sentiment analysis or opinion mining is one solution to overcome the problem to classify opinions or reviews into positive or negative opinions automatically. The technique used in this study is Naive Bayes and Support Vector Machines (SVM). Naive Bayes has advantages that are simple, fast and have high accuracy. Whereas SVM is able to identify a separate hyperplane that maximizes the margin between two different classes. The results of the sentiment classification in this study consisted of two class labels, namely positive and negative. The value of accuracy produced will be a benchmark for finding the best testing model for sentiment classification cases. Evaluation is done using 10 fold cross validation. Accuracy measurements were measured by confusion matrix and ROC curve. The results showed that the accuracy value for the Naive Bayes algorithm was 84.50%. While the accuracy value of the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm is greater than Naive Bayes which is equal to 90.00%.

Abstract

PT. Citra Semesta Energy sebagai agen bbm industri menyediakan fasilitas kredit bagi customer lama maupun baru. Fasilitas kredit tersebut ternyata menimbulkan beberapa customer melakukan telat bayar. Peneliti mencoba menggunakan algoritma C4.5 dan KNN untuk mengklasifikasikan customer tersebut. Dan hasil pengklasifikasian terbaik dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan algoritma C4.5 dengan hasil accuracy 84% +/-4,26 % serta nilai grafik AUC 0,686+/-0,686. Dan kemudian dibandingkan dengan algoritma KNN dengan nilai accuracy 84.86% +/-4,26%, serta nilai AUC 0,692+/-0,121.

Abstract

Dalam setiap perusahaan, instansi, organisasi atau badan usaha akan memberikan gaji sebagai kompensasi dari kinerja seorang karyawan. Hal ini dikarenakan karyawan merupakan salah satu sumber daya yang digunakan sebagai alat penggerak dalam memajukan suatu perusahaan. Disamping itu banyak perusahaan yang memberikan penghargaan kepada karyawannya melalui pemberian bonus berdasarkan kinerja karyawan yang dianggap memuaskan perusahaan dengan tujuan untuk memotivasi karyawan supaya dapat bekerja lebih giat lagi. Pada Rumah Sakit Buah Hati Ciputat sendiri perhitungan kriteria untuk penerimaan bonus karyawan masih secara subjektif atau perorangan. Sehingga membuat pemberian keputusan dalam pemberian bonus masih dirasa belum tepat, sedangkan dengan jumlah karyawan yang begitu banyak dapat memakan waktu yang relatif lebih lama. Setelah melakukan penelitian mengenai sistem pendukung keputusan pemberian bonus karyawan menggunakan metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process), penulis telah menarik beberapa kesimpulan, diantaranya terdapat 4 kriteria perbandingan berpasangan yang digunakan Rumah Sakit Buah Hati Ciputat dalam proses pemberian bonus, yaitu: Keahlian, Sikap & Perilaku, Loyalitas, dan Tanggung Jawab.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi internet dan kemudahan akses dari berbagai peralatan komunikasi, memberikan pengaruh terhadap gaya konsumen jaman now untuk berbelanja secara efektif dan efisien. Peran perdagangan secara elektronik berbasis web dalam persaingan bisnis menuntut lebih kreatif dan inovatif untuk lebih memanjakan konsumen tetap loyal. E-commerce merupakan suatu upaya untuk memberikan kemudahan bertransaksi secara online kapanpun dan dimanapun tanpa konsumen harus keluar rumah. Oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu strategi untuk pengolahan data konsumen, promosi produk, penjualan produk dan mengolah data pelayanan konsumen untuk mendapatkan pelanggan sebanyak mungkin sesuai target yang telah ditetapkan oleh sebuah perusahaan.Pendekatan metode Customer Relationship management (CRM) melalui operasional, analitik dan kolaboratif menjadi tolak ukur dalam pembuatan situs E-CRM berbasis web agar sesuai dengan kebutuhan dalam mendapatkan hubungan yang baik dengan konsumen. Metodologi FAST (Freamwork for Application of Systems Technology) digunakan untuk pengembangan sistem aplikasi melalui pendekatan model Driven Development strategy. Teknis perancangan sistem dengan menggunakan UseCase Diagram dan Activity Diagram serta Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD).Aplikasi MySql Server, Webserver digunakan untuk mendukung pembuatan Basis Data.

Abstract

Dalam menjalankan bisnisnya, sebuah perusahaan dituntut untuk memberikan kualitas pelayanan yang terbaik bagi konsumen. Hal ini merupakan tanggung jawab bagi perusahaan dalam rangka menarik perhatian konsumen agar bisnis yang dijalani terus berkembang. Salah satu tolak ukur pelayanan yang baik adalah ketepatan waktu pelayanan, yang meliputi waktu mengantri dan waktu proses pelayanan. Antrian dapat saja timbul dikarenakan oleh kebutuhan akan layanan yang melebihi kapasitas layanan, sehingga pengguna fasilitas yang tiba tidak dapat segera mendapatkan layanan disebabkan oleh kesibukan layanan. Untuk itu dibutuhkan suatu metode untuk mengelola antrian tersebut sehingga fasilitas layanan yang ditambahkan tidak menimbulkan pengurangan keuntungan perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode Waiting Line untuk mengelola antrian pelayanan penjualan merchandise kampus yang masih belum optimal di PT. COME Indonusa Jakarta dengan cara menghitung sistem antrian perusahaan pada saat ini dan mengetahui sistem antrian perusahaan setelah dilakukannya alternatif solusi terpilih. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dengan membuat sistem penjualan online (e-commerce), menambahkan staf operasional dan penambahan perangkat komputer mampu meminimalkan antrian dan mampu meningkatkan laba perusahaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui program keahlian yang sesuai dengan minat dan kemampuan siswa yang ditinjau dari alasan dasar siswa dalam memilih program keahlian. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dimana sumber data berasal dari siswa kelas sepuluh serta dokumen atau arsip yang berhubungan dengan sejarah pekembangan SMK Daarul Uluum Jakarta. Sampling diambil berdasarkan perhitungan menggunakan rumus slovin dan analisis dan analisis data menggunakan metode Analytical hierarchy process (AHP). Dengan penelitian ini diharapkan adanya perbaikan tentang cara pandang siswa dalam menentukan jurusan yang akan dipilih siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa sesuai dengan hasil perhitungan matematis metode AHP 43,4% dari jawaban responden memilih akuntansi, 32,2% memilih administrasi perkantoran,dan 24,4% memilih teknik komputer jaringan sebagai program keahlian pilihan mereka. Pertimbangan hobby & kesenangan menjadi alasan dasar siswa yang paling diutamakan bila dilihat berdasarkan sasaran secara global dan pertimbangan peluang kerja bila dilihat berdasarkan tingkat pengaruh alasan dasar itu sendiri terhadap program keahlian. Hasil yang diperoleh tersebut diharapkan menjadi suatu perhatian dan dapat disikapi secara positif agar dapat berbuah manis dan tidak menimbulkan masalah dikemudian hari sebagaimana alasan dasar memiliki dampak positif maupun dampak negatif

Abstract

During the period of 2008, the distribution of KUR (Kredit Usaha Rakyat) is very effective when compared with the period of 2009. KUR velocity distribution may be due to the high banks in channeling the spirit of KUR, is quite effective dissemination among the banking and society, policy ATMR (Aktiva Tertimbang Menurut Risiko) are laxer and the many demands of prospective borrowers KUR decent but less bankable. The purpose of this paper is making obtaining priority weight of each factor and alternative options to choose borrowers who received micro-enterprise credit people with the greatest priority. The method this study outlined three stages in solving the problem. The first phase, the analysis was conducted to analyze the problem. The second step is data collection began with the distribution of questionnaires, observation, interview, and literature study. Data analysis phase as the third stage, data analysis methods will be used is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) in decision-making with the Expert Choice program analysis which is computer software to determine the choices in making decisions with multiple criteria decision making based on the methodology developed by Saaty. Results Decision Support system Kredit Usaha Rakyat Mikro disbursement by the banks which consists of six criteria: income level, a frequency of credit, length of business, venture capital, education, loan repayment. The highest weighting is the criteria for venture capital, followed by the frequency of credit, length of business, income level, educational level, and the last time loan repayment. Priority for the alternative name for the micro business sector borrowers candidate Peoples Business Loan (KUR) Micro getting KUR Micro is Food Enterprises, grocery and Business Enterprises Business Services, and Agriculture and Fisheries.

Abstract

SMK Prima Travel provides scholarships for some students who are less able and has a learning achievement in school to help the educational process. The purpose of this scholarship is to reduce the number of students who drop out of school due to lack of funds to meet the needs of education, to increase students' motivation and to help students who have economic difficulties. In the selection of scholarship acceptance, there are several assessment criteria, including the average value of report cards, home ownership status, transportation to school, the number of parent income, number of dependents of parents, and the number of siblings. The assessment was performed by the school in a way that is still manual, ie scholarship acceptance selection is based on economic circumstances and does not see the criteria that have been defined so that the results are still less precise and accurate. The neuro-fuzzy approach will be used for screening reception awardees to show that the assessment can be done more accurately and faster when compared to admission scholarship selection system is done manually. Tests on these studies show that the model of the triangular and trapezoidal membership functions have the same accuracy results amounted to 99.7%. While the test results gauss membership function models have accuracy values of 98% and a model gbell membership function has a value of 93.9% accuracy.
