Abstract

PT. Citra Semesta Energy sebagai agen bbm industri menyediakan fasilitas kredit bagi customer lama maupun baru. Fasilitas kredit tersebut ternyata menimbulkan beberapa customer melakukan telat bayar. Peneliti mencoba menggunakan algoritma C4.5 dan KNN untuk mengklasifikasikan customer tersebut. Dan hasil pengklasifikasian terbaik dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan algoritma C4.5 dengan hasil accuracy 84% +/-4,26 % serta nilai grafik AUC 0,686+/-0,686. Dan kemudian dibandingkan dengan algoritma KNN dengan nilai accuracy 84.86% +/-4,26%, serta nilai AUC 0,692+/-0,121.

Abstract

In a competitive business environment, selecting the best customers is a strategic step to improve marketing efficiency and build profitable long-term relationships. However, this process is often constrained by subjectivity in determining criteria and evaluating alternatives. This study aims to develop an objective and measurable decision-making model by integrating of the Respond to Criteria Weighting (RECA weighting) and the method of measurement of alternatives and ranking according to compromise solution (MARCOS). The RECA weighting is used to determine the weight of criteria based on the response to their level of importance, while MARCOS is used to evaluate and rank customer alternatives based on proximity to the ideal solution. The final ranking of customers is determined using the RECA weighting method and MARCOS, which reflects the final value of each customer alternative; Customer 3 obtained the highest final score of 1.2339, indicating the best overall performance based on the established evaluation criteria. Furthermore, Customer 7 and Customer 1 are in second and third place with scores of 1.2096 and 1.1546, respectively, indicating that these three customers are the main candidates to be prioritized in the customer relationship strategy. The result of the integration of these two methods provides a decision support system that is able to generate accurate and logical customer ratings, and supports data-driven strategic decision-making. This model is expected to be an effective solution in improving the quality of business decisions, especially in managing customer relationships more on target and efficiently.

Abstract

The evaluation of the performance of non-permanent employees is a significant challenge for organizations due to the high turnover rate and the limited tenure of these employees. The manual evaluation processes often lead to biases, inconsistencies, and a lack of accuracy in supporting decision-making. This research aims to develop a decision support system based on the RECA and COPRAS methods to produce a more objective, transparent, and systematic evaluation. RECA is used to determine the criteria weights proportionally based on each contribution, while COPRAS functions to assess and provide a final ranking of employee performance by considering both benefit and cost-type criteria. The research results show that this system is capable of sorting non-permanent employees fairly with ranking results of E-AS-05 with a score of 100%, E-AS-03 with a score of 97.32%, E-AS-01 with a score of 94.03%, E-AS-02 with a score of 88.34%, and E-AS-04 with a score of 82.19%. The integration of the RECA and COPRAS methods not only enhances the effectiveness of performance evaluation but also provides a tangible contribution to supporting more efficient and sustainable human resource management.

Abstract

This study aims to design a web-based application for lending practical tools with photo verification at SMK Media Informatika Jakarta. The design uses the Waterfall software development method and Laravel technology as the main framework. The application testing results were conducted using the Blackbox Testing method, which proved that the designed application has run according to its function at SMK Media Informatika Jakarta.

Abstract

Jalan Tol Trans-Jawa adalah jalan tol yang menghubungkan kota-kota di pulau Jawa dimana mempunyai jarak ±1.000 kilometer, Jalan tol ini menghubungkan dua kota terbesar di Indonesia Jakarta danSurabaya, banyak opini masyarakat baik dunia nyata maupun dimedia sosial mengenai tol trans jawa terlebih tarifnya yang hampirmencapai 1 juta rupiah, pada penulisan jurnal ilmiah ini dilakukansentiment analysis terkait tarif tol trans jawa, data yang digunakandiambil dari jaringan media sosial twiter pada periode bulan junidan juli, didapatkan data mentah 543 data, setelah dilakukancleansing dan Preprocessing, data yang dapat diolah 108 datadengan rincian 54 negatif dan 54 positif. Berdasarkan pemodelanmenggunakan algoritma support vector machine(SVM) didapatbahwa pandangan masyarakat terhadap jalan tol trans-jawa terlihatlebih banyak yang positif sebesar 52% dengan akurasi 68,36%dengan kurva roc 0,776 dan di optamasi dengan Particle SwarmOptimization (PSO) sehingga mengalami kenaikan akurasi menjadi75% dan kurva roc 0,802, lalu dari hasil yang didapatkan dibuatlahkamus data dari bobot yang ada menggunakan Visual Basic .NET(VB.Net).

Abstract

The performance of the sales team is one of the important indicators of a company's success, which is measured through the achievement of sales targets, negotiation skills, and efficiency in managing customer relationships. Problems in the appraisal of sales team performance often arise due to various factors that affect objectivity and fairness in evaluation. One of the main problems is the lack of consistent assessment standards, where each team member may be assessed with different assessment opinions, leading to bias in evaluation results. The application of the Root Assessment Method and ROC Weighting in the performance evaluation of the sales team is an innovative and effective approach to improve productivity and team performance. The combination of these two methods not only facilitates in-depth analysis of individual and team performance, but also supports strategic decision-making in the continuous development and improvement of sales team capabilities. The results of the sales team's performance evaluation assessment ranking, Team J ranked first with a final score of 4.3981, showing the most superior performance among the entire team. In second place, Team G obtained a score of 4.388, followed by Team D in third place with a score of 4.3752. These results provide a comprehensive picture of each team's performance rankings, with Team J showing top performance, while Team F needs further improvement.

Abstract

The incident of a data breach at one of the national banks as a result of the merger of several Islamic banks in Indonesia for economic reasons has significantly increased concerns about the security of the data of all organizations, including educational organizations such as universities, where there are such as a personal data system and also educational data for the academic community, the open internet sharing systems enabled by universities are highly vulnerable to cyber attacks. For this reason, an optimization measure for the security of the campus network was implemented in this study and, in addition, the Internet connection was made more stable, as it is perceived as very slow at certain hours or during working hours. The use of Mikrotik as a network security tool designed to establish a network security fortress against intruders. In addition to the fact that Mikrotik devices are easy to obtain and inexpensive, and have good security features, the use of the method of analyzing user behavior consists in using a firewall to detect users who download activities with certain criteria are recorded and marked by the firewall , to then restrict access for the user. The. In addition to utilizing Mikrotik's firewall capabilities, the Queue feature is also used with the Simple Queue and Queue Tree methods. In the Simple Queue method, it designates one of the hosts whose bandwidth is limited, while in Queue Tree, it limits the network segments that provide users with maximum bandwidth limits and guarantees bandwidth. Both can be used side by side and work optimally.

Abstract

Pengiriman barang mempunyai peranan penting dalam rantai bisnis retail, setiap pengiriman harus memperhitungkan jumlah barang yang terjual dan juga toko mana saja yang dapat dikirimkan bersamaan. PT X merupakan Perusahaan retail yang memiliki banyak cabang toko di wilayah Jakarta, sehingga memerlukan gambaran toko-toko mana saja dan barang apa saja yang dikirimkan secara bersamaan. Algorima K-mean adalah salah satu algorima untuk mengklusterisasi. Oleh sebab itu maka penulis melakukan perhitungan data penjualan menggunakan alogoritma k-mean untuk mengelompokan toko-toko. Dan dari hasil perhitungan yangs sudah dilakukan terdapat hasil kluster terbaik yaitu kedalam 5 cluster dimana untuk cluster 0 terdapat 13 toko, cluster 1 terdapat 17 toko, cluster 2 terdapat 7 toko, cluster 3 terdapat 16 toko dan cluster 4 terdapat 12 Toko.
