Abstract

Curah hujan memiliki peranan penting di berbagai sektor seperti sektor pertanian, perkebunan hingga penerbangan.Dengan salah satu karakteristik negara beriklim tropis seperti di Indonesia yaitu curah hujan yang tinggi dan naik turun setiaptahunnya, perlu adanya pengelompokan curah hujan di wilayah Indonesia dengan harapkan memberi acuan terhadap sektorsektorpenting tersebut.. K-Mean dan AHC adalah salah satu dari algoritma Clustering. Dengan membandingkan algoritmapengklusteran yaitu Kmean dan AHC, maka didapatkan hasil pengkluster terbaik k3 pada literasi ke 4 dengan rasio0,000249.

Abstract

Beberapa permasalahan dan kelemahan Pemilihan yang dilaksanakan secara manual adalah lamanya proses pemilihan, perhitungan suara dan membutuhkan biaya yang lumayan besar untuk cetak kertas suara, menyiapkan kotak suara, hingga harus menyediakan alat perhitungan. E-voting adalah jawaban untuk permasalahan tersebut, beberapa keuntungan diantaranya mempercepat proses pemilihan, akurasi, efisiensi biaya dan waktu. Aplikasi dibangun berbasis Web Application menggunakan pemrograman VB Net dengan database SQL Server. Aplikasi dirancang agar bisa melakukan dua jenis pemilihan, ketua (perorangan) atau formatur (kelompok), selain itu aplikasi juga dirancang agar bisa diakses secara multi instansi, ini bertujuan agar aplikasi bisa terus dipakai oleh seluruh pihak yang membutuhkan dan untuk menjaga keamanan digunakan fasilitas QR-Code. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa aplikasi pemilihan berbasis web, adapun kuisioner berdasarkan kepuasan pengguna mendapatkan hasil 82% sangat baik dan 18% baik.

Abstract

Abstrak Salah satu ragam kekayaan yang dimiliki oleh indonesia yang perlu dijaga kelestarian dan dipromosikan ke negara-negara lainnya adalah makanan tradisional indonesia. Apalagi disaat pandemi saat ini, perlu adanya cara-cara khusus untuk mempromosikan hal tersebut seperti pembuatan website masakan tradisional. Namun dengan adanya perbedaan bahasa perlu adanya teknik tertentu dalam pencarian yang dapat menampilkan masakan tradisional dalam bahasa inggris maupun bahasa indonesia. Penulis kemudian melakukan perhitungan sistem temu kembali bahan masakan tradisional Indonesia berbahasa inggris dengan menggunakan algoritma knn yang menghasilkan akurasi sebesar 80% pada k5.  Kata kunci— Sistem Temu Kembali, KNN, tf-idf, text-mining  Abstract  One of the kinds of wealth owned by Indonesia that needs to be preserved and promoted to other countries is traditional Indonesian food. Especially during the current pandemic, there needs to be special ways to promote this such as the creation of a website traditional food. However, due to language differences, it is necessary to have certain techniques in search that can display traditional dishes in English and Indonesian. Abstract

Covid-19 yang masih tidak kunjung pulih di Indonesia membuat banyak lini bisnis menjadi terganggu, bahkan beberapa diantaranya harus tutup secara permanen. Salah satu perusahaan yang tidak luput dari efek Covid-19 adalah HS SPORT. HS SPORT sebagai salah satu penjual alat-alat olah raga berupaya sebisa mungkin agar bertahan di masa Covid-19 ini. Salah satu cara yang digunakan oleh HS SPORT yaitu dengan memberikan promosi paket penjualan alat olah raga. Oleh sebab itu maka dilakukan penelitian terhadap data penjualan selama satu tahun terakhir selama pandemi menggunakan Algoritma apriori. Dan berdasarkan perhitunganyang telah dilakukan menggunakan Algoritma Apriori menghasilkan produk yang paling banyak terjual memenuhi syarat minimum confidence 70% seperti jika membeli body protector maka akan membeli hand protector 79%.

Abstract

Jalan Tol Trans-Jawa adalah jalan tol yang menghubungkan kota-kota di pulau Jawa dimana mempunyai jarak ±1.000 kilometer, Jalan tol ini menghubungkan dua kota terbesar di Indonesia Jakarta danSurabaya, banyak opini masyarakat baik dunia nyata maupun dimedia sosial mengenai tol trans jawa terlebih tarifnya yang hampirmencapai 1 juta rupiah, pada penulisan jurnal ilmiah ini dilakukansentiment analysis terkait tarif tol trans jawa, data yang digunakandiambil dari jaringan media sosial twiter pada periode bulan junidan juli, didapatkan data mentah 543 data, setelah dilakukancleansing dan Preprocessing, data yang dapat diolah 108 datadengan rincian 54 negatif dan 54 positif. Berdasarkan pemodelanmenggunakan algoritma support vector machine(SVM) didapatbahwa pandangan masyarakat terhadap jalan tol trans-jawa terlihatlebih banyak yang positif sebesar 52% dengan akurasi 68,36%dengan kurva roc 0,776 dan di optamasi dengan Particle SwarmOptimization (PSO) sehingga mengalami kenaikan akurasi menjadi75% dan kurva roc 0,802, lalu dari hasil yang didapatkan dibuatlahkamus data dari bobot yang ada menggunakan Visual Basic .NET(VB.Net).

Abstract

With the Covid 19 which has hit the last few years, sales in various fields have a negative impact, including Supermarket X, which has experienced a decline in various branches in various regions. For consideration, they evaluate the sales of these branches. By classifying the existing sales data, it is hoped that they will be able to see which self-service branch group x is not doing well, which one is already good. However, it is necessary to have a good classification technique so that evaluations are carried out based on good calculation results. Therefore, the author tries to use the K-Mean Algorithm and the AHP Algorithm to classify the existing sales data. The K-Mean Algorithm and the AHP Algorithm are algorithms that are able to cluster a set of data. By clustering the stores based on the proximity of the sales results for the last 2 years which has gone up and down using these 2 algorithms, we will be able to see which stores are classified as good and which are not. Based on the comparison results from the calculation results, it was found that the best results were using the K-Mean algorithm with k2 in the 3rd literacy with a ratio of 0.04926

Abstract

The incident of a data breach at one of the national banks as a result of the merger of several Islamic banks in Indonesia for economic reasons has significantly increased concerns about the security of the data of all organizations, including educational organizations such as universities, where there are such as a personal data system and also educational data for the academic community, the open internet sharing systems enabled by universities are highly vulnerable to cyber attacks. For this reason, an optimization measure for the security of the campus network was implemented in this study and, in addition, the Internet connection was made more stable, as it is perceived as very slow at certain hours or during working hours. The use of Mikrotik as a network security tool designed to establish a network security fortress against intruders. In addition to the fact that Mikrotik devices are easy to obtain and inexpensive, and have good security features, the use of the method of analyzing user behavior consists in using a firewall to detect users who download activities with certain criteria are recorded and marked by the firewall , to then restrict access for the user. The. In addition to utilizing Mikrotik's firewall capabilities, the Queue feature is also used with the Simple Queue and Queue Tree methods. In the Simple Queue method, it designates one of the hosts whose bandwidth is limited, while in Queue Tree, it limits the network segments that provide users with maximum bandwidth limits and guarantees bandwidth. Both can be used side by side and work optimally.

Abstract

Damage to the matic engine due to negligence in treatment. The new vehicle owners aware of the damage after the vehicle can not operate properly. Therefore, the use of vehicles likely to require regular maintenance. By way of detecting damage to what is happening on the vehicle. For example, if the vehicle sound noisy and have no idea why this happens, it is this which encourages the development of an expert system to identify / diagnose matic damage to the engine. Submission of information was carried out using visual basic applications that have been made​​. By running the application diagnosis expert system engine matic damage to the computer, it will be processed in the system then the results will be displayed on the computer screen. This system is expected to provide optimal information from the user and the system of reciprocity.This study is expected to provide all information related to the engine damage problem quickly and efficiently on a reciprocal basis between the user and the system.

Abstract

PT. Citra Semesta Energy sebagai agen bbm industri menyediakan fasilitas kredit bagi customer lama maupun baru. Fasilitas kredit tersebut ternyata menimbulkan beberapa customer melakukan telat bayar. Peneliti mencoba menggunakan algoritma C4.5 dan KNN untuk mengklasifikasikan customer tersebut. Dan hasil pengklasifikasian terbaik dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan algoritma C4.5 dengan hasil accuracy 84% +/-4,26 % serta nilai grafik AUC 0,686+/-0,686. Dan kemudian dibandingkan dengan algoritma KNN dengan nilai accuracy 84.86% +/-4,26%, serta nilai AUC 0,692+/-0,121.

Abstract

Technological developments do not always have a positive impact on various groups of society, including children, adults and the elderly. One of the things that has a negative impact is the increase in divorce due to easy internet access for non-positive activities such as online gambling and cheating. According to data received from the Central Statistics Agency, there have been 408,347 divorce cases spread across 39 provinces. This research was conducted to determine the distribution of divorce cases using the k-mean algorithm. From the research that has been carried out, divorce cases can be divided into 4 clusters with each cluster numbering 20 provinces, 3 provinces, 5 provinces and 6 provinces. The results of evaluating centroid proximity are -17122790.208
