Abstract

Supply of goods information system at jonan indonesia is use running has using the computer but it is use only in the field of administration while the marketing still used the manual wraiting .There fore it is necessary to computer based information system supply of goods better sofware .The aimed for this supply of goods informatin system simplify the processing of supplier data in detail , precise and accurate. The metods of data collection used is by doing observation and interview and is equipped with a literature review that has a close relevance to the subject matter. Microsoft visual studio 2010 was chosen to be a software in making the information system of home supply of goods and using microsoft acces 2007 database.This supply of goods information system is made to facilitate the administrative work of consumer data because data received administration is computerized . The suggestion given is to develop and refine this system to complete the existing facilities.

Abstract

Triopanca mart is a mini-market belonging to the Infantry Battalion 305 Para Raider Unit located on Jl. Raya Teluk Jambe, Sirnabaya, Kec. Teluk Jambe Timur, Kab. Karawang, West Java 41360. This mini market operates in the retail sector, managed directly by members of the 305th Para Raider Infantry Battalion. The current running system, namely the data processing of incoming and outgoing goods, is still being recorded. Into a ledger according to receipts and stock inventory, only recorded on a piece of paper then copied back to the computer input using excel by the warehouse admin. Problems that often arise are usually related to the accuracy of the number of goods and stock information; sometimes, the information provided does not follow existing goods' availability. This study aims to create a web-based inventory information system model that can manage incoming and outgoing goods and inventory using the Waterfall method and the Unified Modeling Language (UML) for structural modeling.

Abstract

Advances in technology today require humans to increase their effectiveness and efficiency in various ways. Basically the purpose of creating a tool is to help human work to be more effective and efficient. Thus, humans are expected to function in a relatively short time, especially when it comes to safety. The parking lot is a medium that is used as a way of getting in and out of vehicles. Anticipating some problems in the parking lot, for example: losing parking papers, losing cars in parking lots, and preventing illegal parking at high levels. Then we need an automatic parking door system. This final project aims to build a prototype of an IoT-based automated parking system. This project is a simple parking simulator with a microcontroller device programmed to use the Arduino idea. Hardware integrated with mysql database and run by simple web. The automated parking system is designed using nodemcu lolin, expansion board, 16x2 + i2c LCD adapter, mini mp3 dfplayer, 0.5 watt ohm earbuds, infrared sensor, rfid rc522 and SG90 servo motor. Infrared sensor detects vehicle, rfid receives input by tapping card and then gives output to i2c and web. Furthermore, the output from the LCD goes to the service motor which opens and closes the parking door, and the dfmp3 player, as well as the speaker which makes a sound when the card is tapped. This prototype automatic parking system can provide access and close automatic parking doors which saves time and effort. It can be concluded that the prototype of this IoT automatic parking system can be used as a guide for the development of a better technology.

Abstract

The soaring birth rate of the Indonesian people causes an increase in the number of private vehicles which causes an increase in the number of accidents. The purpose of this article is to predict the number of accidents using the Single Moving Average technique. This article uses data originating from the Yogyakarta government's dataku web application with a period from 2010 to 2021 in an annual period. Predictive models were checked using RMSE, MAD, and MAPE. Using the Single Moving Average technique, the error value for RMSE is 643.99, MAD is 494.7, and MAPE is 1036.17%.

Abstract

Selection of ongoing bidikmisi scholarship recipients for K.H. A. Wahab Hasbullah is still done manually. In practice, the leadership and organizing officers still find it difficult to determine the candidates for bidikmisi scholarship recipients because the number of applicants is not proportional to the quota provided by DIKTI for bidikmisi recipients. The large number of required documents to apply for Bidikmisi scholarships also cre-ates problems for selection organizers, especially in terms of data management requirements. To make it easier for leaders and administering officers, a decision support system is needed, which is known as a data manage-ment system to make it easier for the selection process for bidikmisi on-going recipients. A decision support system is a specific information system aimed at assisting management in making decisions related to solve semi-structured problems. In this study, the decision-making process for selection of ongoing bidikmisi scholar-ship recipients uses the SAW method. The SAW method was chosen because it was able to complete the best alternative from a number of alternative solutions and had the basic concept of looking for a weighted sum of the performance of each alternative on all attributes, so that it could be used in various types of criteria that researchers would use in accordance with the criteria for the recipient of Bidikmisi on Going on the Bidikmisi official website.

Abstract

Management Information System is a system used to organize online sales transactions. This study developed a management information system for Ud Anggi Jaya where there were several problems such as price, lack of transparency in the process of ordering fertilizers, errors in recording orders, and it took a little longer in making reports. For that, as part of an innovation that supports customer service, the technology that will be used is a chatbot. The chatbot function is here to help customers handle incoming messages via various communication channels. The chatbot ensures that all messages from customers can be handled quickly. About a business and product in this business, the author uses the waterfall research methodology. This methodology is composed of 4 stages, 1) System Analysis Stage, 2) Design Stage, 3) Coding Stage, 4) Testing stage. This system was developed in the programming language PHP and MySql as a database management system, in this system there are product data, sales data, distributor data and sales reports, so that the subsidized Fertilizer Management Information System can help simplify the fertilizer transaction process, and as a promotion media.

Abstract

In supporting good, synchronous, and fast communication, the school facilitates one of them by building a New Student Registration Information System Based on the Android Operating System. The purpose of this study is to determine the number of dormitory quotas at YPPBU and to design a mobile-based YPPBU capacity information system. The research uses qualitative methods and testing is carried out in system development using the Black Box method. This Black Box testing method is used to determine whether a software is functioning properly and correctly. The results of this study use the New Student Registration application to simplify and speed up the registration system, as well as registration that can be done without having to come to school and make it easier for schools to monitor students who register. The application used has a good suitability of functions and runs correctly.

Abstract

Kelulusan mahasiswa merupakan salah satu yang harus diperhatikan karena masuk dalam Standar Penjaminan Mutu Internal suatu perguruan tinggi . Fakultas Teknologi Informasi merupakan salah satu fakultas yang di universitas KH A Wahab Hasbullah Jombang. Untuk kelulusan terdapat standar yang akan dicapai oleh fakultas tersebut yaitu waktu studi selama 4 tahun dan IPK minimal 3,00. Untuk dapat mencapai mutu kelulusan tersebut dibutuhkan suatu prediksi tingkat kelulusan dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan untuk mahasiswa yang masih menjalankan studi sehingga dapat dilakukan antisipasi dari awal sehingga dapat menanggulangi terjadinya permasalahan dalam bidang akademik. Untuk memprediksi tingkat kelulusan dan IPK standar tersebut digunakan metode data mining dengan fungsi klasifikasi. Metode klasifikasi yang digunakan menggunakan metode SVM. Perangkat yang digunakan untuk mengolah data yaitu software Rapid Miner.

Abstract

Beasiswa Bidik Misi/KIP Kuliah menjadi salah satu program Pemerintah untuk membantu mahasiswa yang kurang mampu namun berprestasi agar dapat mengenyam pendidikan tinggi. Universitas Timor menjadi salah satu penyelenggara Bidik Misi/KIP Kuliah. Namun proses penentuan penerima Bidik Misi/KIP Kuliah masih dilakukan secara konvensional sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan proses yang rumit. Dibutuhkan solusi yang tepat agar seleksi dan penentuan calon penerima beasiswa bidik misi dapat berjalan lebih efektif dan efisien. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan dengan metode Simple Addictive Weighting berusaha memberikan rekomendasi kepada pengambil keputusan dalam penentuan penerima beasiswa Bidik Misi/KIP Kuliah. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa prototype yang dihasilkan mampu untuk digunakan dalam seleksi mahasiswa penerima KIP Kuliah. Kata Kunci :, spk, saw, bidikmisi
