Abstract

This research aimed to measure the effect of the availability of audio-visual media to the 8th grade students’ learning citizenship education activeness SMPN 2 Bangorejo Banyuwangi. This type of research included a quantitative research design Ex-Post-Facto. In determining the respondents the researchers used proportional random sampling method with the number of respondents 50 students. This research uses simple linear regression analysis of the predictor. To determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variables, can be seen on the probability of the inefficiency of the regression analysis. The analysis is done with the help of the SPSS program. Output of this research known that the value of t=3.858 with the significant value 0,000 < 0,05, Ho rejected and H1 accepted which means there is a real effect (significant) of visual media availability to the students’ learning activeness. The influence of the availability of audio visual media to the students’ learning activeness is 23.7%. This means that there is impact on availability of audio-visual media to 8th grade students’ learning activeness SMPN 2 Bangorejo Banyuwangi.

Abstract

Fraud represent a[n deed contempt of court (illegally), conducted by individual in and also outside organization, on the basis of intention or intention, as a mean to profit organization and also individual executing the the action and can result incidence of a loss materially and also non natural material by institution or company of banking specially. Categorize collision (such fraud) here conducted collision intentionally to procedure and also standard and or code of etik, including but do not limited to collision having the character of criminal like transgression of crime and or regulation of banking of which can cause, almost cause or have caused loss of material and non material to client or bank and or either through indirect or direct able to give advantage to worker, worker family or other third party. Application of number code/law 10 year 1998 as change of number code/law 7 year 1992 about banking expected to be able to give rule of law to itself bank and also client. To depositor client and also lender to get protection of adequate law and to bank alone is to realize stable and healthy banking system. Mentioned in Chapter of V number code/law 10 year 1998 about Construction and Observation, section 29 sentence (4) in giving credit and conduct other business activity, bank is obliged to go through the way of harmless of bank and importance of client entrusting its fund to bank

Abstract

The study was based on the background of the nation's problems are increasingly complex and fundamental, which is indicated by a weak cultural mentality that led to the character of the Indonesian nation in crisis, so the impact on the overall culture of corruption. This paper aims to discuss the development of anti-corruption culture mentality through national movement of youth character. Construction of this mentality is addressed to young people, because of the demographic bonus must be used to reconstruct the mindset of the character in accordance with the national identity. This movement is done through the education system that directly lead character on the basis of mental problems. This research method using descriptive qualitative approach. The data used is secondary data, namely the study of literature. Data analysis techniques in this study through three grooves of reduction, presentation, and verification of data. The results of this study is the relationship of weakness mentality of the Indonesian nation at the present time that need to improve fundamentally, as in the concept of an iceberg, namely the improvement of things that do not seem to fix the problems that appear to be systematically and comprehensively. The weakness can be overcome through character education, in an effort to establish an anti-corruption culture mentality.

Abstract

Pancasila merupakan dasar Negara dan pandangan hidup bangsa Indonesia. Sebagai dasar Negara, Pancasila dijadikan sebagai dasar dalam membangun Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia. Sebagai suatu ideologi bangsa dan Negara Indonesia, Pancasila merupakan kristalisasi dari nilai adat-istiadat, nilai kebudayaan serta nilai religius yang terdapat dalam pandangan hidup masyarakat Indonesia. Nilai yang ada dalam Pancasila memiliki serangkaian nilai, yaitu ketuhanan, kemanusiaan, persatuan, kerakyatan, dan keadilan. Kondisi bangsa Indonesia saat ini dapat identifikasi dengan melihat prilaku dan kepribadian masyarakat Indonesia yang tercermin dari tingkah laku sehari-hari.Globalisasi tidak bisa dihindarkan. Globalisasi yang menjadikan semua Negara seakan tiada batas. Untuk itu perlunya Pancasila sebagai penyaring dari arus globalisasi. Perlunya pembudayaan nilai-nilai Pancasila tidak sekedar memahami saja, namun harus dihayati dan diwujudkan dalam pengalamannya oleh setiap diri pribadi dan seluruh masyarakat sehingga menumbuhkan kesadaran dan kebutuhan untuk melaksanakan kehidupan bermasyarakat, berbangsa, dan bernegara berdasarkan Pancasila

Abstract

This article is the result of a study on the harmonization of cosmopolitan values and nationalism in teaching civics as well as how these two ideas could create educational output that has global knowledge but do not forget a good personality or character that has been planted since the beginning. The study was motivated by the severe problems of the national consciousness (national consciousness) young people today who need serious revamping. In the era of globalization, the Indonesian people are faced with two major forces that are in tandem with globalization cosmopolitanism and nationalism with a marked weakening of the emergence of ideas of regionalism, broad autonomy, separatism and racial conflicts. Based on this, the study of how the process of harmonization of cosmopolitan values and nationalism in teaching civics and how the ideas can be a way for the creation of a sound education global output but remain local in character. Despite the fact that conceptually there is a contradiction between the cosmopolitan values of nationalism, both are at the poles of attraction, where the value of cosmopolitan pulled into the global sphere, while the value of nationalism pulled into the exclusive domain. In such a situation Civics learning is expected to be a bridge to harmonize both values. Value cosmopolitan and nationalism became the crucial factor in developing a global perspective but does not eliminate local character when done through learning Civics quality, quality and meaningful.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the students’ achievement improvement of MTs Muhammadiyah 1 Ponorogo by using Sociodrama.This research outlines are the teaching process should be interesting and students’ achievement improved, but in fact, the teaching process result made the students bored so the achievement being low.The research method is descriptive qualitative and quantitative. Qualitative analysis used to analyze qualitative data. Qualitative data in form of sentence that give an information about students expression, the level of understanding, teaching learning process, students’ affective, enthusiasm, learning motivation, etc. The respondent is the eighth grade students B Class of MTs Muhammadiyah 1 Ponorogo. Techniques of collecting data are interview, observation, dan documentation. Quantitative methods used to analyze data.The result of this research showed that eighth grade students’ achievement improved by using sociodrama. It can be seen only two students who cannot pass the minimum standard qualification. Beside that, the student are being active than before in having teaching learning process.
