Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the implementation of competitive strategies of BPRS Fadhilah Bengkulu in increasing the number of customers of the wadi’ah savings product and to analyze the competitive environment using the Porter Five Forces approach and SWOT analysis. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with a field research method. The results show that the competitive strategy implemented by BPRS Fadhilah Bengkulu is carried out through improving service quality, implementing pick-up service, and offering savings products with affordable initial deposits and no monthly administrative fees. Based on the Porter Five Forces analysis, competition among Islamic financial institutions offering similar savings products is relatively intense. The threat of new entrants mainly comes from technology-based financial institutions; however, BPRS Fadhilah responds by prioritizing excellent service and direct interaction with customers. The bargaining power of customers in obtaining high-quality services encourages the bank to improve service quality and accessibility. The threat of substitute products comes from digital financial services, while the role of third parties (shareholders) supports the operational stability of the bank through financial support. Meanwhile, the SWOT analysis indicates that strengths lie in service convenience and the application of Islamic principles, weaknesses are related to limited facilities and public understanding, opportunities arise from payroll cooperation and promotion through social media, while threats come from increasing competition among financial institutions and the development of banking technology.

Abstract

Islamic capital markets have developed in various countries, each with unique investment characteristics. In this context, stock investment decisions in Islamic capital markets can be influenced by various factors. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of applying technical analysis through the relative strength index (X1) and moving average (X2) indicators on stock purchase decisions (Y) in the Islamic capital market in Bengkulu City. To test this, this study used a quantitative method with primary data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25.0. From the research results, the relative strength index and moving average indicators as shown by the T-test results, namely the relative strength index t-count value > t-table (5.096 > 1.660), the moving average t-count value > t-table (4.242 > 1.660), based on the research results and discussion, it is stated that the contribution of the relative strength index and moving average indicators simultaneously to stock purchase decisions is 64.3%, the remaining 35.7% is explained by other variables outside the model.

Abstract

The development of Islamic banking encourages innovative financing products that arein accordance with sharia principles, one of which is Ijarah Muntahiya Bit Tamlik(IMBT). This contract combines a leasing transaction with a promise of transfer ofownership at the end of the contract term. This study aims to analyze the juridicalaspects, contractual elements, and anatomy of IMBT in Indonesian Islamic bankingpractices. This research uses normative legal research using legal and conceptualapproaches. The results of the study show that IMBT has an adequate legal foundationboth in sharia law and positive law; However, practical implementation still facespotential issues related to contract separation, WA'd clauses, and maintenanceresponsibilities. Therefore, stronger contract standardization and sharia complianceare needed to ensure IMBT practices remain consistent with prudential and shariaprinciples.Keywords: IMBT, ijarah, Islamic banking, contract, Islamic law

Abstract

Abstrak This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived ease of use, perceived security, and feature availability on the interest in using BRI Mobile among students of UIN Kiai Haji Achmad Siddiq Jember. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The sample in this study were students of UIN Kiai Haji Achmad Siddiq Jember who are customers who have and have used the BRI Mobile application as many as 100 respondents. This study uses a purposive sampling method with multiple linear regression data analysis through classical assumption stages consisting of normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity, as well as hypotheses with t-test and f-test, processed using SPSS Version 23. The results of this study indicate that the transformation of digital banking services as a whole, the variables of perceived ease of use, perceived security, and feature availability have a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously on the interest in using BRI Mobile. Key words: Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Security, Feature Availability, Interest in Using Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, persepsi keamanan, dan ketersediaan fitur terhadap minat menggunakan BRI Mobile di kalangan Mahasiswa UIN Kiai Haji Achmad Siddiq Jember. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu Mahasiswa UIN Kiai Haji Achmad Siddiq Jember yang merupakan nasabah yang mempunyai dan pernah menggunakan aplikasi BRI Mobile sebanyak 100 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan analisis data regresi linear berganda melalui tahapan asumsi klasik yang terdiri atas normalitas, multikolinearitas dan heteroskedastisitas, serta hipotesis dengan uji t dan uji f, diolah menggunakan SPSS Versi 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa transformasi layanan digital banking secara keseluruhan variabel persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, persepsi keamanan, dan ketersediaan fitur berpengaruh positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap minat menggunakan BRI Mobile. Kata kunci: Persepsi Kemudahan Penggunaan, Persepsi Keamanan, Ketersediaan Fitur, Minat Menggunakan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of promotion, gold price fluctuations, and service digitalization on customers’ decisions to invest in gold savings at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Adam Malik, Bengkulu City. The research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method with 95 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 23.The results indicate that promotion, gold price fluctuations, and service digitalization each have a significant effect on customers’ decisions to invest in gold savings, with significance values of 0.000 (< 0.05). Simultaneously, these variables significantly influence customers’ decisions, as evidenced by an F-value of 112.241 and a significance level of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.787 indicates that 78.7% of the variation in customers’ decisions can be explained by promotion, gold price fluctuations, and service digitalization. These findings confirm that promotion strategies, gold price dynamics, and digital service convenience play an important role in shaping customers’ decisions to invest in gold savings at BSI KCP Adam Malik, Bengkulu City
