Abstract

This research was undertaken with the objective of comprehending the efficacy of the supervision system at Cafe Corner Bengkulu in light of Islamic perspectives derived from the Al-Qur'an and Hadith. The research methodology employed in this investigation was a qualitative descriptive approach, specifically utilizing field research. The findings of this study indicate that the supervision system implemented by the leaders at this Café aligns with Islamic principles of supervision. This is evident through the application of several indicators of Islamic supervision, such as the consistent provision of bonuses to employees exhibiting high performance, thereby motivating other employees to maintain exemplary standards of work performance. Additionally, the supervision process involves various methods, including the use of CCTV cameras, telephonic communication, and regular evaluation meetings. In conclusion, it can be inferred that Café Corner Bengkulu has implemented an Islamic-based supervision system, with its leaders exemplifying Islamic principles of supervision. The findings of this research contribute to the development of insights into supervisory practices that could potentially be applicable in other contexts. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami efektifitas sistem pengawasan di Café Corner Bengkulu dalam perspektif Islam yang bersumber dari Al-Qur’an dan Hadis. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan penelitian lapangan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem pengawasan oleh pimpinan di Cafe ini telah sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip pengawasan Islam. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari beberapa indikator pengawasan Islami yang telah diterapkan, yaitu pemilik usaha secara konsisten memberikan bonus kepada karyawan yang menunjukkan kinerja tinggi, sehingga memotivasi karyawan lainnya untuk menjaga standar kinerja yang baik. Selain itu, proses pengawan juga melibatkan beragam metode, termasuk penggunaan kamera CCTV, komunikasi via telpon, dan pertemuan evaluasi secara rutin. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa, Cafe Corner Bengkulu telah menerapkan sistem pengawasan berbasis Islam, dimana pemimpinnya mencontohkan prinsip-prinsip pengawasan Islam. Temuan pada penilitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan wawasan mengenai praktik pengawasan yang juga mungkin bisa diterapkan pada konteks lainnya.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the consumption pattern of the people in Padang Pelawi Village was before and after the decline in the selling price of rubber and what was the Islamic economic view of the consumption patterns of the people in Padang Pelawi Village after before and after the decline in the selling price of rubber. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach using field research types. The results of this study indicate that when the price of rubber before the decline in the consumption pattern of the people in Padang Pelawi Village could still be fulfilled properly. However, after the decline in the selling price of rubber, the consumption pattern of the people in Padang Pelawi Village was very difficult in terms of meeting their needs. Because of this, rubber farmers in Padang Pelawi Village sometimes look for other solutions, such as borrowing money from their neighbors and taking loans from food stalls. The view of Islamic economics on the consumption patterns of the people in Padang Pelawi Village is still not in accordance with Islamic consumption values. First, when the price of rubber is rising, people are often wasteful in terms of consuming something. Second, some people in Padang Pelawi Village spend their wealth only in halal forms and some people in Padang Pelawi Village also take actions that are not in accordance with Islamic teachings, namely by weighing the rubber latex so that it becomes heavy when weighed. Third, the people in Padang Pelawi village live in a luxurious style by buying expensive goods, but after that these items are no longer used.

Abstract

PKH (Program Keluarga Harapan) merupakan inisiatif bantuan sosial dari pemerintah Indonesia yang dimulai tahun 2007, bertujuan untuk menekan angka kemiskinan dan memperbaiki kondisi kesejahteraan rakyat, khususnya di daerah pedesaan seperti Desa Rena Jaya, Kecamatan Giri Mulya, Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas PKH yang mana untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dari perspektif ekonomi Islam. Metode penelitian yang diaplikasikan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan wawancara. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa PKH memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat, dengan koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 92,0%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa PKH mampu menjelaskan 92,0% variasi dalam tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat. Selain itu, terdapat hubungan positif yang kuat antara jumlah penerima bantuan PKH dan tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat, yang mengindikasikan bahwa semakin banyak keluarga yang menerima bantuan, semakin tinggi pula tingkat kesejahteraan mereka. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa PKH sejalan dengan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi Islam, seperti keadilan distributif, maslahah, dan tanggung jawab sosial. Dengan demikian, PKH dapat dijadikan model kebijakan bantuan sosial yang efektif untuk pengentasan kemiskinan dan peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat di daerah lain yang memiliki karakteristik serupa.
