Abstract

Baluran National Park in the regency of Situbondo, East Java-Indonesia, highly prospective for development of sustainable tourism that can improve the welfare of local people. The suitable tourism type is eco-tourism with local people envolvement.The purposes of this study were: 1). To know the local people envolvement in eco-tourism development; 2). To know the potenciesof Baluran National Park; and 3). To formulateEco-tourism Development Strategy.Using the matrix analysis method of IFAS and EFAS, produce a common strategy; SWOT analysis generates alternative strategies. This research was exploring, to formulate policies and programs based internal and external conditions. Data were collected by questionnaire, interview and observation. The number of respondents 25 people who are competent in the field of tourism.The results showed, local people envolvement of Wonorejo, Bajul Mati, Bimo Rejo, Watu Kebo, Sumber Waru and SumberAnyaras buffer villages, in the development of eco-tourism in Baluran National Park needs to be improved through approach, training and community empowerment. Alternative strategy obtained eco-tourism product development strategy; development of basic infrastructure and facilities as well as supporting tourism; tourist market penetration and promotion; increased security; as well as institutional and human resource development strategy of eco-tourism. Eco-tourism development strategy is a strategic priority of generating eco-tourism product development programs and maintaining biological resources.

Abstract

The main objectives of this research are: 1) to analyze wether quality of human resources partially influence on home industry; 2) to analyze wether Availability of Business capital partially influence on home industry; 3) to analyze wether Technological progress influence on home industry; 4) to analyze wether Quality of Human Resources, Availability of Business capital and Technological progress simultaneously influence on Home Industries. Quantitative approach with Data and instruments are primary through questionnaires. The total population is 100 people of all home industries owners in Klenang Lor Village. The total of respondents is 80 people based on the representative sampling technique and calculated by Slovin’s Formula. Based on the results, Quality of Human Resources does not influence partially with score .596 less than 1.984. The Availability of Business capital has an influence partially on home industry which t table of 1.984 (7.359 > 1.984). Technological progress has no influence partially with score .407 less than I.984 (.407 < 1.984). The Quality of Human Resources, Availability of Business capital and technological progress simultaneously influence on home industry to increase local family economic development in Indonesia with F value is 2.654 greater than 2.70 (2.654 > 2.70). Implication of this research found that partially the influence of quality of human resources, Availability of Business capital, and technological progress do not have influence on home industries, but simultaneously have influence on home industries. Technological progress does not have influence on home industries because the people make the products using manual technology.

Abstract

There was an increase of more than 1.57 million Single Investor Identification or 21% from the previous year amidst economic stagnation during the Covid-19 pandemic and a recession projected in 2023 by the Ministry of Finance which was caused by the weakening of two sectors (food and finance). This second factor is the background for researchers to determine the influence of the exchange rate, inflation and Gross Development Product on the performance of financial sector stocks in 2015 to 2022. The results of several previous studies, there are inconsistent and require further researches. Based on the results of previous research in the financial sector with the underlying theory, it shows that there are still gaps or inconsistencies of research results as well as economic instability after the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020. Further research is needed which aims to find out how the exchange rate is affected, Inflation and Gross Development Product of the finance performance sector share. This research is quantitative using multiple linear regression analysis with a descriptive approach. The data used is secondary obtained from the official websites of Indonesian Bank, Central Statistics Agency, and Central Statistics Agency, as well as the Stock Exchange Investment Gallery.

Abstract

This study utilizes a SWOT analysis approach to investigate how mosque management at Al Huda Mosque motivates congregations through religious activities. It explores the impact of effective mosque management, including Idarah, Imarah, and Ri'ayah elements, in encouraging community participation. A qualitative field research method assessed how planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling religious activities positively influence mosque attendance and prosperity. The study found that well-structured management practices increase participation and financial contributions, helping the mosque prosper. SWOT analysis further reveals strengths and weaknesses in mosque management, providing strategies for overcoming challenges and optimizing community engagement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh inflasi dan pengangguran terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di Kabupaten Banyuwangi pada periode 2019-2024. Inflasi dan pengangguran sering kali dianggap sebagai faktor utama yang berkontribusi terhadap meningkatnya angka kemiskinan serta menjadi isu ekonomi yang hangat dibahas pada tahun ini. Dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), penelitian ini menerapkan metode Analisis Data Sekunder guna mengevaluasi hubungan antara inflasi, pengangguran, dan tingkat kemiskinan di Banyuwangi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inflasi dan pengangguran memang memiliki pengaruh terhadap kemiskinan, namun pengaruh tersebut tidak signifikan. Kenaikan inflasi cenderung menurunkan daya beli masyarakat miskin, sehingga memperburuk kondisi ekonomi mereka. Di sisi lain, tingkat pengangguran yang rendah berpotensi menekan angka kemiskinan karena lebih banyak masyarakat yang memperoleh pendapatan. Oleh karena itu, kebijakan ekonomi yang tepat diperlukan untuk mengendalikan inflasi dan menciptakan lebih banyak lapangan pekerjaan guna menekan tingkat kemiskinan di Banyuwangi.

Abstract

Masjid merupakan tempat peribadatan bagi umat Islam, disisi lain masjid juga dapat dijadikan sebagai tempat pemberdayaan jamaah. Agar fungsi tersebut dapat tercapai maka manajemen masjid yang laksanakan harus dilakukan secara maksimal sesuai dengan unsur-unsur manajemen masjid yang meliputi Idarah, Imarah dan Ri’ayahnya. Jika ketiga unsur tersebut telah dilaksanakan dengan baik maka secara tidak langsung akan memberikan dorongan atau memotivasi jamaah untuk datang ke masjid. Fokus masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah mendiskripsikan bagaimana penerapan manajemen masjid dalam memotivasi jamaah melalui kegiatan bidang ilmu keagamaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa pelaksanaan manajemen masjid Jami’ Al-Huda Desa Grajagan telah dilaksanakan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan fungsi-fungsi manajemen yang terdiri dari planning, organizing, actuating, dan controlling. Dari kegiatan yang sudah dilaksanakan oleh masjid Jami’ Al-Huda memberikan dampak positif baik bagi kemakmuran masjid ditandai dengan semakin bertambahnya jamaah yang berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan maupun dalam hal pendanaan. Dampak yang didapatkan oleh jamaah tentunya kenyamanan ketika beribadah dan tambahan ilmu dengan diadakannya kegiatan yang bersifat keilmuan. Bahwa dari setiap kendala yang mempengaruhi jalannya kegiatan terdapat strategi dalam mengatasi kendala tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of the blue economy concept and its impact on the environment, economy, and social conditions of the community surrounding a tourist destination. The research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing observation, interviews, and documentation techniques to gather relevant data. These methods provide a comprehensive understanding of how the blue economy principles are applied in the context of sustainable tourism. The data collected was analysed using the Miles and Huberman method, which involves data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. This analytical approach allows for an in-depth examination of the alignment between the blue economy principles and their practical application. The findings indicate that while the implementation of the blue economy concept largely aligns with its core principles, there are still areas that require further attention for continued development. Specifically, the research highlights the need for enhanced efforts in certain aspects of sustainability and community involvement. Despite these areas for improvement, the overall impact of the blue economy implementation has been positive, contributing to improved environmental conditions, economic growth, and the social welfare of the surrounding community. These results suggest that the blue economy holds significant potential for fostering sustainable development in tourism, benefiting both the environment and local populations.

Abstract

This research focuses on analyzing the production system in the Food Plan section at PT. Benih Citra Asia-Indonesia. A company engaged in the production of superior seeds for food crops and horticulture. This research aims to understand the seed production process, identify constraints in production, andprovide recommendations for improvement. The research methodology used is a descriptive approach with direct observation, interviews, and analysis of secondary data from the company. The research sampleinvolved employees in the production division and related sections at PT. Benih Citra Asia. The results showed that the seed production process at PT. Benih Citra Asia includes several main stages, namely (1)seed incoming,; (2) seed processing; (3) seed storage; (4) seed packing, and (4) product storage. The main obstacles found are the mixture of other varieties in : (1) seed sorting; (2) barcode mismatches with harvestreceipts, and (3) negligence in seed sorting. The proposed solutions include; (1) increased monitoring of seed quality; (2) improved barcode recording system; and (3) training for employees to improve accuracy inthe sorting process. Overall, this study shows that PT. Benih Citra Asia has implemented a good production system, but there are still some aspects that need to be improved to increase efficiency and productquality. This research is expected to provide insights for the seed industry and become a reference for companies in improving the quality of seed production.

Abstract

Fixed assets are assets that are acquired and used for company operations not for sale and have a useful life of more than one year. Basically, each company uses a different approach in managing its assets, as is the case with UD Tiga Berlian which has fulfilled the classification of PSAK No. 16. The research focus in this study is 1) how is the role of fixed asset accounting in improving UD Tiga Berlian company operations? 2) whether fixed assets can improve the company's operations UD Tiga Berlian? The objectives to be achieved in this study are 1) to determine the role of fixed asset accounting in improving the operations of the company UD Tiga Berlian 2) to determine whether fixed assets can improve the operations of the company UD Tiga Berlian. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. Using the type of field research with data collection techniques taken from the results of observations, interviews, and documentation by going directly to the field and interviewing related parties. The results of this study are 1) Fixed asset accounting at UD Tiga Berlian has a significant role in supporting company operations. This is because the application of fixed assets is carried out in accordance with PSAK No. 16, making it easier for companies to keep accurate records, transparency, and make better decisions. 2) Fixed assets that are managed properly as well as in terms of recording or maintenance can help companies minimize the occurrence of damage or loss of existing assets and can extend their useful life.

Abstract

Aplikasi J-SIP ini merupakan salah satu sistem aplikasi dari Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil (Dispenduk) yang dapat dimanfaatkan masyarakat dan lebih memudahkan masyarakat dalam pengurusan pelayanan administrasi kependudukannya secara online. J-SIP fokus pada layanan administrasi kependudukan dan pencatatan sipil (admindukcapil) dengan basis sistem manajemen basis data relasional. Ini merupakan upaya pemerintah untuk memperbarui sistem dengan teknologi canggih. Selain memberikan kemudahan dan kecepatan, aplikasi ini juga menjamin keamanan data penggunanya. Kepentingan J-SIP tidak hanya terbatas pada kemudahan masyarakat tetapi juga memberikan informasi berharga untuk pengambilan keputusan pemerintah daerah. Melalui implementasi desentralisasi, pemerintah daerah, seperti Dispendukcapil Kabupaten Jember, bertanggung jawab menyediakan layanan administrasi kependudukan yang optimal, mencakup pemenuhan hak dan kebutuhan dasar warga serta melibatkan masyarakat dalam pemerintahan lokal. Dengan demikian, Aplikasi J-SIP menjadi perwujudan upaya pemerintah dalam memperbarui sistem administrasi kependudukan dengan teknologi canggih dan memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat secara efisien.
