<![CDATA[The study aims at describing the implementation of evaluation on productive group learning in SMKN 1 Watansoppeng based on antecedents component, transaction, and output. This study is the kind of evaluasi research using contenance stake model, which consists of antecedents, transaction, and output. The subjects of the study were teacher of productive learning group, class II students in fashion program at SMKN 1 Watansoppeng in Lalabata subdistrict of Soppeng district and industrial parties. Data was collected by conducting interview and documentation. Data was analyzed by employing descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results of the research shows that (a) the implementation of evaluation on productive group learning in SMKN 1 Watansoppeng based on antecedents component has been well planned, (b) the implementation of evaluation of productive group learning in SMKN 1 Watansoppeng based on transaction component has been well planned, (c) the output component of productive learning in SMKN 1 Watansoppeng shows good result.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims at describing IPS (Social Science) learning program at SDN Regional IV in Donri-Donri subdistrict of Soppeng district based on the aspects of context, input, process, and product. This research is evaluation research which uses CIPP model (Context, Input, Process and Product). The subjects of the research were teacher and students at SDN Regional IV in Donri-Donri subdistrict in Soppeng district. Data was collected by using quessionaries, observation, and document analysis. Data was analyzed quantitatively by conducting data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclution. This result of the research reveals that IPS Program planning is in poor category, social learning fasilities is in exelent category, teacher’ performances and class condition in IPS learning process is already in exelent category, and OPS learning outcomes at SDN regional IV in Donri-Donri subdistrict of Soppeng district is in good category.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims at describing remedial learning programs at SMAN 1 Donri-Donri based on antecedents, transactions, and output components. This research is the kind of evaluation research which employs coutenance stake model, consists of evaluation of antecendents, transactions, and output. The subjects of this research were Economic teacher who conducted the remedial learning program and the students who followed remedial learning program, headmaster, and vice of headmaster at SMAN 1 Donri-Donri in Soppeng district. Data was collected by employing interview and documentation. Data was analysed qualitatively by conducting data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The result of the research reveals that antecedents component of remedial learning programs on Economic learning at SMAN 1 Donri-Donri is not well planned. Based on the transaction component, the remedial learning programs on Economic learning at SMAN 1 Donri-Donri is conductedwell done. Based on the output component, the remedial learning programs on Economic learning at SMAN 1 Donri-Donri has obtained good result.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the components of supervisory SMA program in Makassar consisting of: 1) Component inputs (antecedents); 2) The components of the process (transactionts); 3) Components of results (output). This study is the evaluation by using Stake's Countenance Model, subjects in this study is a school superintendent, coordinator of school supervisors, principals and teachers. Selection of informants in this study conducted by purposive sampling. Data was analyzed using descriptive and qualitative analysis through three grooves. Conclusion of the Program Supervisor Senior High School in the city of Makassar as follows: 1) Component inputs (antecedents), namely: (a) recruitment / appointment and administrative requirements of the supervisor High School, head of SMA is not yet fully meet the evaluation criteria, (b) subject teachers in SMA has been fully qualified S-1 but still there are teachers who do not teach according to the educational background of the S-1; 2) The components of the process (transactionts), namely: (a) control of a school supervisor in preparing the planning administration supervision is maximum, (b) the implementation of the supervision of the managerial to the principal adequate, but the implementation of academic supervision is considered inadequate, (c) the interaction between the Supervisory school principals well established, while the interaction between the school superintendent with the subject teachers in schools have not been well established; 3) components results (output), namely: (a) the effectiveness of managerial principals in the preparation of school programs and implement the eight National Education Standards still needs to be improved, (b) the effectiveness of managerial principals in the implementation of school programs are good, (c) increase the capacity subject teachers in preparing lesson plans and PBM implementation is still low.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims at describing the development of Physics learning result instrument of class XI IPA (Science) at SMAN 1 Donri-Donri in Soppeng district based on face validity, content validity, level of difficulties, items distinction power, deceiver effectiveness, items validity, and reliability. This study is a research and development. The subjects were all 113 students of class XI IPA. The data collection in this study was conducted using test technique. Data was analyzed by employing quantitative descriptive analysis. The result of the study show that: Physics learning result instrument which consists of 45 item of questions given to the students of class XI IPA has already met the aspect of face validity so it can be used to measure the students’ Physics learning outcomes for class XI IPA. Physics learning result instrument which consist of 45 items of questions given to the students of class XI IPA has already met the aspect of content validity so it can be used to measure standard competence, based competence, and indicators that appropriate with Physics material. Physics learning result instrument which consist of 42 items of questions given to the students of class XI IPA has already fulfilled the standard with 8 difficult items, 32 adequately difficult items, and 3 easy items. Physics learning result instrument which consist of 42 items of questions given to the students of class XI IPA has good deceiver which are working for all items. Physics learning result instrument which consist of 42 items of questions given to the students of class XI IPA has good items validity for all items. Physics learning result instrument which consist of 42 items of questions given to the students of class XI IPA is reliable.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims at developing dancing assessment instrument of students at SMAN 3 Watansoppeng based on theoretic and empirical aspects. The kind of this research is research and development. The subjects were teacher and students of class X at SMAN 3 Watansoppeng in Soppeng district. The research was conducted in SMAN 3 Watansoppeng in Soppeng district. Data was collected by employing rubric test instruments. Data was analyzed by employing descriptive quantitative analysis. The result of the study reveals that theoretically, the result of dancing assessment instrument of student at SMAN 3 Watansoppeng is valid in terms of content through 3 dimensions, namely body work, performance, and choreography. Those there dimensions cover 12 indicators. The body work dimension consists of flexibility, balance, agility, and endurance. The carriage dimension consists of moving technique, rhythm, compactness, and inspirations. The choreography dimension consists of shape, atmosphere, accompaniment, and makeup. Empirically, the result of dancing assessment instrument of student at SMAN 3 Watansoppeng is confirmed as valid through field test and reliable based on intra-rater approach.]]>

<![CDATA[The research aims at describing the correlation between emotional intelegence and teaching motivation toward PPkn (Civics) teachers’ performance at SMAN (public Senior High Schools) in Soppeng district. This research is an ex-post facto research with causality in nature conducted in 8 public junior high school for 3 months from March to May 2015. This research consists of independent variable (emotional intelligence and teaching motivation) and dependent variable (teachers’ performance). The subjects of this research were all PPKn teachers in Soppeng district. Data was collected by employing quessionnaires. Data was analyzed by employing quantitative descriptive and inferential analysis. The results of the research show that there are positive correlation between emotional intelligence and PPKn teachers’ performance at SMAN in Soppeng district; there are positive correlation between teaching motivation toward PPKn teachers’ performance at SMAN in Soppeng district; there are positive correlation between emotional intelligence and teaching motivation collaboratively toward PPKn teachers’ performance at SMAN in Soppeng district.]]>

<![CDATA[Objective husband is to review to assess: (i) PERCEPTION OF SERVICE QUALITY science teachers regarding academic supervision supervisor high schools in the City Baubau ON dimensional Lesson Planning; (ii) PERCEPTION OF SERVICE QUALITY science teachers regarding academic supervision supervisor high schools in the City Baubau ON Learning Implementation dimension; And (iii) PERCEPTION OF SERVICE QUALITY science teachers regarding academic supervision supervisor high schools in the City Baubau ON husband pembelajaran.Penelitian Evaluation dimension is research-quantitative description using Survey Method TYPE WITH ex post facto. Population Research is a science teacher (teacher that administer eye Lessons of physics, chemistry, biology and) TO SMA in Baubau City. The study sample comprised 59 teachers orangutan differences Science The LEAD WITH ENGINEERING purposive random sampling. Research Data WITH TIN through the instruments in the reliability rate differences 75% based on the findings Gregory validity of the content. Research data were analyzed using analysis deskriptif.Hasil WITH Research shows that: (i) PERCEPTION OF SERVICE QUALITY science teachers regarding academic supervision supervisor high schools in the City Baubau It is categorized Good; (ii) the boarding costs of SMA science teacher at the City Baubau is ON Category Very Good; And (iii) ADA positively influence academic supervision QUALITY WITH A school superintendent boarding costs of SMA science teacher at the City Baubau]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims at describing the quality of mathematics school examination in class XII IPA (Science) at SMAN in Watansoppeng based on theretical aspects (content), 1 Parameter, 2 Parameters, and 3 Parameters. This research is kind of quantitative descriptive research. The subjects of this research were all the participants’ resposes to mathematics school examination of class XII IPA at SMAN in Watansoppeng for 339 answer shets. The data collection was obtained with documentation. The data analysis technique used was quantitative descriptive analysis. The result of the research reveals that mathematics school examination has already fulfilled content validity. In 1 Parameter Logistic Model, the level of difficulty is 22.5% items which is in good category and 77.5% is in poor category. Mathematics school examination in class XII IPA at SMAN in Watansoppeng provides maximal information if it given to the participants who have the ability range -4 to -2. Based on 2 Parameter Logistic Model, the level of difficulty is 37.5% items which is in good category and 62.5% is in poor category. On the aspect distinction power, 50% is in good category an 50% is in poor category. Mathematics school examination in class XII IPA at SMAN in Watansoppeng provides maximal information if it is given to the participants who have the ability of -1. Based on 3 Parameter Logistic Model, the difficulty aspect is 65% which is in good category and 35% is in poor category. On the aspect of distinction power, 47.5% is in good category and 52.5% is in poor category. On guesses parameter, 60% items are in good category and 40% is in poor category. Mathematics school examination in XII IPA at SMAN in Watansoppeng provides maximal information if it is given to the participants who have the ability around -0.2.]]>

<![CDATA[The objectives of the research are to examine (i) the contribution of school supervisors to fullfill National Education Standar in SMA Negeri 1 Unggulan Kota Ternate from managerial supervison aspect, (ii) the contribution of school supervisors to fullfill National Education Standard in SMA Negeri 1 Unggulan Kota Ternate from academic supervison aspect (iii) the contribution of school supervisors to fullfill National Education Standard in SMA Negeri 1 Unggulan Kota Ternate from the evaluation of implementation of managerial supervison aspect and academic supervison aspect.This research using qualitative approach with 4 informants from school supervisors, 1 headmaster, 3 vice headmasters, 1 head officer, and 4 teachers. Data were collected through two steps, the first was interview and the second was observation. The result of the research showed that (i) the contribution of school supervisors in managerial supervison aspect in the form of guidance about the educator standard and officer education standard, the passive and active equipment standard, the managerial standard, and the cost standard were provided to headmaster, vice headmasters, and head officer. (ii) the contribution of school supervisors in academic supervison aspect in the form of guidance about the content standard, the process standard, the graduation competence standard, and evaluation standard were provided to the teachers. (iii) the contribution of active participation school supervisors in evaluation aspect in the form of active participation to evaluate the implementation of managerial supervison aspect and academic supervison aspect.]]>
