Abstract

The research aims to predict financial distress at the Foreign Exchange National Private Commercial Bank by using analysis of risk, good corporate governance, earnings, capital and size. Using sample 17 national foreign exchange private banks, and data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression for four conditions, namely all conditions, financial distress conditions, gray area conditions, and non financial distress conditions. The results of this study indicate that the NPL and the proportion of independent commissioners do not have a significant effect on all conditions, financial distress conditions, gray area conditions, and non financial distress conditions. ROA has a significant effect only for all conditions, gray area, and non financial distress conditions. CAR has a significant effect on all conditions, and financial distress conditions, size only has a significant effect on all conditions and conditions in the gray area.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of transactional leadership on commitment mediated by job satisfaction. The sample used to be employees of the Krebet Baru Malang PG Company, as many as 62 people, data were collected using a questionnaire, and the data analysis technique used Path Analysis. The results showed that transactional leadership had a positive and significant effect on commitment, transactional leadership had a positive and significant effect on work commitment which was mediated by job satisfaction in Krebet Baru PG Malang. The result findings show that transactional leadership plays a role in increasing organizational commitment, while also contributing to increasing job satisfaction, job satisfaction will have an impact on organizational commitment.

Abstract

To maintain market share, companies must be able to guarantee customer satisfaction so that customers become loyal. Companies need a brand image strategy or brand image so that it becomes the top of mind in the minds of consumers or customers. This study aims to determine the effect of brand image on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction. The study was conducted at Warung Griya Bebek and Ayam Goreng Nelongso Malang. Accidental sampling technique with a total sample of 104 respondents, using a questionnaire as a research instrument. Data analysis technique used is Path Analysis. The analysis shows that brand image has a significant direct effect on customer satisfaction. Other results show that brand image also has a significant indirect effect on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction

Abstract

This study is to determine the level of student satisfaction with the service quality of islamic university. The study sample was 83 people based on accidental sampling, using Performance-Importance Analysis. The results of this study found that high religious students who received administrative and academic services were in the very satisfied category with a value of 98.3%. However, there is a service that must be a concern of the university, namely the ability of the university to respond or act quickly in solving problems faced by students. In addition, the quality of service that is prioritized is not very important for students, so the implementation seems ordinary because students are quite satisfied with the service. Services included in this category are representative service rooms, complete learning, attractive-looking staff, fast and appropriate services, and complicated procedures.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of the quality of licensing services for Building Construction Permits (IMB) including physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy for community satisfaction in the services of the Public Works Office of Cipta Karya and Spatial Planning in Surabaya. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with a sample size of 187, using data analysis is PLS (Partial Least Square). The results showed that physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy had a significant positive effect on community satisfaction of users of IMB permit services in Surabaya Public Works and Spatial Planning Office.

Abstract

This research focuses on the employee performance and job satisfaction. This research to analysis the influence of motivation and work climate to job satisfaction, the influence of motivation and work climate on employee performance, the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance, the influence of motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction, work climate on employee performance through job satisfaction. This research was conducted at PT. Hajar Aswad Probolinggo, with a sample 67 employees. The analysis technique used is Path Analysis. The result of the research shows that motivation and work climate have a significant effect on job satisfaction, motivation and work climate have a significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a significant effect to employee performance, motivation has a significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction, work climate has a significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction, job satisfaction effectively mediates motivation and work climate on performance.

Abstract

The main aim of this research is to explore what factor that determines of senior generation doing adventure tourism. More specifically in this study, not all ages were studied but only in the old generation. Using case study and data collection used interview techniques. There were two participants who were interviewed by both participants aged > 50 years and had done more than 20 times doing trail adventure activities. This research used snowball sampling techniques. Overall there are five identifiable factors related to factors that drive senior generation to do trail adventure activities: maintaining healthy body, strengthening brotherhood, returning to nature and nostalgia.

Abstract

Problemasi memprediksi risiko masih menjadi permasalahan spesifik yang memerlukan perhatian dalam bidang investasi. Penelitian sebelumnya menghasilkan temuan bahwa ada semacam bahwa early warning system (EWS) bagi investor dapat dijadikan acuan untuk kehati-hatian. Penelitian ini memberikan EWS bagi investor yang menekuni industri pengolahan yang go public di BEI. Penelitian ini berupaya membedakan perusahaan dalam kategori kesulitan keuangan dan tidak kesulitan keuangan. Variabel keuangan yang digunakan tergabung dalam kelompok short term liquidity, long term solvency, profitability, productivity, indebtedness, investment intensiveness, leverage, return on investment, equity dan EVA. Hasil uji terdapat 14 rasio keuangan yang memiliki perbedaan antara rasio keuangan pada kategori perusahaan non-financial distress dan financial distress.
