Abstract

AbstractSMK Negeri 3 Jepara in the process of learning requires their students to follow industry practice. The research purpose was to test the influence of home distance, learning achievement and motivation toward industry practice achievement. The research population was 393 students who were the XI Grade student of SMKN 3 Jepara during academic year 2009/2010. The sample was 80 students who were taken randomly. The obtained data were documented and then analyzed using multiple linear regressions. The research found that home distance was influence the industry practice achievement negatively on the contrary the learning achievement and the motivation was affect the dependent variable positively. Keywords: home residence, learning achievement, motivation, and industry practice achievement  AbstrakSMK Negeri 3 Jepara dalam proses pembelajaran mewajibkan siswa untuk mengikuti praktik industri. Tujuan penelitian untuk menguji pengaruh jarak, prestasi belajar, dan motivasi terhadap prestasi praktik industri. Populasi penelitian adalah semua siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 3 Jepara Tahun Pelajaran 2009/2010 sejumlah 393 siswa. Sampel sebanyak 80 siswa, yang diambil secara random. Data yang diperlukan dikumpulkan dengan dokumentasi, kemudian analisis data dengan regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa jarak tempat tinggal berpengaruh negatif, sedangkan prestasi belajar dan motivasi berpengaruh positif. Kata Kunci: jarak tempat tinggal, prestasi belajar, motivasi, dan prestasi praktik industri

Abstract

AbstractThis in a descriptive research that was conducted in order to analyze the performance of clothes traders in Jepara I market. It was 200 people who become the research population, among them about 30 people were selected as sample. The data was accumulated using questionnaire and interview in 2010 and then analyzed using descriptive statistic. The investigation was divulging that most of the clothes merchant earning on target, furthermore their income, amount of customers, and sales turnover were tend to increase. They are able sold vary clothes model according to market trend. Although in general the merchant??s performance has been improved, there were some traders performance that declining. Merchants whose performance tends to decline only survive with a minimum investment.Keywords: Performance, Market traders AbstrakPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerjapedagang pakaian di Pasar Jepara I. Populasi penelitian adalah pedagang pakaian di Pasar Jepara I sebanyak 200 orang. Sehingga diambil sampel sebanyak 30 orang pedagang pakaian.Penelitian dilakukan pada tahun 2010, data yang diperlukan dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan wawancara dan dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar pedagang memperoleh penghasilan yang jumlahnya sesuai target, memiliki trend penghasilan yang meningkat, trend jumlah pelanggan yang relatif meningkat, omzet penjualan meningkat, variasi barang yang dijual juga bervariasi sesuai trend. Meskipun secara umum pedagang memiliki kinerja yang meningkat, terdapat pula pedagang yang kinerjanya menurun. Pedagang yang kinerjanya menurun cenderung hanya bertahan dengan modal seadanya.Kata kunci: kinerja, pedagang pasar

Abstract

AbstractThe research purpose was to measure performance of STIENU Jepara using 4 aspects: customer, growth and learning, internal business, and finance. The unit analysis was STIENU Jepara. The data was collected using questionnaires, interview and documentation from 60 employees (lecture and staff) and 90 students. Meanwhile the performance was measured using Balance Scorecard approach. The research revealed that customer aspect, which is evaluate based on average score of customer perception to service quality, has meet expectation. Concurrently, according to growth and learning, STIENU Jepara has been able to create growth and performance improvement in the long term. At the same time, the internal business aspects, in which case was assessing innovation and after sales service, demonstrate high score. The last, by virtue of financial aspect, at 2007/2008 and 2009/2010 exhibited income realization interval above 100% and the expense realization interval below 25%. Meantime, at 2008/2009 the income realization interval was between 75%-100% and the expense realization interval was between 25%-49,99%. Keywords: balance scorecard, customers, growth and learning, internal business, financial aspect.  AbstrakPenelitian bertujuan mengukur kinerja STIENU Jepara dari empat aspek: pelanggan, pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran, bisnis internal, dan aspek keuangan. Unit analisis adalah STIENU Jepara, sedangkan data diperoleh dari 60 pegawai (karyawan dan dosen) dan 90 mahasiswa. Data-data yang diperlukan dikumpulan dengan dokumentasi dan wawancara, sedangkan model pengukuran kinerja yang digunakan adalah balanced scorecard. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa dari aspek pelanggan yang diukur dengan kualitas pelayanan, persepsi pelanggan terhadap kualitas pelayanan rata-rata telah memenuhi harapan. Berdasarkan aspek pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran, STIENU Jepara telah mampu menciptakan pertumbuhan dan peningkatan kinerja dalam jangka panjang. Berdasarkan aspek bisnis internal yang diukur dengan inovasi dan layanan purna jual, memperlihatkan skor yang tinggi. Berdasarkan aspek keuangan, pada tahun 2007/2008 dan 2009/2010 menunjukkan interval realisasi penerimaan berada di atas 100% serta interval realisasi pengeluaran di bawah 25%. Sedangkan pada tahun 2008/2009 menunjukkan interval realisasi penerimaan berada antara 75% - 100% serta interval realisasi pengeluaran berada antara 25%- 49,99%.Kata Kunci: balance scorecard, pelanggan, pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran, bisnis internal, aspek keuangan

Abstract

Abstract The study was intent to know market reaction before and after merger and acquisition (M&A) announcement. Market response was measured using Trading Volume Activity (TVA) and Abnormal return stock of the acquirer company. The research population is all of listing enterprises that at Bursa Efek Indonesia who announce M & A during 2000-2002. Meanwhile the sample is 20 companies that were chosen by purposively. Test used was the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The test results evince that there was no difference between TVA stock sample and the small capitalization company??s stock sample. While, there was a significant differences between TVA stock sample and the large-capitalization company??s sampled. At the same time, the test based on abnormal return exhibit that there was no difference between the total sample and the large-medium capitalization enterprises before as well as after the announcement of M & A, while for small capitalization firm??s samples display a significant difference and keep increase after M & A announcement. Reaksi pasar diukur dengan Trading volume Activity (TVA) saham dan Abnormal return saham perusahaan pengakuisisi. Populasi penelitian adalah perusahaan go public di Bursa Efek Jakarta yang melakukan pengumuman M & A antara tahun 2000-2002, sedangkan sampel sebanyak 20 yang diambil secara purposive. Alat uji yang digunakan adalah Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa TVA saham keseluruhan sampel dan sampel perusahaan kapitalisasi kecil tidak ada perbedaan, sedangkan sampel perusahaan kapitalisasi besar-sedang ada perbedaan signifikan. Hasil pengujian berdasar abnormal return menunjukkan keseluruhan sampel dan perusahaan kapitalisasi besar-sedang tidak berbeda antara sebelum dan sesudah pengumuman M & A, sedangkan untuk sampel perusahaan kapitalisasi kecil menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan dan mengalami kenaikan abnormal return sesudah pengumuman M & A.Kata kunci : merger, akuisisi, Trading Volume Activity, abnormal return, market reaction

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian untuk menguji pengaruh dari product quality dan customer service terhadap customer care (H1 & H2), berikutnya, pengaruh product quality, pengaruh customer service dan pengaruh customer care terhadap marketing performance (H3, H4 & H5). Populasi penelitian adalah pengusaha mebel Asmindo di Jepara berjumlah 320. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 160 yang dipilih  secara purposive dengan kriteria anggota asmindo yang melakukan kegiatan ekspor. Metode analisisnya menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Temuan penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa variabel yang berpengaruh adalah product quality terhadap customer care (H1) dan terhadap marketing performance (H3). Sedangkan hipotesis lain (H2, H4 & H5) tidak terdukung. Kata kunci: product quality, customer service, customer care, marketing performance, furniture industry

Abstract

AbstractThere were several research objectives: (1) to explain the accounting treatment on time deposits mudharabah that made by KJKS/BMT Artha Amanah, Al Fatah dan El Ikhlas 338, (2) to compare the compatibility of accounting treatment to time deposits mudharabah that conducted by those KJKS/BMT with PSAK No. 105 about mudharabah accounting. Among 27 BMTs about 3 of them were chosen as research sample that was taken purposively. The analysis method was describing the mudharabah accounting treatment among 3 BMT samples and then comparing them with PSAK No. 105 procedure. The analysis result found that some of accounting treatments of time deposits mudharabah in those three KJKS/BMT in Pemalang not yet appropriate with PSAK No. 105 procedure therefore it??s needs some of accounting corrections.  Keywords: Accounting Treatment, Time Deposits Mudharabah, PSAK No. 105, KJKS, BMT  AbstrakPenelitian bertujuan: pertama, menjelaskan perlakuan akuntansi pada simpanan berjangka mudharabah yang dilakukan di KJKS/BMT Artha Amanah, Al Fatah dan El Ikhlas 338. Kedua, membandingkan kesesuaian perlakuan akuntansi simpanan berjangka mudharabah dengan PSAK No. 105 tentang akuntansi mudharabah. Sampel penelitian sebanyak tiga dari 27 BMT yang diambil secara purposive. Metode analisis dilakukan dengan melakukan perbandingan antar ketiga BMT dan perbandingan antara PSAK no. 105 dengan pelaksanaan di ketiga BMT. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa ada beberapa perlakuan akuntansi terhadap simpanan berjangka mudharabah di ketiga KJKS/BMT di Pemalang tersebut yang belum sesuai dengan PSAK No. 105, sehingga terdapat perlakuan akuntansi yang masih perlu dikoreksi. Abstract

AbstractThe study aims to find out, describing the identification and testing of the determinant of competitiveness to improve company performance and competitiveness to test the influence of investment. The results showed that the multilevel determinants of competitiveness include the future companies ability to provide product according to market need, company policies, vision and mission of the company, production process, price and design, product development, expects demand growth, professional, production machine, Cooperation with overseas, research funding sources, andcooperation withuniversities. Testing the hypothesis of the independent variable of competitiveness on the dependent variable of investment concluded that the Ha received.Based on the result of research that the main determinants affecting the competitiveness of the extent to which companies can meet the market demand based on consumer demand. For that companies must improve their performance in addition to these to support the competitiveness of the local government should make policies the support therealization of policy of competitiveness. Keywords: competitiveness, determinant of competitiveness, investment, furniture Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan, mengidentifikasi dan menguji penentu daya saing untuk memperbaiki kinerja dan daya saing perusahaan dan menguji pengaruhnya pada investasi. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa penentu daya saing meliputi kemampuan perusahaan menyediakan produk sesuai kebutuhan pasar, kebijakan perusahaan, visi dan misi perusahaan, proses produksi, harga dan desain, pengembangan produk, harapan pertumbuhan permintaan, tenaga ahli, mesin produksi, kerjasama dengan perusahaan luar negeri, sumber pendanaan untuk penelitian, dan kerjasama dengan lembaga pendukung (perguruan tinggi). Hasil pengujian hipotesis dari model regresi dengan variabel independen daya saing dan variabel dependen investasi memperlihatkan bahwa daya saing berpengaruh terhadap investasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa faktor utama penentu daya saing adalah kemampuan perusahaan memenuhi kebutuhan pasar, maka perusahaan harus selalu berusaha untuk mengikuti trend yang berkembang. Sedangkan pemerintah daerah harus membuat kebijakan untuk mendukung saya saing industri mebel.Kata kunci: daya saing, penentu daya saing, investasi, industri mebel
