Abstract

The rapid time development is also followed by the human science development. However, problems arise in human life when the science development is not matched by a strong religious base, so it willgive brith the man whom has no humanities and divinity. Education only cultivate the human mind and constrict qolbu (hearth) role as God's gift that does not need to be doubtful.Education is only meant an empirical and concrete science that can be accepted by the senses, beyond that is not considered as science. The dichotomy of this education will only give birth to a smart man but uncivilized.Unlawful and some crimes now are doneby educated man, not the stupid and not knowledgableman. Such as corruption, money politics, bribery, abuse of office, drugs, human rights violations, immorality, violence, harassment, electronic crime and other various unlawful acts, were all done by an educated man.For those, we need an integral education based on religion, so that people can use his knowledge on the God. If education could provide a balance in human life, there will be a life where people awake from unlawful acts. Because religion is essentially the rule that contains the commands and prohibitions for humans. So, obeying religion is also a form of obedience to the law. Religion of God must teach goodness which is certainly followed by national laws. Because Indonesia is a religious law states, so the law is executed based on the religious values. With this integral education, peoples life will be more law-abiding and civilized.

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) produce a scientific comic instructional media which is good for learning a science in terms of its physical fesibility, design, color, material, images, and text as an introduction to the students discussion, (2) determine the feasibility of scientific comi instructional media. It was a Research and Development (RD), which was done in eigth stages, are(1) Doing the preliminary study and information gathering, (2) Planning, (3) Developing the initial product form, (4) conducting an individual trial, (5) Doing the first revision, (6) Conducting a small group trial, (7) Doing the second revision, (8) Doing a field trial. The subject were the seventh grade students of SMP N 6Ponorogo. The respondents used in this study were 46 students, consisting of 3 validators, 3 students to test one-on-one, 10 students for small group trial, and 30 students for field trial. Aspects accessed were including the media aspect, material aspect, and learning aspect. The data from this study were analized using a descriptive percentage. The result showed that: (1) The quality of media aspect, by the media expert validation, reached an average of 3.87 or in good categories, (2) The material and learning aspect, by material expert validation, reached an average 3.78 or in good categories, and (3) Based on the students assessment on the instructional media aspects, that were physical fesibility, design, color, material, images, and text, obtained a percentage average of 86.9% or in good categories also. It showed that the development product of a scientific instructional media for the seventh grade students of SMP reached the revision stage to be disseminated, then after some revisions it is expected to have a better result to disseminate as an instructional media or learning sources

Abstract

This study aims to describe the independence education materials, the independence education strategy, and the independence education results in MI Muhammadiyah Ponorogo. This qualitative research used observation, questionaire, and documentation in collecting the data which was analyzed with the qualitative descriptive analysis. This study found that the independence education materials given to the first up to the third grade students of MI Muhammadiyah Ponorogo was focused on fostering on selfcare. While the materials for the fourth up to sixth grade students of MI Muhammadiyah Ponorogo had been increasingly complex, in addition to selfcare purpose, it was also about respecting friends and families. Furthermore, independence education in MI Muhammadiyah Ponorogo done through two tracks. On children lane, it was developed through example to take care themselves, through advices, consel, and commands as well as ASLAMA method (Asrama Semalam di Madrasah or overnight boarding). While on the parents lane was done through guidance in order to work together in developing their children attitude and coaching them. This independence education, was further evaluated every Monday.

Abstract

Puppet (Wayang) in its development has been used as media of entertainment, show, preaching, illumination, even social criticism. At Ponorogo, there was Wayang Kemplo which writes and tells stories of puppet figures in accordance with the local area reality and considered as a feedback or criticism towards some social realities, based on self anxiety of its puppeteer. This paper will examine the criticism of Wayang Kemplo againts the social dynamic of Ponorogo, particularly on the education and the academic society response towards these criticism. Among those things that can be summed up by this study, are: (1) Society, the education world in particular is a community that is supposed to be familiar with valuas such as honesty, hard working, discipline, etc. however, it showed that the reallity was as its opposite. Academic community often showed lies, laziness, and lack of discipline through purchasing the academic degree, cheating culture, or false scientific work. Those reality caused corcern of the puppeteer to criticize them through his wayang kemplo, (2) The criticism of wayang kemplo was responded differently, some took it seriously and even tried to intimidate the author, mainly the criticized officials. Many also thought of it as an entertainment for its humor and jokes, so the presence of these posts were always eagerly anticipated.

Abstract

Qisas is a legal practice that there is a pre - Islamic and Islamic modified in the future. However, in modern times it appears aspiration rejection of the law of Qisas in the name of human rights. Even among Muslims themselves also occur on the grounds that rejection that Qisas has violated maqashid al - Shari'ah ie hifzh al - nafs (keep soul). Therefore, through this paper, the author tries to examine in depth the problems with the approach maqashid al - Shariah are summarized in detail in the book of al - Muwafaqat work of al - Syathibi.

Abstract

Differences start of Ramadanis commonly happened. Still, there are concerns and doubts with this difference. The society is not fully aware ofthe source of the difference. People often require to unite thebeginning of Ramadan, at least in Indonesia or world wide. Some people simply argue, "With one month and sun, howcan the beginning of Ramadan and the eid el-fitrday be different?".Unfortunately, there is no necessityfor the society to follow the government decree. Theymay use methods other than those used by the government. Thus, there is a wide range of opinion on the initial start of the month. Because of those diversity will also affect the fasting it self.Therefore,a reviewof Fiqih in the old reference needs to be enriched further by incorporating advanced factors, including separated astronomical and scientific analysis. Ijtihadiyah problem continues to grow adding the diversity factor. From those, the author examines the problems of hisab rukyah in determining the start of Ramadan and its solution in Indonesia
