Abstract

Penyakit kanker darah (Leukemia) menduduki peringkat tertinggi kanker pada anak. Namun, penanganannya di Indonesia masih terbilang lambat. Leukemia perlu diketahui sedini mungkin, untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut diperlukan adanya sebuah sistem pakar. Perhitungan ketidakpastian dalam sistem pakar ini menggunakan metode certainty factor. Metode ini merupakan perhitungan tingkat kepastian terhadap kesimpulan yang diperoleh dan dihitung berdasarkan nilai probabilitas penyakit karena adanya evident gejala. Maka, bisa diasumsikan bahwa sistem pakar identifikasi dini penyakit leukemia dapat menggunakan metode certainty factor sebagai metode pendukungnya. Diharapkan dengan sistem ini, orang awam dapat memanfaatkannya untuk penanganan atau pertolongan pertama penyakit leukemia. Sistem pakar identifikasi dini penyakit leukemia dengan metode certainty factor melakukan diagnosis dengan cara menganalisis masukan gejala tentang apa yang dirasakan oleh pasien. Masukan gejala tersebut kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan kaidah tertentu sesuai dengan ilmu pengetahuan pakar atau dokter umum yang sebelumnya sudah disimpan di dalam basis pengetahuan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah membangun dan mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi sistem pakar identifikasi dini penyakit leukemia dengan metode certainty factor. Aplikasi ini dapat dijadikan alternatif pemanfaatan teknologi agar dapat digunakan untuk mendeteksi penyakit kanker darah (leukemia) sejak dini secara cepat, tepat, dan akurat, sehingga untuk kedepannya penanganan terhadap penderita penyakit leukemia bisa lebih cepat dan lebih banyak jiwa yang bisa diselamatkan.

Abstract

Kualitas merupakan tonggak utama dari industri bidang jasa, karena kualitas akan sangat mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan terhadap konsumsi jasa yang di sediakan. “ABC” care cleaners merupakan franchise yang menyediakan layanan dan penyediaan jasa personal care dalam pencucian serta penyetrikaan pakaian. Untuk penentuan strategi pelayanan, maka di lakukan analisa terhadap loyalitas pelanggan (kepuasan), serta penilaian terhadap performa pelayanan perusahaan (kinerja). Analisa dilakukan pada sampling kuisioner terhadap 100 responden dengan materi 45 atribut atau variabel yang saling berpengaruh. Dari hasil pengolahan data menggunakan Importance-Performance Matrix, diperoleh nilai NIKi (importance) adalah sebesar 3.34 dan nilai NIKp (performance) sebesar 3.16. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pelanggan memiliki ekspektasi yang tinggi terhadap performa pelayanan perusahaan, sehingga harus ada perbaikan dan peningkatan pada variabel yang saling berpengaruh pada performa pelayanan. Dari hasil pemetaan diagram kartesius Importance-Performance Matrix, diperoleh 6 variabel yang harus ditingkatkan kualitasnya pada “ABC” care cleaners. Sehingga peneliti mengusulkan beberapa langkah yang dapat diambil oleh manajemen sebagai upaya dalam peningkatan layanan terhadap pelanggan.

Abstract

Dalam dunia teknologi informasi, banyak sekali topik yang dapat diangkat menjadi tema skripsi. Sayangnya, tidak jarang mahasiswa mengambil tema skripsi yang sama dengan tema skripsi mahasiswa angkatan sebelumnya. Karena memiliki kesamaan tema, akhirnya muncullah judul-judul skripsi yang hampir mirip. Hal ini tentu membuat penelitian di kalangan mahasiswa tidak dapat berkembang dengan cepat. Seharusnya tema yang sudah sering diangkat diganti dengan tema-tema baru yang sesuai dengan perkembangan jaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tema-tema skripsi yang sering digunakan mahasiswa pada rentang waktu tertentu. Tema skripsi dapat dianalisis dari judul dan abstraknya. Karena data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data tekstual, maka analisis dilakukan dengan metode pada text mining, yakni document clustering menggunakan algoritma clustering LINGO. Document clustering dengan algoritma LINGO diaplikasikan menggunakan perangkat lunak Carrot2 Workbench. Hasil penelitian ini berupa klaster-klaster yang beranggotakan dokumen masukan. Setiap kelompok memiliki label. Label mencerminkan kesamaan anggota pada kelompok tersebut. Dari label klaster ini dapat dianalisis tema skripsi.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the demands of air tranportation for reaching destination increase rapidly. Based on the flight schedule in airports spreading in Indonesia, the airports have different flight demand rate so that it requires clustering. This research will use two methods for clustering : kohonen network and Fuzzy C Means (FCM).Kohonen network is the type neural network which uses unsupervised training.Kohonen network uses weight vectors for training while FCM uses degree of membership. Both kohonen network and FCM, inputs are represented by the number of departure and arrival of airline in one day. For kohonen network, we update weight matrices so that minimizing the sum of optimum euclidean distance. For FCM, we update degrees of membership so that minimizing the objective function value.From the simulations, we can cluster the airports based on the number of departure and arrival of airline.

Abstract

Selecting study program is important things that must decide for high school student in Indonesia. However, students often have difficulties to explore the field of study which match with him. Technology can be used as a tool for making a decision, for example by using android application. Android platform has advantages because it is easy to accessible and familiar in teenagers in Indonesia. In this research, an application was developed by Rational Unified Process methodology. The selection of study program is done with knowing personality type. There are 6 criteria in defining personality type with RIASEC method: Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising, Conventional. Personality type can be known after user filled the questionnaire in an application. Next, an application can display study program that matches the type of user personality. From evaluation and analysis, the result showed that application is easy to use. It is expected that this application can be a simulated application which provides information and solutions in advance to selecting study program in universities.

Abstract

Wireless Body Area Network (WBAN) consists of a number of sensor nodes that are attached to the human body, and intended for monitor the human body condition. The WBAN system has several wireless communication modules that are used for sending or exchanging data between sensor nodes and gateway nodes or gateway nodes. There are some factors that are used to decide which communication modules should be implemented on WBAN system, including communication efficiency, distance range, power consumption, and the effect of mobility on QoS. In this study, we analyze the impact of the kinematic movement of sensor nodes on QoS parameter of HC-05 Bluetooth and NRF25L01 communication modules, during sending and receiving process among nodes. We assume that the sensor node and gateway node are attached on the limbs to catch the movement. We use Quality of Service (QoS) parameters such as delay, jitter, and packet loss, to analyze the impact of movement on communication modules. Based on the experimental result, it was found that the average value of delay and jitter for booth communication modules was slightly influenced by the speed of the sensor node movement. During the sensor node movement and data transmission, we found that the NRF24L01 module have a lower delay and jitter value than Bluetooth HC-05 module. The percentage of packet loss tends to be stable at 0% value, even though the speed value becomes higher.

Abstract

Measurement of body blood sugar levels is one of the important things to do to reduce the number of people with diabetes mellitus. Non-invasive measurement techniques become a blood sugar measurement technique that is more practical when compared to invasive techniques, but this technique has not shown too high levels of accuracy, specificity and sensitivity. For this reason, the non-invasive measurement model using NIR and ANN is proposed to improve the performance of non-invasive gauges. Non-invasive blood sugar measuring devices will be built using a nodemcu board with photodiaodes and NIR transmitters whose data is then processed using ANN models compared to invasive blood sugar data obtained from 40 data. 40 data obtained then used as raw data to build ANN models which 75% percent of it use as training data and 25% od it will be use as testing data to validate accuration of the model been built, the split of data doing randomly without any interference from programmer or model designer. All the data gathered are data collected from all volunteers which willingly to test their blood glucose using invasive glucose meter and non invasive glucose meter which been built. The invasive glucose meter used to gather raw data of blood glucose is SafeAccu-2 with 95% level of accuracy so the accuracy and error parameter calculated in this research are based on that 95% level accurcy of the invasive device.

Abstract

River Water with good quality status is the primary needs for the Indonesian people who live along the river. Indonesia has more or less 303 rivers with varied status of water quality. On the other side, the government is obliged to conduct the current situation mapping and to spread the status of river water quality to the surrounding society. It is certainly not an easy job considering the amount and width of the monitoring area. Therefore, this research has proposed a new concept to map the status of river water quality using the STORET method by involving the active participation of the local river community. The locations of research are: Kambaniru river, Brantas river, dan Gajah Wong river. There are seven parameters used to determine the status of river water quality those are: temperature, EC/DHL, TDS, PH, DO, BOD and Caliform. The river community can report the data of analysis result into a system in accordance with the sampling location by enclosing the spatial data. The system will present the status of water quality starting from each point of location to the status of water quality of certain river. The testing result functionally indicates that the system is able to give perfect accuration value. While from its usability, the respondents’ responses are as follows: very agree 60.40%, agree 37.95%, and disagree 1.65%.

Abstract

Software testing is a crucial process in software development life cycle which will affect the software quality. However, testing is a tedious task and resource consuming. Software testing can be conducted more efficiently by focusing this activitiy to software modules which is prone to defect. Therefore, an automated software defect prediction is needed. This research implemented Extreme Learning Machine (ELM) as classification algorithm because of its simplicity in training process and good generalization performance. Aside classification algorithm, the most important problem need to be addressed is imbalanced data between samples of positive class (prone to defect) and negative class. Such imbalance problem could bias the performance of classifier. Therefore, this research compared some approaches to handle imbalance problem between SMOTE (resampling method) and weighted-ELM (algorithm-level method).The results of experiment using 10-fold cross validation on NASA MDP dataset show that including imbalance problem handling in building software defect prediction model is able to increase the specificity and g-mean of model. When the value of imbalance ratio is not very small, the SMOTE is better than weighted-ELM.
