Abstract

Di negara berkembang remitansi memiliki porsi yang sangat besar dalam cadangan devisa, sehingga dinilai sangat berpotensi mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi secara positif. Indonesia merupakan negara penerima remitansi terbesar ke-4 di dunia dengan total remitansi masuk mencapai Rp 62 triliun sepanjang semester 1 tahun 2016. Tetapi pada tahun yang sama, angka kemiskinan di Indonesia juga masih tergolong tinggi yakni sebesar 10,86% atau sebanyak 28,01 juta penduduk hidup dibawah garis kemiskinan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh jumlah remitansi terhadap jumlah penduduk miskin di Indonesia. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder, yakni jumlah remitansi masuk, jumlah penduduk miskin, jumlah pendapatan per kapita, dan indeks gini selama periode tahun 2007 hingga 2016 yang diolah menggunakan metode Ordinary Least Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh negatif jumlah remitansi terhadap jumlah penduduk miskin di Indonesia sebesar 22%, yakni apabila jumlah remitansi naik sebayak 1 juta US Dollar maka jumlah penduduk miskin di Indonesia akan berkurang sebanyak 2.200 orang. Namun, pengaruhnya tidak signifikan pada tingkat signifikansi 5%.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of Local Revenue and Fiscal Balance Transfers on the Direct and Indirect Expenditures as well as on the Economic Development in Indonesia. The variables in this research were Local Revenue and Fiscal Balance Transfers as independent variables whereas Direct, Indirect Expenditures and Economic Developments were the dependent variables. The sample included 33 provinces in Indonesia over the period of 2009 to 2013. The research findings indicated that the Local Revenue and Fiscal Balance Transfers had a positive and significant influence on the Direct and Indirect Expenditures. In addition, Local Revenue and Fiscal Balance Transfers had a negative influence on the economic development through Direct Expenditure and had a positive, significant influence on the economic development through the Indirect Expenditure.Keywords : Local Revenue,Fiscal Balance Transfers on the Direct, Indirect Expenditures and on the Economic Development in Indonesia

Abstract

The phenomenon of labor in East Kalimantan this raises a presumption that the level of wages not paid on the same level of labor productivity. Wage inequality with MPL can be assessed by examining some of the factors that influence the wage rate. Abstract

The number of tax payers is increase for years. But, it is not balanced with the level of tax compliance. The compliance problem becomes an obstacle in optimizing the tax revenue. This study examines the level of compliance of individual taxpayers conducting business and professional services in Samarinda by using several independent variables such as awareness of the taxpayer, the service tax authorities and tax penalties. The population of this study is individual taxpayers conducting business and professional services in Samarinda. Based on data from the KPP Pratama Samarinda, until July 2016 there were 35.445 individual taxpayers conducting business and free job retention. Sampling was done by incidental sampling method. The number of sample is 100 people. Primary data collection method used is a survey method using questionnaires media. Data analysis techniques used in this study is the technique of multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis undertaken concluded that awareness of the taxpayer, and tax penalties had significant and positive impact on taxpayer compliance. The service tax authorities had no significant and negative impact on taxpayer compliance.Keywords: Tax compliance, the taxpayer awareness, the service tax authorities and tax penalties.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to find out the impact of switching cost and switching intention toward word of mouth on courier service JNEs user in Samarinda. The research was conducted on Samarinda by taking a sample of 40 respondents using purposive sampling and questionnaires. The analyze of this research used path analysis. Based on statistical calculation is done with help of software SPSS, it was found hypothesis one is supported because switching cost significantly impacts switching intention, switching intention is significantly impacts word of mouth, and switching cost is not significantly toward word of mouth, so the hypothesis two is supported and hypothesis three is not supported. The implication of this research would be improve connection with user and create the allegiance that can happen obstruct of switching.Keyword: Switching Cost , Switching Intention, Word Of Mouth

Abstract

This paper aims to review several studies on service culture in term of concept and measurement aspect. Conceptual review is urgent to guide scholars develop and choose the best concept which is represented the phenomenon in human resource management context. Meanwhile, for empirical studies, it is important for researcher using appropriate measurement in its questionnaire development. Abstract

According to Phillip’s Curve, a rising in growth or reduction in employment rate will cause rise in inflation rate. In economics this phenomenon was named growth inflation trade-off. This study examines whether in East Kalimantan appeared growth inflation trade-off. By using multiple linear regression analysis was found that there isn’t growth inflation trade-off phenomenon in East Kalimantan.Keyword: Growth, inflation, growth inflation trade-off.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of population, inflation and investments in open unemployment in the province of East Kalimantan. The method or tool of analysis used in this research is multiple regression analysis approach to the classical assumptions are processed in a detailed explanation. This study uses secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). From the results of data analysis that I do can be concluded that: (1) Large population can move the market in terms of demand through the multiplier effect due to the aggregate demand is high. (2) From the results it is observed that there is a close relationship between inflation and unemployment. (3) The size of investments that occurred in the community will greatly affect the size of employment opportunities created.Keywords: Regression Analysis, Population, Inflation, Investment, Unemployment.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to assess and determine the cause dependence Indonesia tehadap beef imported from abroad, especially Australia and the state mafia beef imports that occur from year to year as if Indonesia can not be separated from its dependency on imports. Currently, Indonesia has not been able to meet the needs of domestic beef. So it still would dependency of imported meat products. Dependence is caused by demand (demand) continues to increase, is inversely proportional to the availability (supply) of beef nationally. To meet the needs of society needed policies that support the implementation of food self-sufficiency needs, then comes the beef import policy from abroad, especially the cooperation with neighboring countries (Australia). One of the factors that cause Indonesia's dependence on imported beef is in demand (demand) of beef from the supply (supply). The increased demand caused by Indonesia's population continues to increase with the average of 2,404 hundred million, or in other words grew by 1.38 percent. In addition, the majority of Indonesia's population, or as many as 207 176 162 inhabitants (87.18 per cent) of whom are adherents of Islam and the largest in the World. Which is where most eating beef, especially at the time of religious celebrations, such as Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha. Mafia beef imports is caused by: (1) Mental businessmen, bureaucrats and people who do not boast, (2) trade system persapian less efficient and effective as well as supervision of the less maksaimal and (3) The management system of import that have not been integrated between the with other parties. As for the hope of the future, among others: (1) Improving the mental businessmen, bureaucrats and society. (2) To encourage businesses to become cattle ranchers large scale in the form of PT, CV, SMEs, Firm and Cooperatives (3) Tightening oversight against the rules that apply for example, farmers may not sell cows that are still productive (regeneration) (4) Promotion of cattle farms in Indonesia in accordance with a tropical climate and land area in the hope of Indonesia may be the exporter of beef to other countries, (5) Mapping of cattle and the need for beef, (6) Implement integrated farming practices in order to achieve national self-sufficiency in meat.. Keyword: Availability Beef, Mafia Import and Self-sufficiency National Meat

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the obstacles and problems faced by the Regency / City in East Kalimantan Province in the achievement and implementation of MSS. The focus of this research is the implementation and achievement of Minimum Service Standards (SPM) in East Kalimantan Province. Local government must have SPM in the implementation of public service including Balikpapan City Government. In the latest Regional Government Law, there are 6 (six) basic service areas which must have SPM namely education, health field, peace, public order and community protection, social affairs, public works and spatial arrangement and public housing field.Keywords: Minimum Service Standards
