Abstract

This study points to analyze and explain the Effect of Brand Preference and Brand Conviction on Consumer Loyalty of Excelso Multirasa Franchise in Samarinda City. The population in this study is the people of the city of Samarinda who are consumers of Cafe Excelso. The sampling technique in this study used a probability sampling technique with a simple random sampling methodwith a sample of 120 respondents. Data collection techniques used open and closed questionnaires. The analysis was carried out usingSPSS version 23. This research is quantitative. The results of this study indicate that: (1)Brand Preference positive and significant effect on Consumer Loyalty, (2) Brand Conviction positive and significant effect on Consumer Loyalty.

Abstract

Penelitian  iini  ibertujuan  iuntuk  imengetahui  idan  imenganalisis  ipengaruh  iFaktor  iKeuangan  idan  iNonkeuangan  iterhadap  iReturn  iSaham  imelalui  iKebijakan  iDividen  i(DPR).  iPopulasi  idalam  ipenelitian  iini  iadalah  i18  iperusahaan  imanufaktur  isektor  iindustri  ibarang  ikonsumsi  iyang  iterdaftar  idi  iBEI  iselama  i3  itahun  iyaitu  i2018-2020.  iJenis  ipenelitian  iini  iadalah  ipenelitian  ikuantitatif  idengan  iTeknik  ipengambilan  isampel  idalam  ipenelitian  iini  imenggunakan  ipurposive  isampling  iyang  iartinya  isampel  idari  ipenelitian  iini  iadalah  iseluruh  iperusahaan  imanufaktur  iSektor  iIndustri  iBarang  iKonsumsi  itahun  i2018-  i2020.  iModel  ianalisis  idalam  ipenelitian  iini  iadalah  ianalisis  iregresi  ilinear  iberganda  idengan  imenggunakan  iprogram  iSPSS  iVersi  i21.  iHasil  ipenelitian  iini  imenunjukkan  ibahwa  iDER  itidak  iberpengaruh  iterhadap  iKebijakan  iDividen  isedangkan  iROA  dan Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap Kebijakan Dividen. Hasil lainnya DER, ROA, dan Ukuran Perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Return Saham sedangkan Kebijakan Dividen berpengaruh terhadap Return Saham. Dari hasil analisis jalur variabel Dividend Payout Ratio dapat memediasi variabel DER terhadap return saham berbeda dengan ROA, dan Ukuran Perusahaan yang menunjukkan variabel Dividend Payout Ratio tidak dapat memediasi variabel ROA dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Return saham.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the influence of enterprise risk management disclosure and intellectual capital disclosure on company values as well as independent board of commissioner variables in moderating the influence of enterprise  risk management disclosure  and  intellectual capital disclosure  limited to  company value. The data used in the research is sourced from secondary data, namely non-financial company data of basic and chemical sub-financial sub-industry. The sample screening method uses purposive sampling method with a total of 61 companies and 4 years so that the data observed amounted to 244. The analysis tool used is Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA) by using SPSS version 21 as software to process data. The results showed that enterprise risk management disclosure has a significant effect on the value of the company while Intellectual capital disclosure has no significant effect on the value of the company and the independent board of commissioners is able to strengthen the influence of enterprise risk management disclosure and intellectual capital disclosure on the value of the company.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  mengetahui efisiensi teknis belanja  pemerintah daerah di sektor pendidikan di Kota dan Kabupaten di provinsi di Jawa Timur. Input data yang digunakan yaitu belanja pendidikan per kapita pada kota dan kabupaten di provinsi Jawa Timur pada tahun 2010-2019. Output yang digunakan adalah IPM, harapan lama sekolah dan rata-rata lama sekolah. Metode yang diterapkan  dalam pengukuran efisiensi ini adalah Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), dengan output  perbandingan model CRS dan VRS. Hasil analisis DEA dengan asumsi CRS dan VRS menunjukkan hasil yang berbeda. Baik dengan menggunakan asumsi CRS atau VRS diketahui tidak ada daerah yang konsisten efisien selama periode 2010-2019

Abstract

This paper present determentation of environmental performance as a mediating variable of the relationship between green process innovation and eco-efficiency on the corporate sustainability in small and medium enterprise (SME) in South Sumatra. This study using partial least square structural equation technique in making data analysis. The respondents in this study were the managers and owners of manufacturing small and medium-sized businesses. There were 70 SMEs as research samples. The results showed that green process innovation and eco-efficiency directly had a positive and significant effect on environmental performance, but green process innovation had no impact on corporate sustainability. Eco-efficiency also does not affect corporate sustainability. Meanwhile, the environmental performance has a positive and significant effect on corporate sustainability. For indirect testing, complete mediation environmental performance can influence the relationship between green process innovation and eco-efficiency on corporate sustainability. Therefore, this study suggests that SMEs managers and owners in South Sumatra can continue carrying out green practices to become SME with competitiveness and business sustainability.

Abstract

This program initiated by Community’s Economic Empowerment Department of Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) Kalimantan Timur province, aiming to introduce a business model called Business Model Canvas (BMC) which can be used by Muslim entrepreneurs in Samarinda. During the COVID-19 pandemic period nowadays, entrepreneurs should have business strategy to survive or even grow but this idea yet hasn’t understood or applied by the entrepreneurs. Therefore, it is required detail introduction about BMC existence and functional. Simple BMC template can explain main components of operational support succinctly that turned out can simplify entrepreneurs to understand their business. The benefits of this program including able to accept and understand BMC utilization to design new business or improve existing business and also able to create new business model or product.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kepercayaan konsumen terhadap pembelian online. Metode ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, pengujian hipotesis dengan uji parsial (uji t) dan simultan (uji F). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif antara kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian online. Terdapat pengaruh positif antara kepercayaan konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian online. Secara bersama-sama terdapat pengaruh positif antara kualitas pelayanan dan kepercayaan konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian online. Kesimpulannya yaitu  yang berpengaruh positif adalah kualitas pelayanan dan kepercayaan konsumen. Untuk peneliti selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan penelitian ini dengan menambah variabel lain seperti: promosi dan harga yang dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian dan dapat menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan mengkaji lebih dalam variabel-variabel tentang keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Palm oil is one of the leading export commodities for Indonesia. The high demand for world palm oil makes Indonesia one of the largest palm oil exporters in the world. During 2010-2018 the value of Indonesian palm oil exports fluctuated, therefore there is a need for research to analyze the factors that affect the export value of Indonesian palm oil. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the amount of palm oil production, area of oil palm plantations, world CPO prices and exchange rates on the export value of Indonesian palm oil in 2010-2018. The method in this research is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis tools. The type of data obtained is secondary data of time series (time series). Based on the results of this study, it is known that partially the amount of palm oil production, oil palm plantation area, and world CPO prices have a positive effect on the export value of palm oil and the exchange rate has a negative effect on the export value of Indonesian palm oil in 2010-2018. Simultaneously the amount of palm oil production, the area of oil palm plantations, the world CPO price, and the exchange rate together have a significant effect on the value of Indonesian palm oil exports in 2010-2018.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemilikan manajerial, profitabilitas, leverage dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data kuantitatif dan sekunder yang didapat dari laporan keuangan. Populasi yang menjadi obyek dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor food and beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2015-2020. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan jumlah sampel yang memenuhi kriteria penelitian sebanyak 10 perusahaan yang dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan analisis regresi linear berganda yang diolah menggunakan program SPSS versi 21. Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian dan pengujian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepemilikan manajerial dan ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan profitabilitas dan leverage berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

This study has been carried out to identify the impact of right issues announcement during the Covid pandemic in Indonesia Stock Exchange. In this article, we use an event study approach to empirically study the trading frequency, actual return, stock return and trading volume activity on response due to right issues announcement. This article used window's method with 3 days, 7 days, and 10 days period.The main conclusion from this finding is that during the covid pandemic there are differences in the actual average return and the average stock return in a period of 3 days, 7 days and 10 days both before and after the issuance of right issues. Likewise, the average trading frequency, during the covid pandemic, there was a difference in the average trading frequency in the 3 day and 7 day periods before and after the issuance of the right issue. An interesting conclusion from this finding is that the issuance of right issues during the covid pandemic will increase the actual average return and average stock return in the period of 3 days, 7 days and 10 days after the issuance of the right issues. However, the trading frequency only increased in the period of 3 days and 7 days after issuance and then decreased after 10 days of the issuance of the right issue itself. Meanwhile, this finding also shows that there is no difference in trading volume activity both before and after the issuance of right issues.
