Abstract

Tata letak menjadi salah satu faktor yang sangat penting bagi suatu perusahaan untuk dapat merancang penetapan fasilitas-fasilitas produksi agar tidak mengganggu kegiatan produksi. Metode yang digunakan pada perancangan tata letak adalah Activity Relationship Chart (ARC). Penempatan fasilitas-fasilitas produksi pada CV. Primaset Advertising saling terpisah-pisah sehingga membuat waktu pengerjaan menjadi panjang dan output yang dihasilkan tidak maksimal. Dengan adanya masalah ini, perusahaan dituntut untuk dapat lebih memperpanjang waktu kerja karyawan untuk dapat menyelesaikan pesanan produk tepat waktu. Adapun produk yang paling banyak diminati adalah spanduk, x-banner, papan nama, dan neon box. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa layout usulan hasil penelitian memiliki jarak lebih pendek dengan efisiensi sebesar 27,6%, waktu pengerjaan yang optimal mencapai 19%, dapat menghemat biaya perusahaan setiap bulannya hingga 50%, dan output yang dihasilkan lebih optimal. Sehingga layout usulan lebih efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the dimensions of Adversity Quotient with Job Satisfaction entrepreneurs . The independent variables consist of Control , Ownership , Reach and Endurance . The dependent variable is job satisfaction entrepreneurs (Y). Samples numbered 80 entrepreneurs were taken by purposive sampling technique. The analysis is a correlation analysis using Pearson product moment with the results for each variable that the variable Control obtained the results of correlation of 0.608 with a strong interpretation and determination of the value of 36.9%, for the Ownership variables obtained correlation results amounted to 0.573 with the interpretation is quite strong and the value of determination of 32.9%, to Reach variables obtained the results of correlation of 0.621 with a strong interpretation and determination of the value of 38.5%, and for variable Endurance obtained the results of correlation of 0.539 with interpretation is quite strong and the value of determination by 29.1% while the rest influenced by other variables not included in the study. The results obtained conclusion that between adversity quotient variable dimension Control, Ownership, Reach and Endurance with an entrepreneur Job satisfaction has a positive and significant relationship.Keyword : Control , Ownership , Reach , Endurance and Job Satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know how big the influence of Role Conflict, Role Ambiguity and Job Stress on the Employees Performance at PT . Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk Branch Samarinda . The sample on this research is consist of 40 respondents which are chosen from the method of Accidental Sampling . The analyst means that is used in this research is the multiplied linear regression with the help of IBM program Statistical Product and Service Solution ( SPSS ) 22 For Windows. The results of this research shows that partially of the hypothesis with the t- test where X1 = -2.283 ; X2 = -4.290 ; X3 = 3.426 . The variable negative value of Role Conflict, Role Ambiguity on the Employees Performance and positve value Stress Of Work on the Employees Performance has a strong relationship.Keyword: Role Conflict , Role Ambiguity , Work Stress and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kinerja keuangan yang berbasis pada penciptaan nilai dilihat dari Return On Equity (ROE), Earning Per Share (EPS), Q-Tobin terhadap return saham. Dan untuk mengetahui apakah variabel-variabel tersebut perbengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap return saham pada perusahaan asuransi. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan-perusahaan asuransi yang terdaftar di BEI, teknik penarikan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel 10 perusahaan asuransi yang telah go publik dan menyajikan laporan keuangan tahunan yang telah diaudit per 31 Desember untuk tahun periode penelitian 2012-2015. Dasar teori yang digunakan adalah manajemen keuangan dengan menggunakan alat yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan, hasil analisis yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa ROE pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap return saham pada perusahaan asuransi yang terdaftar di BEI dari tahun 2012-2015, dan EPS pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap return saham pada perusahaan asuransi yang terdaftar di BEI dari tahun 2012-2015 sedangkan Q-tobin berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap return saham pada perusahaan asuransi yang terdaftar di BEI dari tahun 2012-2015. Hasil koefisien determinasi menunjukan sebesar 22,6%. Hasil tersebut menandakan kemampuan variabel independen dalam menjelaskan variabel dependen sementara 77,4% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain.

Abstract

Research aims to know the influence of the Service Performance and Costumer Satisfaction loyality to the obligor Bank Mandiri branch Samarinda as well as to self relianthknowing variable does influential dominant among variable Service Performance and Customer Satisfaction of the Loyalty of the depositor Bank Mandiri branch self contained Samarinda.Sample on the basis Formula Solvin by Umar (2003: 146) obtained 95 or use calculationang depositor Bank Mandiri branch Samarinda.Method of data gathering used directly to the pil is interview involved with the matters discussed and give a list of question to depositor savings Bank Mandiri branch Samarinda.Analyzed data using equipment analysis multiple regression the testing done with t test, and test coefficient of determination to assistance software SPSS.Research Results show that collectively same Service performance and Costumer satisfaction influential Significant agains Loyality depositor Bank Mandiri branch Samarinda.Variable Costumer Satisfaction have influence dominant Loyalty to the obligor Bank Mandiri branch Samarinda. Nugroho ( 2005 : 11 ) declare that to regression compounded better use R Square yes have adjustable or written adjusted R Square method of 0,120 this give a sense 12% of variation variable dependent that is Loyalty of the depositor Bank Mandiri branch Samarinda can descoribed by the independent variable Service Performance and Customer Satisfaction now the rest 88% annotated by factors of variable other unknown and notiucluded in the research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to analyze and determine pengruh Relationship Marketing Customer Satisfaction At PT Adira Finance in Samarinda. Basic theory used marketing management using a multiple linear regression analysis with 50 samples. Based on the results of the partial test variables significantly influence the financial benefits of variable customer satisfaction PT Adira Finance Samarinda for T value> t table then Ho Ha received and refused. Thus the hypothesis states significantly influence the financial dimensions variable customer satisfaction PT Adira Finance Samarinda, acceptedBased on the partial test results variable social benefits significantly influence customer satisfaction variables PT Adira Finance Samarinda for T value> t table then Ho Ha received and refused. Thus the hypothesis states significantly influence the social dimension of the variable customer satisfaction PT Adira Finance Samarinda, accepted.Based on the results of the partial test variables significantly influence the structural benefits of variable customer satisfaction PT Adira Finance Samarinda for T value> t table then Ho Ha received and refused. Thus the hypothesis that structural dimensions influential financial benefits, social benefits and employment benefits of structural variables significantly influence customer satisfaction PT Adira Finance Samarinda, accepted.Keyword: Relationship Marketing

Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyse the effect of penetration of foreign banks to the credit fund of banks in Indonesia periode 2009 - 2013. It is also to determine whether the variable liquidity and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) effect on credit. The research data obtained from financial statements that have been published in Bank Indonesia and Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). By using 495 data from 99 banks in Indonesia, the results of this study show that the Liquidity and GDP has positive effect on credit. Meanwhile foreign bank penetration are negative significant.Keyword: Foreign Bank Penetration, Credit, Loan Growth, Liquidity, and GDP.

Abstract

Performance Appraisal Information System, Supplementary Income Benefits, and Performance Employees are meruapakan one unity and mutually related to each other in the performance appraisal and compensation to the Government of Samarinda City. The application of performance appraisal and compensation information system in the form of additional income support is an effort of Samarinda City Government in an effort to give motivation to the employees to improve their performance. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of performance appraisal information systems and additional income allowances on the performance of employees of the Department of Education Samarinda City. This research was conducted in Samarinda City Education Office. The population in this study as many as 120 employees, while the samples taken as many as 55 respondents selected simple random sampling. Validity test and test reliability of variable indicator questionnaire using SmartPLS version 3.2.6 with requirements to meet outer model, while hypothesis testing using model structure test (inner model) using SmartPLS program version 3.2.6. The result of the research indicates that the items of variable indicator have fulfilled the criteria of validity and reliability. Test the validity of loading factor, cross loading, AVE value indicates that the instrument is valid. The reliability test tested using composite realibility and Cronbach's Alpha has been eligible. Furthermore, the hypothesis test by using SmartPLS shows that the system of performance appraisal information (e-logbook) has positive and significant effect to the additional allowance of earnings, the additional allowance of earnings has positive and significant effect to the employee performance, while the performance appraisal e-logbook system has positive Not significant to employee performance. The suggestion that can be given is that the city government of Samarinda should improve the performance appraisal information system so that it can describe the performance of the employees, not just the daily activities.Keywords: performance appraisal information system, additional income supplement, employee performance

Abstract

AbstractThis study aimed to find out : (1) influence of public relation to purchasing decision at Politeknik Negeri Samarinda students, (2) influence of advertising strategy to purchasing decision at Politeknik Negeri Samarinda students, (3) influence of public relation and advertising strategy to purchasing decision at Politeknik Negeri Samarinda Students. This research is a survey research. The population of this research is Politeknik Negeri Samarinda students using Samsung Galaxy mobile phone product. The sampling method used in this research is accidental sampling with 120 respondents. The collected questionnaire data has been tested using validity and reliability. The data analysis technique of this research is multiple linear regression.The results showed that : (1) the public relation positively effected purchasing decisions with a significance value of t-test is smaller than the specified level of significance (2) the advertising strategy positively effected purchasing decisions with significant value t-test is smaller than the specified level of significance (3) the public relation and advertising stategy together positively effected purchasing decisions with significant value f-test is smaller than the specified level of significance.Keywords : Public Relation, Advertising Strategy, Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Human Resource Management is a resource of Development to emphasize human being as the main actors of development having work ethic or working method that productive, creative, discipline, skilled, professional and master of science and technology with environment or natural surroundings, ability to manage and also interact with all forms of work. Organizations need a good performance of every human resource they have in order to better the community's assessment of the organization as well, so the organization also needs to take various actions in achieving the good performance generated by its employes. The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the influence of Variables Affecting Employee Motivation and Performance. This research was conducted by taking the object of the Office of Library and Archives Region Office in Paser Regency, with a population of 40 employees. The theory used is the theory of human resource management, Competence, Experience, This study uses data taken directly from the sample by using a questionnaire system. The samples of the research are the employees of the Library and Archive Regional Office in Paser Regency with a total of 40 samples. The research model uses path analysis using SmartPLS as an analytical tool. From the result of the analysis test, it can be concluded that the competence variable (X1) has a significant and positive effect on the motivation (Y1), and on the performance (Y2), the experiential variable (X2) has a significant positive effect both on motivation (Y1) and performance (Y2) Compensation variable (X3) has a significant and positive effect on Motivation (Y1), and on Performance (Y2), and. And Motivation variable (Y1) have a significant effect on performance variable (Y2).Keywords: Performance, Motivation, Compensation, Competence
