Abstract

This article aims to determine how much  is the influence the Total Labor, Total Company, Total Export and Total shari?ah Financing, to the GDP of Creative Industries in North Sumatra Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative approach using path analysis with multiple linear regression analysis/ OLS (Ordinary Least Squared). The data used in this research is time series data in the period from 2006 -  2015. The study found that about 76,2% variable Total Labor, Total Company, Total Export and Total shari?ah Financing simultaneously influence the GDP of Creative Industries in North Sumatra in the period 2006 ? 2015, while 23.8% is explained by other factors. Partially the Total Labor, Total Company, Total Export and Total shari?ah Finance, also giving effect to real GDP of Creative Industries in North Sumatra.

Abstract

Research  on  Accountability  and  Transparency  Based  on  the  results  of  this study aims to determine the implementation of Accountability and Transpar- ency Based Revenue in Beureunuen City Store. Some Stores in Beureunuen City implement a profit-sharing system with employees. The study was conducted from March 2016 to February 2017. This research uses qualitative approach. For Collection - to get information about employeesvalidation techniques done by digging information from some informants directly related to the Business. In addition, researchers also con- ducted direct observation at the location of the study to verify the data wheth- er the data obtained from the informant in line with the reality of the field or not. The result of the research analysis shows that the application of Account- ability and Transparency Based on Profit is good. However, there is a weakness in terms of the absence of annual balance sheet. For that researchers offer Bal- ance Sheet report. The implementation of Profit-Based Accountability and Transparency is already well categorized in terms of responsibility to the trustee, providing information to employees and granting the employee rights in accordance with the earn- ings of the company?s profit within one year of Hijriah.

Abstract

The policy on the spoils of war made as assets of the State and the original owners will be subject to land tax (kharaj) is a form of stabilizing the State?s economy. The application of kharaj to all non-Muslims becomes a debate. Does it include the purpose of sharia (maqasid shariah) or not?. The purpose of this study is to explain the use of the concept of maqasid shariah and its applica- tion in the matter of land tax (kharaj) at the time of Caliph Umar bin Khattab RA. The research method that the writer uses is descriptive qualitative method by studying classical books as main source plus secondary source from various books, journals and other scientific articles. The results of this study show that the caliph Umar using maqasid shariah in establishing the implementation of kharaj policy for the benefit of the ummah. And the application of the shariah maqasid method is very relevant to the application of kharaj, considering the long-term benefits and can be felt equally for all levels of society and future generations.

Abstract

This research was aimed to find out empirical evidences of pawn information and service quality and care quality effecting on customer?s satisfaction in Syari- ah pawnshops branch Kuala Simpang Aceh Tamiang Regency. Analysis tool was used is multiple linear regression. The populations in this research are custom- ers of Syariah pawnshop branch Kuala Simpang Aceh Tamiang Regency with 100 customers as sample. Data conducted by using questionnaire technique. The results showed partially that pawn information and service quality and care quality have real effect towards customer?s satisfaction. Pawn information has regression coefficient about 0.054, service quality has regression coefficient about 0.259, care quality has regression coefficient about 0.176, which gives the meaning that pawn information and service quality and care quality improved will increase in the value of customer satisfaction. The research also shows that simultaneously pawn information and service quality and care quality are sig- nificantly effecting and explaining customer satisfaction at Syariah pawnshops branch Kuala Simpang Aceh Tamiang Regency about 41.3%. Among all variables which are examined, service quality is the most dominant variable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsep bisnis Islam dan konsep ma- najemen bisnis Islam yang dilaksanakan di Waroeng Steak and Shake Cabang SM Raja Medan. Waroeng Steak and Shake ini adalah salah satu bisnis kuliner yang melandasi setiap kegiatan bisnisnya sesuai dengan aturan Al-quran dan Sunnah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Untuk teknik valida- si data dilakukan dengan cara menggali informasi dari beberapa informan yang berkaitan langsung dengan bisnis tersebut. Selain itu peneliti juga melakukan observasi langsung di lokasi. Hasil dari analisis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep etika bisnis Islam di Waroeng Steak sudah baik untuk konsep Shiddiq yakni menjamin bahan baik dan halal serta kejujuran dalam bertransaksi. Untuk konsep Tabligh dalam hal penyampaian dakwah melalui bisnis juga sudah baik. Namun ada kelemahan dari segi Amanah yaitu dalam hal pelayanan. Untuk kon- sep Fathanah yaitu kecerdasan spiritual juga perlu ditingkatkan kembali. Kon- sep manajemen bisnis Islam sudah baik dalam hal (1). perencanaan yang men- yangkut lima hal yaitu:  Visi dan Misi, produksi, distribusi, perekrutan karyawan dan jenjang karir (2). pengorganisasian dalam hal pembagian tugas sudah ma- suk dalam kategori baik. Untuk (3) pengawasan juga sudah dalam kategori baik yaitu dengan rutin mengadakan briefieng setiap pagi. (4) pelaksanaan juga su- dah baik yaitu dalam bentuk apresiasi dan spiritual company.

Abstract

Proses penghimpunan zakat (funding) di Provinsi Aceh jika ditinjau dari persen- tase potensi zakat yang ada masih belum mencapai hasil yang memuaskan, Bai- tul Mal haruslah melakukan promosi dan sosialisasi secara ektra serta melaku- kan strategi jemput bola untuk menarik potensi zakat yang besar di Provinsi Aceh. Untuk membantu berjalannya roda zakat di Aceh, maka Baitul Mal harus serius menangani proses pengumpulan zakat dengan memperbanyak sumber daya pengumpul zakat (fundrising), membentuk tim promosi dan sosialisasi, adapun salah satu gagasan strategi yang penulis tawarkan untuk menggali po- tensi zakat di Aceh yaitu dengan upaya pengaktifan unit pengumpul zakat Mas- jid (UPZM). Dengan penerapan aplikasi promosi, sosialisasi dan pengaktifan UPMZ sebagai salah satu upaya untuk menguatkan manajemen pengumpulan zakat di Aceh sangat dimungkinkan penerimaan zakat di Aceh meningkat dan manfaat zakat dapat dirasakan secara lebih luas dan memiliki kuantitas baik.
