Abstract

The term of ‘alam has similiarity with ilm in Arabic. This indicates that there is a close connection between a concept of knowledge with the obligation to explore the nature. One of surah in Qur’an which discusses about the nature is al-anbiya’ : 30. In this verse, God says that sky and earth are basically unified coherently so that they are like one mass. This is in line with the most recent finding of the nature theory. Based on this theory, thousand years ago, the nature was accumulated strongly in the form of ball with which its trellis   is not more than 3.000.000 mile.

Abstract

This research discusses on the implementation of Learning Cycle 5 Phase model to improve Student’s Performance on Compound Names and Reaction Equation in the Class X MA Darul Hikmah Pekanbaru.  This research is experimental study with pre-test and post-test. Its samples are 2 classes, namel;y class X.B as experimental class and Class X.AI as controlled class. The preliminary data is homogeneity test as pre-requirement taken from the marks of homogeneity test on chemical bonding. The final data is hypothesis test gotten from the students pre-test and post-test on Compound Names and Reaction Equation. The first and final data are analysed   using t-test. The final analysis is t (calculation) = 2,252 and t (table) = 2,020 and it shows that t (calculation) > t (table) so that H0 is rejected which indicates that there is an improvement on students performance with 10,300%.

Abstract

The great punishment which is followed by violence is not desired by anyone including in education institution. However, it cannot be avoided that in a education institution there is still a violence. This paper attempts to explore some points related to punishment in Islamic education. The result is that pusnishment should consider some steps and requirements which should be understood by Islamic teachers.

Abstract

This paper studies on an effort of Islamic education in developing Fithrah. This is based on the fact that to understand a good Islamic education, conceptually it cannot be separated from an understanding toward humans themselves as the agent of education. It is clear that humans are given fithrah to listen, see, and think about surroundings. With this potency, they are hoped to be educated scientifically to conduct research and analyze to get conclusion and think so that they get knowledge and scientific findings.

Abstract

This article seeks to explore a model of learning having pluralistic paradigm, that is a learning which is based on the basic principle that acknowledges and accepts the religious and cultural differences  as the consequence from the plural society. This model of learning aims at creating attitude and life consciousness among Muslim students in order to respect  other religions as the implementation of religious tolerance.  It is related to respecting the plurality of religions, cultures, races and social and economic groups in the society, showing the love and sincerity among human beings and environment as God’s creation and respecting the differences of idea in practicing religious rituals.

Abstract

Legal Argumentation that is a scientific skill in law to be useful as a base consideration for legal experts in obtaining and provide legal solutions. Deftness is not as easy as scientific imagined people because it requires the willingness and ability to develop special someone power he thought. Legal Argumentation appears as a response or feedback from the absence of legal problem leads to the rise of dissenting opinion (discourse or polemic) in society. Legal problem everlastingly appearing along with dynamics and complexity people bringing implication of social conflict, social occurrence so the argument law is expected to any legal problems can be resolved quickly, accurate, safe, and properly.
