AbstractSMK Labor Pekanbaru having a digital library to support interest in reading students of SMK Labor Pekanbaru either manually or digitally that can be accessed quickly and easily via a computer network. But the problems that happens is the lack of response from the students to use this system. This study focused to determine the level of user satisfaction in using a Digital Library with a model approach End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS), which consists of five factors: Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease Users, and timeliness as independent variables and user satisfaction as a variable dependent. The sample in this study amounted to 84 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is Strata Random Sampling. Based on the partial results of the study showed that of the five independent variables studied, four variables were found to significantly affect the user's satisfaction variable is the variable content, accuracy, format, and timeliness. Ease variables not found to significantly affect user satisfaction variables. Then simultaneously can be seen that the variable content, accuracy, Format, Ease and timeliness together evident effect on the variable User Satisfaction. Adjusted R Square of 0.635 indicates that 63.5% User Satisfaction variables can be explained by the five independent variables. While the remaining 36.5% is explained by other factors. The forest area in Bengkalis district has an area of around 463 441 ha, with a variety of natural resources that can be generated from the forest. But in recent years frequently burned forest bengkalis induced land clearing by companies or individuals who have a bad impact to masyaarakat, so that the smoke caused by forest fires have been a disaster for the community in terms of both economy and health. The worst impacts experienced is the disruption of the respiratory system, because in the smoke contained various types of hazardous and toxic gases. For that it is developing an instrument capable of neutralizing the smoke generator using ozone generated by corona discharge process. Ozone will ionize toxic gases into oxygen and cleanse the air of the process, so that this method can be said to be effective for the sterilization of air. There are several stages in this study, first: the system design. Second: the manufacture box. Third: the manufacture of power supply. Fourth: manufacture ozone generator, and the final testing of the tool to see the system working tool is functioning properly and can be used by the public, especially people Bengkalis district. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan waktu garansi yang optimal produk Examination Lamp.Seperti yang kita ketahui waktu garansi adalah suatu cara yang diberikan produsen ke konsumen untuk menjamin kualitas dari produk yang ditawarkan.Semakin lama waktu garansi yang ditawarkan kepada konsumen akan memberikan sinyal bahwa produk tersebut semakin berkualitas.PT Tesena Inovindo adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang perakitan alat alat medis,yaitu inkubator,infant warmer,examination lamp,hospital bed dan lain sebagai-nya.Selama ini kebijakan yang diterapkan oleh perusahaan untuk waktu garansi adalah selama 12 bulan, padahal waktu garansi seharusnya diberikan bedasarkan tingkat keandalan suatu produk.Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan evaluasi terhadap waktu garansi yang telah diberikan perusahaan selama ini.Kebijakan garansi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan model Jun Bai dan Hoang Pham dan berdasarkan pengolahan data yang telah dilakukan diperoleh total biaya penghematan sebesar 47,05 % bila dibandingkan dengan total biaya garansi yang telah dikeluarkan oleh perusahaan.Kata kunci: examinition lamp, model jun bai dan hoang pham, waktu garansi

Identifikasi Tata Kelola TI dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kerangka kerja COBIT (Control Objective for Information and Related Technology) Versi 4.1. COBIT mempunyai tujuan untuk mengendalikan TI terkait dan merupakan suatu standar yang telah diakui cukup baik pada tingkat Internasional. COBIT terdiri dari 34 proses TI yang dikelompokkan dalam 4 domain. Dengan menggunakan instrument berupa kuisioner 6 atribut kematangan, yang memiliki 12 pertanyaan perperoses dan pendekatan yang dilakukan as-be and to-be. Penelitian ini menghasilkan rekomendasi proses yang telah dipetakan terdapat 25 proses dari 34 proses dari keseluruhan COBIT dan kondisi tata kelola TI berada pada level Defined. Hal ini menunjukan Kampus XYZ Riau perlu melakukan aturan untuk momonitor efektivitas pelaksanana manajemen tata kelola teknologi informasi. This paper focuses on improving the performance of vertical axis wind turbines (VWAT)to generate electricity through a permanent magnet generator. One method possible use is theselection of the number and angle Savonius windmill. Savonius turbines are known to have lowefficiency, but the construction is cheap and simple, and can receive wind from any directionand high starting torque. The focus of this study is to test the performance of a wind turbineSavonius 2 levels . This research resulted in a windmill with 59 watts of power . Average voltageis generated in the form of 3 -phase AC voltage of 6,57 volt AC to 18,61 volt AC , and thenstored into the battery using the battery charger.Keywords: permanent magnet generator, savonius, VWAT

Tong sampah merupakan prasarana yang tersedia di setiap taman kota yang memudahkanpengunjung taman untuk membuang sampah. Di Taman ini terdapat tong sampah berdasarkan bahandasar sampah tersebut yaitu tong sampah basah (organik) dan tong sampah kering (anorganik). Denganmemisahkan sampah sesuai bahan dasarnya maka secara tidak langsung bisa menyelamatkan bumi daribencana ledakan sampah. Secara umum sistem kerja tong sampah organic dan anorganik sama dengantempat sampah pada umumnya, yang membedakan hanyalah penggolongan bahan dasar jenis sampahtersebut.Pada kenyataannya saat ini, tong sampah organik maupun tong sampah anorganik kurangdimanfaatkan oleh pengunjung Taman. Pengunjung enggan untuk memanfaatkannya dengan berbagaialasan. Pengadaan tempat sampah jenis ini perlu mendapatkan perhatian lanjut, sehingga dapatmeningkatkan fungsinya di kalangan masyarakat kota khususnya pengunjung taman.Pengambilan data dilakukan menggunakan metode work sampling. Dari data work samplingdiketahui rasio produktif adanya tong sampah organic dan anorganik sebesar 27% dan rasio tidakproduktif adanya tong sampah organik dan anorganik sebesar 73%. Faktor penyebab terjadinya ketidakproduktifan tong sampah ini disebabkan tidak pedulinya pengunjung taman terhadap jenis bahan dasarsampah tersebut serta pola perilaku di masyarakat yang biasa membuang sampah sembarangan karenasemua orang melakukannya. Secara tidak sadar maka perilaku membuang sampah sembarangan akanmenjadi suatu bentukan perilaku yang terinternalisasi di dalam pikiran bahwa membuang sampahsembarangan bukanlah hal yang salah.Kata kunci: anorganik, organik, tong sampah, work sampling

Riau Province has the potential to utilize oil palm cesspit as a renewable energy source. Therefore, there should be a ranking for the region of palm oil producer in Riau Province in order to provide information and recommendations to the government on policy in determining the center development of renewable energy in Riau Province, give the investment opportunities in agriculture, develop the production of palm oil in the region that has a fewer palm tree and provide solutions to overcome the problems of selection and ranking manually. Simple Aditive Weighting (SAW) algorythm, weighting Product (WP) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal solution (TOPSIS) are used to perform the rankings districts with using a weighting in the form of direct weights, fuzzy and percentage (%). For maximum results which is accurate and fit the expected results, applied three methods that have a role to determine the best method in making decisions. The results of the third calculation method of the third weighting generate is discovered that SAW method have a better weight percentage than WP and TOPSIS methods. Based on the calculation of weight percentage using SAW method, Tapung region, Pangkalan Kuras, Mandau, Tapung Hilir and North Tambusai occupy the top 5 rank as the potential area of renewable energy sources.

At this time the data development of oil palm in Riau Province can only be seen from the data published by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) both hardcopy and softcopy, presented statistically. BPS does not provide data analysis of palm oil that can be used by the Government to support the decision-making process. One technique decision support in policy analysis used in this research is Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART). In determining the weighting method SMART weighting technique is usually used directly. Value weight to direct weighting of each criterion is given in accordance with the needs of the subjective nature so that it is less effective. However, in previous studies determining the weighting can be done with other techniques one of which is the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). AHP is a decision support modeling that describes the problem of complex multi-criteria into a hierarchy. In AHP there is a value decision called Eigen. The eigen value obtained from Comparing pairs and are objective criteria that is substituted as the value of the weight on the SMART method. Results of ranking using the SMART method of direct weighting value sensitivity of 0.5103, while the AHP SMART have the sensitivity value of 0.0274. This indicates that the SMART AHP is a method of weighting the best because it has the smallest sensitivity. The goals of designing factory layout is to decrease material handling from distance and cost.The problems occurred at PT. Pesona Laut Kuning is forming departement or machine which related toeach other but still apart that cause soar of distance material handling.Methods used by this research is simulation Arena, convetional techniques, and ALDEP. Afterdone processing with simulation, no need for replenishment machine because all stuff processed resolved.After data processing using conventional Techniques and ALDEP done then Alternative Optionsbe able to convetional techniques alternative 1 which one have the smallest distance and cost. Alternative1 convetional techniques can reduce 0,97 kilometer distance of material handling and save Rp.1.863.772,- per day which initially distance of material handling production floor 3,1 kilometer and cost ofmaterial handling Rp. 5.911.178,- after processing by convetional techniques, the distance of materialhandling is 2,2 kilometer and cost of material handling become Rp. 4.047.406,-.Keywords: ALDEP, conventional technique, material handling, plant layout, simulation
