Abstract

Availability of detailed data customer transactions is the largest operation undertaken by a digital printing company. Digital printing company should have the customer database. The problem of company to keep consumer loyalty is how to make prediction of customer habits that appropriate with type and target customer market. This system is a system prediction of customer habits that built using the Association Rule Mining Method. Association mining is method mining technique to find the rules of assosiative between combination itemset, the calculation is done by determining the value of minimum support and minimum confidence. The result of best rule calculation used as a combination product recommendations that offered to customers when the transaction took place and can use to reference in making promo and catalog. This system was built using Microsoft Visual Basic.Net and database Microsoft Access. This system can be used as a solution for company to make prediction of customer habits by type and target customer market, that can be help the company to increasce corporate image and profit the company. This study used best testing rule with minimum support 30% and minimum confidence 50%.Keywords : ARM, combination, digital printing, itemset, rule, minimum support, minimum confidence, prediction.

Abstract

The position of the solar panel permanently attached will not produce the maximumoutput power. The method used to maximize the power output from the solar panel to adjust theposition of the solar panels are always dealing with the position of the sun. This paper describesthe design of the control system of solar panel with two dimensional base arduino. The solarpanels are driven by two motors. Motor axis X to move towards the east to the west by thechange of time in hours and Y axis motors for movement towards the south to the north basedon the time change by month. The results of this study were able to control the solar panel toget the maximum power of 491 watts. Rated voltage generated by the solar panels can bedisplayed on the LCD via the voltage sensor.Keywords: Arduino, motor, power, solar panel

Abstract

Manual and repetitive activity in a grease filling production brings an ergonomics risk to theoperator. OCRA Index, Strain Index, Quick Exposure Checklist and Nordic Body Map were used in thepreliminary study to identify and measure the risk. There were medium and high risk and the improvementwas needed immediately due to the repetitiveness work. The aim of this study is to identify the risk due tothe repetitiveness and to improve the workstation to minimize the risk. Analytical Hierarchy Process wasused to decide what kind of improvement would be taken. Workstation redesign and product redesign wasselected to be implemented. Improvement on conveyor and grease drum was proposed to minimize therepetitiveness risk. The result of the study show that the repetitiveness risks were categorized asacceptable based on the OCRA Index score.Keywords: ergonomics risk, redesign, repetitiveness, workstation

Abstract

Saat ini toko online tumbuh dengan pesat, namun tidak semua toko online saat ini yang mampu memuaskan pelanggan dan tidak semua penduduk Indonesia yang menggunakan toko online dalam berbelanja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepuasan pelanggan ritel online di Pekanbaru berdasarkan karakteristik situs pada toko online. Karakteristik situs terdiri dari variabel kemudahan, desain situs, keinformatifan, komunikasi dan keamanan. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan observasi dan kuesioner. Kuesioner dibagikan ke 384 responden yang merupakan sampel yang diambil dari populasi pelanggan ritel online yang telah berbelanja lebih dari dua kali. Dari 384 sampel data yang bisa diolah hanya 369, sedangkan 15 sampel tidak bisa digunakan karena datanya kritis dan outlier. Penelitian ini memiliki 5 variabel bebas dan 1 variabel terikat sehingga teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini bahwa ke lima variabel dari karakteristik situs berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan ritel online. Masing-masing  memiliki nilai t hitung > t tabel yakni 2.404, 2.242, 4.344, 3.344  dan 6.338 dengan nilai t tabel 1.648 dengan nilai signifikansi masing masing >0.05. Faktor yang paling dominan dari ke lima variabel (karakteristik situs yaitu variabel kemudahan,desain situs, keinformatifan, komunikasi dan keamanan) pada penelitian ini adalah faktor keamanan yang mendominasi 64.7% terhadap kepuasan pelanggan ritel online artinya bahwa pelanggan tersebut puas terhadap keamanan pada toko ritel online.Sedangkan koefisien determinasi memperoleh nilai sebesar 0.463 dengan arti  bahwa 46.3% kemudahan, desain situs, keinformatifan, komunikasi dan keamanan mempengaruhi kepuasaan pelanggan.  Kata kunci: karakteristik situs, Pekanbaru, regresi linear berganda, ritel online,

Abstract

Pekanbaru is one of cities in Indonesia that is growing. Nit only physically evolved from the development side, the city of Pekanbaru also experiencing population growth. Population growth in the city of Pekanbaru will certainly pose new problems of residential land needs. The uneven distribution og the population in each district requires a solution to new settlements. To be able to determine the location of residential development designed a Geographic Information System (GIS). This system will calculate the feasibility of land to be used as residential areas by using the Comparative Method of Exponential (CME). Then this system will show the calculation results in the form of digital maps. This system has a feature to determine the public facilities of the nearby vacant land in each alternative location. This system uses administrative boundary map of Riau Province in 2005 and use the research data in 2005. In addition, this system can save the calculation results in a database, so it can be used without the need to run the function again CME. Keywords : Geographic Information System, population distribution, settlement

Abstract

Enactment of Pekanbaru City as city services, the city of trade and industrial city make the rising growth of trade . It is certainly tighten the competition, to maintain and develop the business need for an effective strategy. Information trafficking business development next few years could be one of the basic reference for decision making to the business strategy . Markov Chains method is one method that can provide information on the probability of the future by analyzing data on the number of trading business several years earlier . The information generated in the form of trade development value 2 years. In this research predicted results obtained from business entities attributes, the value of capital, information capital, institutional, and business activities. The final results of the referenced decision-making with a percentage of 81.3% of the company's enterprises, 89.9% of capital range of> 100 million - 1 M, 73.9% with a description of a small capital, 79.2% institutional as suppliers, and 57, 4% of business activities for household needs. Keywords: Markov Chains, prediction, trading business

Abstract

Pengenalan komputerisasi karakter huruf hijaiyah masih perlu diteliti. Karakter huruf hijaiyah mempunyai banyak jenis huruf yang memiliki bentuk cita rasa seni dan keindahan yang bisa dinikmati saat ini. Tidak semua jenis huruf hijaiyah dapat dikenali oleh semua orang dikarenakan bentuk yang rumit dan sulit untuk dipahami. Penelitian ini dibangun untuk mengenali jenis huruf hijaiyah tunggal berdasarkan jenis khat yang digunakan. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengenalan karakter huruf hijaiyah tunggal ini adalah metode template matching. Metode template mathing mampu mencari suatu template pada keseluruhan objek. Karakter yang diuji akan melewati fase pre-processing dan segmentasi menggunakan metode profile projection untuk memisahkan setiap karakternya. Pengujian dilakukan terhadap 79 karakter huruf hijaiyah tunggal dari media internet dan 147 karakter huruf hijaiyah tunggal dari software kelk menghasilkan persentase keberhasilan huruf benar dan khat benar 85.3982%, huruf benar khat salah 4.8673%, huruf salah dan khat benar 4.8673%, huruf salah dan khat salah 4.8673%. Kesimpulan pengujian menunjukan bahwa metode template matching mampu mengenali jenis huruf hijaiyah berdasarkan jenis huruf yang digunakan dengan persentase akurasi keberhasilan yang tertinggi adalah 85.398%.Kata kunci: pengenalan karakter, profile projection, software kelk, template matching

Abstract

There were seven waste of inventory system in district general hospital Arifin Achmad Riau Province i.e over volume drug procurement, over logistik inventory, drugs out of spesification, unnecessary motion, drugs transportation, innapropriate operation (long administration) and waiting order. Thats waste known as main cause drugs inventory sytem positive contribution not leave for patient service and hospital income. The problems related to seven waste are priority decision improvement for the right target and cost-effective. Priority decision would be solve use waste assessment model that separate into two main measure. Abstract

A production facility design in flow shop production systems without considering the process flow may cause an ineffective production process flow. The complexity increases if the distance among facilities is too far so it decreases the effectiveness and efficiency during the production activities. This research proposed a plant layout design that has considered the production flow. The plant layout design applied u-shape flow pattern. In this proposal layout design the number of machines were added depending on the machine requirements. The distance of material displacement before the improvement was 21.5 meters, while the total distance of the proposed design was 19 meters.Keywords: facility layout, flow shop production process, material flow
