Abstract

Hotel dan penginapan merupakan pelayanan jasa yang cukup berkembang pada saat ini, dibuktikan dengan makin banyak berdirinya hotel dan penginapan disetiap daerah. Di kota Dumai khususnya jumlah hotel dan penginapan yang ada tidak sedikit, yang memiliki harga, kualitas dan tempat yang berbeda-beda. Kebanyakan warga kota Dumai ataupun warga pendatang yang datang ke kota Dumai yang akan menginap di hotel maupun penginapan yang ada di kota Dumai hanya mengetahui hotel-hotel tertentu saja dan memiliki harga yang cukup mahal, dan kebanyakan dari mereka tidak mengetahui bahwa di kota Dumai terdapat banyak hotel maupun penginapan dengan harga yang cukup terjangkau yang sesuai dengan penghasilan calon pengunjung. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan suatu sistem informasi yang mampu memberikan informasi yang terpecaya tentang hotel dan penginapan yang ada di kota Dumai yang diharapkan dapat digunakan untuk mendapatkan informasi yang lengkap tentang hotel dan penginapan di kota Dumai.

Abstract

The problems of time studi are caused by many factors. So it needs to be made graduation prediction system to determine what factors can affect student graduation. The system is designed to prediction of student graduation rate using data mining with Naive Bayes algorithm. The criteria used in predicting graduation rates are GPA, nim, sex, and place of birth, home school, home town school, class, date and year of graduation. This system was designed and built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. Training data used 150 data. After analysis and testing, the accuracy of system using 25 data testing from data training amounted 88%. The accuracy of system using 25 data testing from out of data training amounted 92%. A result of analysis is students with a GPA above 3 predicted to graduate on time. GPA is very influential on the prediction system so that the accuracy of the training data is smaller than the accuracy of the data outside the training.Key words: data mining, MySql, Naïve Bayes, PHP, students, time study.

Abstract

Mobile Ad Hoc Network (MANET) is a wireless LAN technology that does not require a network based infrastructure. MANET is very suitable to be applied in areas experiencing shortages of telecommunications infrastructure. An important aspect in the MANET routing protocol is a protocol which is what set the system routing data packets in the network. MANET itself has many routing protocols to dynamically build the topology. Each of these routing protocols have different characteristics based on how it works. Selection of MANET routing protocols with different types will affect the workings of the delivery and the condition of the network. This paper further research work performance comparison of AODV protocol which is a category on demand and are reactive to update the routing table when the demand and DSDV which is table driven categories that are proactive update its routing table periodically. Comparison AODV protocol and DSDV done in a simulation using the application NS3 (Network Simulator3). Based on the simulation parameters and simulation results for each condition in this research note that AODV suitable for use in scenarios that have a large network density. Abstract

Single Carrier Frequency Division Multiple Access (SCFDMA) merupakan teknik multiple access menggunakan single carrier dalam mengirimkan data yang diimplementasikan pada sisi uplink 4G. Inter symbol interference (ISI) yaitu suatu gangguan yang besar untuk efisiensi transmisi pada data digital, ISI terjadi saat deretan data simbol yang saling tumpang tindih (over lapping), sehingga diperlukan suatu teknik ekualisasi yaitu Decision Feedback Equalizer (DFE) sebagai metode mengatasi ISI. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan analisis kinerja DFE pada sistem komunikasi SCFDMA melalui kanal AWGN dan Rayleigh Fading dengan parameter Symbol Error Rate (SER). Penelitian ini menghasilkan unjuk kerja DFE pada sistem komunikasi SCFDMA melewati kanal AWGN dan Rayleigh Fading. Pada kanal AWGN  yaitu saat sistem menggunakan DFE nilai pada SER mencapai 10-3  menghasilkan Es/No 8 dB, sedangkan tanpa DFE nilai SER mencapai 10-3 menghasilkan Es/No yang besar 14 dB. Pada kanal Rayleigh Fading saat menggunakan DFE nilai SER mencapai 10-3 menghasilkan Es/No 8 dB, sedangkan tanpa DFE hanya mencapai dimana nilai SER mencapai 10-2 menghasilkan Es/No yang besar yaitu 30 dB. Jadi unjuk kerja sistem SCFDMA yang lebih baik pada saat menggunakan DFE yaitu menghasilkan nilai SER mencapai 10-3 sesuai dengan standar komunikasi.

Abstract

Arab Melayu character’s lesson is one of the local lessons that must be taught in SMPN 023 Pekanbaru. In its instruction, founded a number of problems likes the incapacity of  SMPN 023 Pekanbaru’s first grade students in reading and writing Arab Melayu characters matching with Arab Melayu writing’s rule in Riau Province. The problem is the description of word writing formula which relied on the witness letter and syllable. This final study analysis the problems of Arab Melayu characters conventionally related to syllabus, RPP and SLP. Furthermore multimedia development which consists of concept, design, material collection, assembly, testing and. Teaching equipment developed is static and consisted of the learning tutorial and questioner. After tested by using blackbox method and user acceptance test, the final output from this application is suitable to the scheme and analysis and also competent to be used as the teaching equipment of Arab Melayu study in SMPN 023 Pekanbaru. Keyword: Arab Melayu Character’s Lesson based on Multimedia, Multimedia

Chilli as one of the commodity which have never been left by Indonesia society, can be said that bt cilli have become the part of Indonesia people culture, but metter which often happened many chilli crop which is dead to be resulted caused by overdue disease for the diagnosis of consultancy to is expert of cilli crop represent correct choice, but expert amount is environment on duty agriculture very limited. Metter that’s causing to fail loss ang crop which in experiencing of farmers.Writer try to perceive existing the root of the metter and try to give guidance to all farmers for using a information technology in the form of expert system as one the way of to handle the problem of which is farmers. Method tobe used by that is method of forward chaining, conducting scheme of prosess model use model of DFD, scheme of database, scheme of relationship and interface between table.Application at this research that is expert system of diagnosis disease of cayenne crop, Using a rule base (rule-based) using a forward chaining inference method that is intended to help farmers in diagnosing diseases of cayenne crop. Abstract

There are many methods that have been used in researches of expert system for diagnosing diseases, such as Bayesian Network and Dempster-Shafer. In this research, the main aim is to compare and to analyze the expert system for diagnosing eye disesases by using Bayesian Network with the expert system for diagnosing eye disesases by using Demspter-Shafer. From testing phase, it can be concluded that there is no significant difference in accuracy value from those two methods. The diagnosis resulting from expert system using Bayesian Network obtained accuracy of 85.7%. Similar results were also obtained from expert system using Dempster-Shafer method. Nevertheless, the inference process of Dempster-Shafer method is more complicated, where there are some combination of rules that are used to combine the evidence. While using the Bayesian inference network is easier because of the structure of the Bayesian network.Keyword : Bayesian Network, Dempster-Shafer, Expert System, Eye Disease

Abstract

This paper discussed about mathematical modeling on the spread of infectious diseases by SIRS model. Most research about SIRS models is using exponential growth, so we propose SIRS model with logistic growth. This model has two equilibrium states: disease-free equilibrium and endemic state. Both equilibrium state are determined by solving the equations in the model. Each equilibrium state tested stability criteria eigen values. Our result obtained that if then a free equilibrium state is asymptotically stable, otherwise if then an endemic state is asymptotically stable.Keywords : Asymptotically Stable, Equilibrium State, Exponential Growth, Logistic Growth, SIRS Model.

Abstract

  AbstractFrequency is a limited resource that is indispensable for cellular telecommunications. Frequency allocation needs to be done from the beginning that there was no interference between cellular technology. Frequency allocation policy is one factor inhibiting adoption of Long Term Evolution technology in Indonesia. Based on standard ITU-R, 3GPP, APAC conference, as well as the frequency of the condition in Indonesia. There are several candidate frequency can be allocated to LTE technology, namely: 700MHz,2.1GHz,2.3 GHz and 2.6GHz frecuency. After review of the analysis result produced a recommendation for LTE frequency allocation in Indonesia, is 700MHz frecuency. However, if the use of 700 MHz frequency has  700MHz frecuency constraint is currently still used for TV broadcast frecuency. So using 700MHz frequency can be implemented for LTE technology is carried out after the TV broadcast frequency has been re-farming to digital TV. Abstract

Bellyra merupakan instrumen musik perkusi bernada yang terdapat dalam sebuah kesatuan musik Drumband. Bellyra dapat dijumpai ketika adanya pertunjukan drumband atau marchingband di momen-momen tertentu. Sehingga masyarakat biasanya sedikit kesulitan untuk mengetahui alat musik ini secara lebih dekat. Robot bellyra dalam hal ini merupakan inovasi teknologi dan seni untuk memperkenalkan bellyra sebagai alat musik kepada masyarakat. Robot bellyra dapat memainkan alat musik secara otomatis sesuai dengan nada-nada yang telah diprogramkan. Robot ini terdiri atas 8 buah bilah yang masing-masing memiliki nada yang berbeda mulai dari C-D-E-F-G-A-B-C. Untuk menghasilkan bunyi dari bilah-bilah tersebut digunakan motor servo pada lengan robot yang bergerak kanan-kiri dan central lock untuk memukul bilah. Mikrokontroller digunakan untuk mengatur kerja motor melalui inputan program sehingga bunyi yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan yang diprogramkan.
