Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the influences of Perceived Organizational Support, Affective Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior regarding to the Employee Performance which conducted in PT. Nur Medinah Intermedia, thereby providing benefits in academic literature and provide information prior to the making decisions. By using primary data which colleted by distributing questionnaires to 86 respondences and through field research as well. The study was conducted by analyzing through correlation and regression. Results of hypothesis testing indicated that; There was positive and significant influences between Perceived Organizational Support to the Affective Commitment. There is  a positive and significant impact with a high degree of influence between Perceived Organizational Support to the Organizational Citizenship Behavior. There is a positive and significant between Affective Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. There is a positive and significant influences between Employee Performance to the Perceived Organizational Support. There is a positive and significant influences between the Employee Performance to the Affevtive Commitment. There is positive and significant correlation between Organizational Citizenship Behavior to the Employee Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze Factors Affecting Company Profitability (Study on Food and Beverage Sector Listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2012-2015). This parametric statistical research method uses panel data regression analysis using Eviews Version 8. The number of samples that become the object of research as much as 13 companies of food & beverage sub sector. Sample selection method used is purposive sampling method. This method is based on criteria in the form of certain considerations used as a method of collecting samples. The result of the research shows that (1) The structure of the asset has positive and significant effect to Profitability, (2) Work Capital Turnover has positive and significant effect to Profitability, (3) Liquidity has positive and significant effect to Profitability, (4) Working Capital Funding has positive and significant to Profitability, and (5) Asset Structure, Working Capital Turnover, Liquidity, and Working Capital Funding contribute influence (R2) to Profitability. It is suggested that companies should pay attention to the use of shor-term debt in financing the company's operational activities so that the company's financial risk can be controlled and able to increase profitability.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the effect of organizational change; organizational culture; and motivation either partially or simultaneously on the performance of employees at the Management Institution Pusat Pengkajian dan Pengembangan Islam Jakarta (BM PPPIJ). The population in this research are 46 people with the respondent amounted all  employees are sampling; research method using multiple linear regression analysis and descriptive analysis. Regression analysis was performed to determine wheter the independent variable (Organizational Change; Organizational Culture and Motivation) either partially or simultaneously affect the dependent variable (Performance Employees); and descriptive analysis conducted with data collection through the use of questionnaires to respondents. Results of research at the PPPIJ Institution shows that the variable of organizational change and organizational culture is not influence on employee performance; only motivation partially positive and significant influence on employee performance. Simultaneously; all three independent variables organizational change; organizational culture; and motivation positive and significant impact on employee performance PPPIJ Management Institution. In a test of the correlation between dimensions is obtained that the dimensions of technology at variable organizational change into the most dominant factor of the dimensions of cooperation abilities in the variable employee performance; dimensional of innovation and dare to take risks the variable of organizational culture becomes the most dominant factor of the dimensions of punctuality variable employee; and the dimensions of intrinsic motivation variable becomes the most dominant factor of the dimensions of cooperation abilities in the variable employee performance.

Abstract

A few factors that cause work satisfaction increased is predicted to have leadership style and work motivation. PT. Bank Bukopin have no optimal proficiency. This research aim to see the influence of leadership style and motivation on employees' work satisfaction. It is a quatitative research using  survey explanatory which it's population is 150 full time worker and contract PT.  Bukopin Bank S. Praman. The sample is chosen using probability technique which is random sampling. Data is analyzed using SPSS version 22 and the metode analysis is double regression linear. Result shows that leadership style and motivation  to employee work satisfaction both influence  significantly to work satisfaction. Partially; variables that influence significantly positive to work satisfaction are leadership style and motivation. Leadership style is the variable that influence work satisfaction the most. It is suggested that leaders must create a harmonious cooperation;  cultivate royalty so that the interaction between sosial and employee as well as employee and boss is better.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisa pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Adidaya Energy Mandiri (PT. AEM), pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. AEM, pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. AEM dan pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. AEM. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan hubungan kausalitas dengan menggunakan 51 responden sebagai sampel sekaligus populasi atau disebut dengan sampel jenuh. Untuk analisis data digunakan uji model dengan menggunakan aplikasi Smart PLS versi 3.0 yang terdiri dari uji outer dan inner model. Berdasarkan smart PLS uji validitas dilakukan dengan ambang batas outer loading > 0,5 dan AVE > 0,5, sedangkan uji realibilitas dilakukan dengan ambang batas nilai Composite Reliability sebesar 0,7. Selanjutnya untuk menguji hipotesis 1, hipotesis 2 dan hipotesis 3 dilakukan berdasarkan output dari Path Coefficient dengan memperhatikan nilai Original Sampel, T-statistics dan P Values, sedangkan untuk menguji hipotesis 4 digunakan nilai R2. Dari hasil pengolahan dan analisa data diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja sebesar 34,9%, motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja sebesar 34,2% dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja sebesar 30,4%. Sedangkan kompensasi, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja sebesar 90.6%.

Abstract

The research was conducted at PT IE with the aim to analyze the influence of work Motivation; work Discipline; and Compensation to employee’s Performance. Data collection was done using a questionnaire directly to 90 people considered as saturated and the analysis of data using Statistic analysis with coefficient of determination and a multiple linear regression. The result showed that: (i) work motivation partially has a positive and significant effect to employee’s performance; (ii) work discipline partially has a positive and significant effect to employee’s performance and (iii) compensation partially has a positive and significant effect to employee’s performance.(iv)Simultaneously or works together; there was a positive and significant effect among variables; work motivation; work discipline and compensation to employee’s performance. The third of independent variables; work motivation; work discipline; compensation each have partially effect and also can works together and have positives effect and significant to employee’s performance; for that can be proved with all result of hypothesis and proved.

Abstract

This research aims to know and to analyze the influence of the efficiency of working capital, liquidity and solvency toward company’s profitability. The Object for this research is financial statements of a national general insurance company, PT. Berdikari Insurance, that located in Jakarta. This research was done toward quarterly’s financial statement that regularly submitted to Otoritas Jasa Keuangan  from year 2010 until 2014 by using associative approach. Thus, data analysis which is used is statistic analysis in the form of multiple linear regression test. The result of this research shows that simultaneously  the variable of the efficiency of working capital, liquidity and solvency influence to profitability for Net Profit Margin and Return On Equity. Meanwhile, all independend variables are not influence to profitability for Return On Investment.  Partially,  solvency influence to profitability for Net Profit Margin. The variable of the effiency of working capital and solvency influence to profitability for Return On Equity.  It has been proven from the result of (F) simultant test and the result of (t) partial shows significant point of the three independend variables that support the hipothesys. Therefore, the accepted assumptions are, (1) there is influence between the efficiency of working capital, liquidity and solvency toward Net Profit Margin (2) there is no influence between the efficiency of working capital, liquidity and solvency toward Return On Investment (3) there is influence between the efficiency of working capital, liquidity and solvency toward Return On Equity.
