Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effects of Job Stress and Compensation on employee Turnover Intention as mediated by Organizational Commitment. The populations in this research are 147 permanent employees of Dinas Pariwisata and Kebudayaan DKI Jakarta. The research samples are 89 respondents by using Slovin’s formula with 5% error tolerance. The sampling method used is a quota sampling taken proportionally for each level. The method of data collection uses questionnaires. Data are analysed using SEM SmartPLS version 3.2.8 for Windows. The results of this research show that: (1) Job stress has a positive and significant influence on employee turnover intention; (2) Compensation has a positive, but not significant influence on employee turnover intention; (3) Job stress has a negative and significant influence on employee organizational commitment; (4) Compensation has a positive and significant influence on employee organizational commitment; (5) Organizational commitment has a negative and not significant influence on employee turnover intention; (6) Organizational commitment does not significantly mediate the influence of job stress on employee turnover intention; and (7) Organizational commitment does not significantly mediate the influence of compensation on employee turnover intention.

Abstract

This research is to find out the Model on The Influence of Perceptions of e- Trust, e-WOM, and Web Quality Towards Online Repurchase Intention. The subjects in this study were college student in Mercu Buana who ever made transaction in Tokopedia site. The sample used in this study was 95 respondents. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. By using a quantitative descriptive approach. Analysis of the data used is statistical analysis in the form of SEM-PLS. The results of this study indicate that e-Trust has a positive effect on Online Repurchase Intention. e- WOM has a significant positive effect on Online Repurchase Intention and Web Quality has a positive effect on Online Repurchase Intention.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of return on asset, tangibility and business risk on capital structure in Indonesian food and beverage companies in 2014 - 2019. Population in this study is 15 Indonesian food and beverage companies. The sample in this study is 10 Indonesian food and beverage companies. The sampling method for this study is purposive sampling. This study is using Panel Data Regression as the method for data analysis. This study proves that return on asset has negative and not significant effect to capital structure, tangibility has negative and significant effect to capital structure and business risk has negative and significant effect to capital structure.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine and analyze the effect of liquidity, activity, leverage, and company growth on profitability. The objects of this research were property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. The research sample was selected using the purposive sampling method. The research population comprised of 48 companies, in which 31 companies met the sample criteria. The analytical method used in this study was panel data regression. The results showed that the best panel model was the fixed effect model. It was found that liquidity, activity, leverage, and company growth simultaneously significantly influenced profitability. Partially, the company’s activities and growth had a positive and significant effect on profitability, leverage had a negative and significant effect on profitability, while liquidity had no significant effect on profitability. Activity was the variable which had the biggest effect on profitability.

Abstract

Abstract - UPS (Uninteruptable Power Supply) is equipment that supports the availability of a continuous supply of electricity that will work when the main electricity supply from PLN is off and the secondary power supply (Genset) is not ready to take over the electricity supply. The purpose of this study is to determine which equipment components are the cause of potential UPS equipment damage and provide advice on appropriate maintenance actions for the selected system using the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) method. The study population was 7 units of UPS Benning with a capacity of 80 kVA located in different places at Soekarno-Hatta Airport. The results showed that the frequent damage was due to dead air conditioning which caused the temperature of the battery room to be high. Keywords: Airport, Uninteruptible Power Supply (UPS), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), proper maintenance

Abstract

Millennial is indeed synonymous with high employee turnover rates. This research is to performed employee retention for Indonesians millennials through the work environment, career development, and flexible working to give an overview and additional source of information for the organization to be able to manage their employees who are in the millennial generation to keep them stay longer in the workplace and reduce turnover rate among Indonesians millennials employee. Data analysis method in this research is using SPSS program for the Descriptive Statistic and also using PLS program (Partial Least Square) Version 3.0 for calculating the Outer Model and Inner Model. The populations are a millennial employee in Indonesia and the number of populations is unknown, so the sample in this research are 140 respondents. The results of this research can generally be concluded that Work Environment and Flexible Working have a positive and significant effect on Employee Retention. As well as Career Development can be mediation between Work Environment and Flexible Working toward Employee Retention.Keywords: Work Environment, Career Development, Flexible Working, Employee Retention, Indonesians Millennial
