This study aimed to analyze the effect of the implementation of Safety Management System (SMS) and the use of information system on the Flight Safety in the Indonesian Air Navigation Services Organization both partially and simultaneously. The research uses quantitative methods, and the data are analyzed using linear regression, simple correlation both partially and simultaneously and path analysis. The result shows; implementation of Safety Management System (X1) as measured by the Flight Safety (Y) has a positive and significant contribution on the level of Flight Safety. The amount of the application contribution of Safety Management System that directly contributes to the Flight Safety is 35.4%, so the research hypothesis which states that the Safety Management System application directly impacts significantly on Aviation Safety is accepted; the use of Information Systems (X2) as measured by the Flight Safety (Y) has a positive and significant contribution on the level of Flight Safety. The use of information systems contributions that directly contributes to aviation safety is 38.4%, so the hypothesis which states that the use of information system directly affects significantly the flight safety is acceptable; the total effect of simultaneous application of Safety Management System (X1) and the use of Information Systems (X2) contribute significantly to the Flight Safety (Y) as much as 66.3%. The remaining 33.7% is the influence of the other factors such as refresher and development training for air navigation personnel, aviation navigation equipment renewal and observation flight

This study analyzed dominant aspects that affect the quality of software-based project development from the point of view of project management. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Business Process and Application Go Project Lean (GPL) on the Quality of Information Technology Project Management. The research method used is a survey. The population is users of Go Project Lean Application Division Sales Division, Project Management Office Division, and Aplication Development Division. Instrument Analysis used Validity and Reliability Test, F Test (Simultaneous Test), Fit Model Test. The Hypothesis Testing using t test (Partial Test), and Multiple Linear Regression Test, and Inter-Dimensional Correlation Test. The results showed that the Influence of Business Process and GPL Application is very Strong and Significant to the Quality of IT Project Management. There is no Investment feasibility analysis calculation application that affects on time delivery.

PT XYZ is the shoes manufacturer in Tangerang that produces Mizuno and Specs brand. Many competitors in the shoes industry enforce the company to improve all aspects; one of them is to improve the problem of low productivity achievement in Mizuno production line. This study aims to know the productivity measurement method by using Objective matrix, and to do analysis of productivity criteria that dominantly contribute to the low productivity in Mizuno production line. This research method was using Objective Matrix (OMAX), Pareto diagram, Fishbone diagram, and 5W1H. Base on the result, it was identified that the highest productivity performance indicator was happened in August 2018 and the lowest productivity performance indicator was happened in March 2018. While for productivity index, the lowest productivity index was happened in March 2018 and the highest productivity index was happened in April 2018. Criteria that dominantly contributed to the decreased productivity in Mizuno production line was on criteria 1 (utilization of material usage), criteria 6 (number of loss output / down time), and criteria 2 (labor utilization), therefore the focus for improvement in this research was to prioritize these criteria to gain increased productivity in Mizuno production line.

PT. XYZ is a company engaged in industry and manufacturing in the manufacture of sports shoe products. The company has a very high defect in the assembly process seen in the defective rate report from January 2017 to August 2018. The purpose of this study is to reduce the number of defects in the assembly process using the Six Sigma (DMAIC) method. The results showed that there were 5 dominant types of defects related to Critical To Quality (CTQ), namely Undercement, Dirty shoes, Unpairing-heel height, Broken stitching and Quarter wrinkles. Furthermore, an analysis of the causes of defects is carried out by using cause and effect diagrams and an improvement effort using 5W + H analysis. The results of efforts to decrease the number of defects in the assembly process using the DMAIC method show that the DPMO value for these five CTQ defects decreased to 2056 PPM from 3898 PPM or decreased by 47.3%. Whereas for the value of the sigma level obtained 4.39 σ from 4.16 σ
