Abstract

Peningkatan laju perpindahan panas pada alat penukar kalor jenis fin-and-tube menjadi topik yang menarik untuk diinvestigasi. Hal ini dapat dilakukan dengan memodifikasi geometri fin-and-tube untuk mengetahui karakteristik aliran dan perpindahan panas yang terjadi di sekitar saluran. Modifikasi geometri yang diterapkan adalah bentuk square dan diamond yang disusun secara staggered. Kemudian, aliran udara yang masuk ke dalam saluran sirip divariasikan pada rentang bilangan Reynolds 133 hingga 931 yang seharusnya jenis alirannya adalah laminar. Hasil studi ini menunjukkan bahwa perpindahan panas dan pressure drop pada bentuk square lebih baik daripada diamond. Hal ini ditunjukkan pada tingginya nilai koefisien perpindahan panas konveksi dan rendahnya pressure drop aliran.

Abstract

Salah satu upaya untuk memutus rantai penyebaran penyakit pandemi adalah dengan cara menelusuri kontak erat dari suspek yang terjangkit. Seseorang dapat dikategorikan sebagai kontak erat jika seseorang yang berada dalam situasi yang terindikasi terdapat kontak berdasarkan penilain resiko lokal oleh tim epidemolog, contoh seperti pengalaman interaksi pada ruang tertutup. Pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk merancang bangun sebuah sistem yang dapat melacak kontak erat pegunjung suatu ruang tertutup. Pengembangan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode waterfall. Dengan menggunakan teknologi RFID dan IoT maka dapat dibuat sebuah teknologi pencatatan kunjungan dari banyak ruang tertutup yang terintegrasi dalam satu server. Dengan dibuat suatu website antarmuka yang terhubung dengan database kunjungan, maka tim penanganan pandemi dapat mendapatkan informasi mengenai data kunjungan suspek penyakit menular pada suatu ruang tertutup. Lalu dengan memanfaatkan logika pencarian kesesuaian id ruang tertutup, waktu check-in, dan waktu check-out, tim penanganan pandemi dapat menelusuri kontak erat dari suatu suspek penyakit pandemi.

Abstract

Proses perekrutan karyawan dalam sebuah perusahaan merupakan salah satu langkah penting dalam pengelolaan sebuah perusahaan sehingga proses tersebut perlu dilakukan dengan cermat dan hati hati. Namun demikian jika di dalam proses tersebut melibatkan banyak parameter penentu, maka akan cukup sulit bagi pimpinan perusahaan dalam mengambil keputusan secara obyektif dan efisien. Dalam penelitian ini software Super Decisions digunakan sebagai perangkat untuk membantu dan bekerja berdasarkan prinsip prinsip AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) untuk membantu dalam mengolah parameter penentu tersebut, sehingga pada akhirnya pekerjaan perekrutan karyawan menjadi lebih mudah dan obyektif. Prosedur penggunaan dari perangkat lunak tersebut adalah dengan cara melakukan pembentukan tiga klaster utama yaitu masing masing adalah klaster Goal, klaster Kriteria dan klaster Alternatif dimana untuk mencapai Goal, maka semua parameter penentu dari calon karyawan dilakukan pembobotan dalam klaster kriteria, Kemudian dilakukan proses sintesa oleh sistem , dan menghasilkan luaran berupa ranking alternatif yang ada, dalam hal ini adalah ranking para calon karyawan yang akan direkrut, karyawan dengan ranking tertinggi memiliki probabilitas tertinggi untuk diterima sebagai karyawan di perusahaan. Hasil yang didapatkan dari metoda ini dalam perekrutan para calon karyawan adalah bahwa proses perekrutan karyawan dapat dilakukan secara obyektif, cepat dan efisien.

Abstract

Dalam bidang elektronik lampu bisa dioperasikan lewat smartphone untuk memudahkan aktivitas sehari-hari tanpa perlu khawatir lupa mematikan lampu saat ditinggal pergi. Kelalaian mematikan lampu saat ditinggal pergi sering terjadi akibatnya pembayaran listrik membengkak, untuk mengatasi hal tersebut dibuatlah perancangan saklar lampu berbasis internet dan bluetooth (IoT). Metode experimen digunakan untuk melihat dan mengetahui permasalahan yang dihadapi secara langsung dengan uji coba alat. Data yang akan diambil yaitu jarak, delay, throughput, packet loss, rata-rata delay, dan jitter. Hasil pengujian tanpa penghalang dan dengan penghalang koneksi bluetooth didapatkan hasil bagus dan sedang. Sedangkan hasil uji menggunakan internet didapatkan hasil sedang. Pengukuran jaringan wifi menggunakan wireshark hasil delay sangat bagus, throughput sangat bagus, data loss sangat bagus, dan jitter bagus. Kesimpulan pengoperasian lampu melalui koneksi bluetooth dengan penghalang dan tanpa penghalang didapatkan jarak maksimal 10 meter dan rata-rata delay kurang dari 1 detik sedangkan dengan koneksi internet rata-rata delaynya kurang dari 1 detik dan pengukuran wireshark rata-rata delay 1 sampai 2 detik.

Abstract

Diabetes is a chronic metabolic disorder with multi-etiology characterized by high levels of sugar and is the result of insufficiency of insulin function present in the human body. The purpose of this article is to visualize and find out the rate of diabetes cases around the world based on the age range of the dataset that has been concentrated by implementing Business Intelligence to display confirmed case data, both in pregnancy, Body Mass Index (BMI), and blood pressure. The motto used is to process the world dataset from the www.kaggle.com data platform, this dataset is processed using the tableau desktop platform. The results of this article are in the form of reports in the form of Dashboards such as the number of confirmed cases both in pregnancy, Body Mass Index (BMI), and blood pressure that exist in the world and can be used to support a decision making. The interface display of the processed dataset is the result of an interestingly formed analysis, using an interactive Dashboard provided by tableau so that the data can be displayed attractively.

Abstract

HIV and Malaria are diseases that claim many victims in all parts of the world. Although in some countries there are treatments that can reduce mortality rates, not all countries have these treatments. So there are still many deaths from these two diseases. This study will analyze data visualization from kaggle in the form of dashboards and visualizations using the story feature available on Tableau, with the aim of this research being able to find out how many people die due to HIV and Malaria worldwide. Of all that, a method called Business Intelligence uses an interactive dashboard option provided by Tableau to be used as a decision making tool, which can then be converted into a visualization which will later be combined into an information dashboard. This study obtained the results of the BI dashboard display starting from the number of HIV and Malaria death cases worldwide, the distribution of death cases worldwide and countries with the highest number of death cases. This research yielded accurate results, namely the number of deaths from HIV was 36,364,419 people and the number of deaths from malaria was 25,342,676 people, the country with the most HIV deaths came from South Africa and the country with the most Malaria deaths came from Nigeria, and a comparison of the results of HIV deaths and Malaria in Indonesia.

Abstract

Tourist destinations are one of the main choices that can be made in spare time. Indonesia is a country that is famous for its beauty, so it attracts many tourists to visit. The purpose of this study focuses on visualizing tourist destination data in Indonesia by implementing Business Intelligence to display places, prices and ratings from five cities in Indonesia. The method of this research is to process a dataset of tourist destinations in Indonesia from www.kaggle.com using the Tableau platform. The results of this study are in the form of reports in the form of dashboards such as places, prices and ratings from five cities in Indonesia which are used in the decision-making process to make it easier and more systematic. The data display from the results of the analysis that has been carried out produces an attractive and interactive dashboard provided by Tableau.

Abstract

The Education Management Information System (MIS) has 3 important applications, including the General Education Information System, the Main Education Information System and the Education Support Information System. Where the General Information System is built school Web Portal as a school identity in a global world. The purpose of this research is to assist schools in implementing Educational Management Information Systems (MIS) that are mutually integrated in data processing, decision making and improving the quality of information services. This system was built using the Laravel PHP framework version 5.6.16 supported by a MySQL database to process the database. The existence of Education Management Information System Integration (MIS) built both on the web and mobile-based shows that the world of education can be even better in the use of information technology. The test results show a percentage of 81.89%, which means that the results of the system assessment can be categorized as very very good to be accessible by employees, teachers, students and the community which is the identity of schools in the global world so that the wider community can get to know the school more easily.

Abstract

Energy are the most important part of human life, every activity in human life is dependent on energy consumption. Humans are now using fossil fuel energy sources on a large scale so that fuel (fuel oil) is running low and alternative energy is needed. Hydrogen gas is an alternative energy that can replace fossil energy sources by using the electrolysis process in dry cell generators. The research aims to determine the material with the highest production and highest efficiency in the electrolysis process. This study used an experimental method by comparing stainless steel material with graphite sheets. From the results of the study it was concluded that the highest production rate was obtained for the variation of stainless steel 304 plate material at a time variation of 30 seconds with a result of 0.013333 l/s and the lowest variation for graphite sheets. at a time variation of 90 seconds with a result of 0.002222 l/s. The highest efficiency was obtained from variations in Stainless steel material with a time of 30 seconds reaching an efficiency of 45.19% and the lowest was obtained from variations of Graphite sheet with a time variation of only 7.53%.

Abstract

Indonesia is an agricultural country where the majority of the population works in agriculture. Agriculture has an important role in Indonesia in developing the local economy as well as meeting basic human needs. One of Indonesia's largest agricultural products is rice. During the process of collecting data on agricultural products, especially rice, with a large amount of recorded data such as harvested area and annual productivity, it can cause errors in compiling information for the analysis process as well as for evaluation by the ministry of agriculture. Thus, the purpose of this research is to find out how much the harvested area and productivity of rice harvests in Indonesia have increased or decreased. The method used in this article is to process a dataset of harvested area, production, and productivity of rice by province in Indonesia from www.bps.go.id using Tableau. The results of this article are a visualization of a dataset of harvested area and rice productivity by province in Indonesia that can be used for policy making by the ministry of agriculture.
