Abstract

Bantul District Health Office (DHO Bantul) is one of the agencies that are currently having problems to obtain health information that is accurate and current. The report should be made regularly by the health center then recapitulated in Bantul Health Office is a statement of outpatient morbidity such as Integrated Disease Surveillance (STP) report, a report based on the type of disease and others. The increasing number and complexity of morbidity data in Bantul Health Office environment, as well as the importance of planning and decision making, it is necessary to analyze and design data further using the data warehouse. From the analysis and design of data warehouse based on the fact constellation schema that includes dimensions: time, patient, age, disease and health centers, can then be further analyzed for purposes of making decisions using data mining. Furthermore, it can also be used to analyze patient data from multiple dimensions (time, patient, age, disease and health centers), and to analyze the growing number of patients from each period of benefit to the management of Bantul Health Office.

Abstract

 The development of information technology is growing rapidly spur the emergence of new technologies are constantly evolving. The development of technologies that generate more reliable, efficient, economical, and powerful than previous technology. Electronic mail (email) is a form of communication and correspondence electronically through a computer system and transmitted to another computer that is intended to traverse the computer network. The existence of mail server is needed to support the communication needs via email. Zimbra Mail Server is implemented using virtualization technology with the operating system Proxmox which is a Linux distribution based on Debian and to guestnya operating system SLES (Suse Linux Enterprise Server). This research was conducted at the agency already has a previous computer networking facilities, so that the research was conducted to complement the needs of the mail server at the institution. The result achieved is a mail application server using virtualization technology that has the facilities and the web-based mail client applications, antivirus and antispam.

Abstract

The Sundanese Script Learning application is built to facilitate the learning of Sundanese, the Sundanese script and provide knowledge to the Sundanese characters ranging from the historical to the introduction of the forms and exercises. This application made in PHP programming language. The method are used by the researchers in this study is a literature study and interview. In the design phase the authors make a structured design by using data flow diagram and dan entity relationship diagram. The results achieved for making of this application is to facilitate the users to learn Sundanese script, for get information and knowledge about the history of the Sundanese script and how about the shapes of letters of the Sundanese script and to practice the users to compose letters Sundanese script.

Abstract

The problems that exist in the report of the Job Training is "How Making an appeal letter and letters of reprimand are already computerized but at the time of writing the name, address and the amount of tax arrears frequent errors in and it happens On Collection Section Tax Office of Earth Building Metro ". Based on the information and data obtained, the results of research on database applications delinquent taxpayers on the Tax Collection Section Office Building Metro Earth, it can be a conclusion. For information and warning of a letter of appeal to the Tax Office Collection Section of Earth Building Metro still be computerized with Microsoft Excel application program so that frequent errors in the writing of the name, address and arrears as of a letter of appeal and warning letters that have been completed. To improve the effectiveness and efficiency of employees, and to avoid difficulties in the Making an appeal letter and letters of reprimand that is running now, the program proposed Writer namely visual Basic (VB) 6.0.

Abstract

ABSTRACTDecision support system is a system that is used to support decision making within an enterprise organization or educational institution. The issue of quality education is a key condition for realizing the nation's life advanced, modern and prosperous. Then the human resources (HR), especially teachers must be maintained and be selected appropriately in order to show a good performance and optimal and quality. From the analysis of the obtained picture that the eligibility decision support system of teacher certification can be done by using SAW (Simple Additive weighting) using a computer that suits your needs, so that use is more easily obtain the results of ranking the better. With the decision support system of teacher certification eligibility is expected to ease in viewing the results of the analysis of teacher certification.

Abstract

Writing is called Management Information Systems Houses Saki Welasasih Ambrawa is to discuss the management of patient data at the Hospital Welasasih using iteration method and developed a management information system based desktop using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 and Microsoft SQL Server 2008 as database and network (LAN) as media for communicating data between computers with each other in doing the planning phase, analysis phase, design phase, the analysis of the system running, interviews and observations as well as the collection of data to obtain the information needed. User needs is described by use case use case diagrams and a glossary. The design method to describe the process of Diagram Context and System Data Flow Diagrams, data modeling to describe the ERD, interface design program as a liaison between users and databases. From the results of the implementation of management information systems Hospital welasasih with the aim to facilitate the hospitals in the delivery of patient information and management can process data quickly, providing the information needed by management and the patient quickly and accurately and can store data securely so that it can help in the process of service to the community.

Abstract

The low interest in learning English in primary school, one of which is influenced by learning methods applied by teachers in conventional, it causes the students find it difficult to understand the subject matter of English. Basic English learning method requires the application of the fun that can foster student interest and make it easier to understand the subject matter, one of them with the implementation of interactive multimedia learning media in the form of applications / software-based computer. The scope of the problem in this research is how to create interactive multimedia learning media in the form of applications / software, computer-based, in order to facilitate students in understanding the subject matter of English. The method used is the method of literature, observation, interviews, analysis, project design, testing and implementation. With the interactive multimedia learning media will be useful for students and make it easier to understand basic English language learning materials.

AbstractThe development of information technology is so rapid that one of them is the Internet can be utilized in all aspects of human life both in terms of jobs and search for information is through web-based service that is often called the website. E-government On Talbot Village is one website created to provide services and information to the public about the overall portfolio of the Talbot Village, the potentials at Talbot Village, governance structure in Talbot Village and all relevant information in Talbot Village. Abstract

Decision support systems are generally defined as a system capable of producing solutions or handling problems. Decision support system is not intended to replace the role of decision-makers, but to help and support the decision makers. In the role of decision support systems in the overall context of information systems aimed at improving performance through the application of information technology and determine the approach used in the decision making process, to evaluate the interactive election. One method that is often used in decision support systems is Simple Additive weighting method (SAW). Simple Additive weighting method (SAW) have been selected because it can determine the weight values for each attribute, followed by the ranking process that will select the best alternative from a number of alternatives. In this case the alternative in question is the determination of the best teachers in MI Hidayatuul Mubtadiin Srikaton Adiluwih using SAW method (simple additive weighting). With ranking method is expected to be more precise assessment because it is based on the value of the criteria and weighting that have been specified so that it will get maximum results. Decision support system is designed using the programming language Borland Delphi 7.

Abstract

Bonuses is one method that is widely used as a form of tribute to workers whose performance so far can be considered satisfactory by the company. So is the case with STMIK Pringsewu that rewards Her staff as a token of appreciation for its performance over the years. However, the annual bonus is only given to employees who are considered berprestasit. It required a decision support system (DSS) or decesion support system that can take into account all the criteria that support and to help facilitate the decision making process. This decision support system using Simple Additive Wighting (SAW). The issue of decision support is basically a form of election of the various alternative actions that may be selected include discipline or the number of absences in a year, length of employment, crafts, and work in a year that the process through specific mechanisms, in hopes of generating a best decision. Employees who got the votes of 100% working receive an annual bonus that is the departure of the hajj, work evaluation 87.5% earn an annual bonus that is the departure of Umrah, and the assessment work 75% earn an annual bonus that is the departure of the general allowance.
