Abstract

ABSTRAKTeknologi web yang saat ini sedang berkembang dan mulai banyak digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan framework.Framework merupakan kumpulan script (terutama class dan function) yang dapat membantu developer/programmer dalam menangani berbagai masalah-masalah dalam pemrograman.Penelitian ini mengimplementasikan framework dengan arsitektur model view controller untuk mengelola data penelitian dan pengabdian pada masyarakat di STMIK AKAKOM. Framework yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Code Igniter. Code Igniter merupakan salah satu framework yang dibangun menggunakan konsep MVC (Model-View-Controller) development pattern.Aplikasi pengelolaan data penelitian dan pengabdian pada masyarakat menjadi lebih mudah dikelola, lebih terstruktur dan memiliki standar pemrograman yang jelas setelah dibangun dengan menggunakan konsep MVC.Kata kunci :Code Igniter, Framework, MVC, Penelitian, Pengabdian

Abstract

   Bantul District Health Office (DHO Bantul) is one of the agencies that currently experiencing problems to obtain accurate and current health information. Reports to be made routinely by puskesmas further recapitulated in Bantul Health Office are reports on outpatient morbidity such as the report of Integrated Disease Surveillance (STP), disease report by type, and others.From result of analysis and design of data warehouse based on fact constellation schema which include dimension: time, patient, age group, disease and puskesmas, furthermore can be analyzed further for the purpose of decision making using data mining. Furthermore, it can also be used to analyze patient data from various dimensions (time, patient, age group, illness and puskesmas), and analyze the growth of patient number from each period of time which is useful for the management of DHO Bantul. Successfully built prototype data integration morbidity of outpatient Puskesmas. To ease the burden of the surveillance officer to make a report to DHO Bantul has made the application of Integrated Disease Surveillance (STP). While some types of reports are needed every periodic can be simulated using instaview or pentaho report.

Abstract

The report should be made regularly by the health center then recapitulated in Bantul Health Office is a statement of outpatient morbidity such as Integrated Disease Surveillance (STP) report, a report based on the type of disease and others. The increasing number and complexity of morbidity data in Bantul Health Office environment, as well as the importance of planning and decision making, it is necessary to analyze and design data further using the data warehouse. From the analysis and design of data warehouse based on the fact constellation schema that includes dimensions: time, patient, age, disease and health centers, can then be further analyzed for purposes of making decisions using data mining. Furthermore, it can also be used to analyze patient data from multiple dimensions (time, patient, age, disease and health centers), and to analyze the growing number of patients from each period of benefit to the management of Bantul Health Office.

Abstract

STMIK AKAKOM annually opens new student registration through offline and online media. Through online media, several media such as websites, social media and email are used. However, on media such as social media, there are questions that often arise regarding new student registration information. With limited human resources to always be online for 24 hours, an alternative model is needed to provide answers to these questions, even though the social media manager offline. Nowadays. In the term of technological developments, it is possible to create a model of knowledge base in the form of a summary of questions and answers to certain topics. This knowledge base can use as a model for creating a prototype application that can provide answers if there are questions related to new student registration. This study aims to provide convenience in the question and answer process by using a Google Dialogflow.

Abstract

Penerapan skrining berskala internal pada suatu instansi merupakan masalah baru yang timbul dimasa pandemi covid-19 seperti sekarang. Digital skrining dilakukan guna mempermudah merekam mobilitas para pegawai suatu instansi, namun terkendala oleh data yang dihasilkan masih berbentuk data mentah atau meta-data. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan sebuah tools tambahan yang mampu memvisualkan data sesuai kebutuhan. Sehingga digunakan metode classification tree dengan data mining untuk memvisualkan data skrining. Adapun hasil yang didapatkan berupa rekap mobilitas pegawai instansi terkait riwayat perjalan baik menerapkan prokes ataupun tidak, didapatkan data perjalanan di daerah kota jogja, bantul, kulon progo dan sekitarnya.

Abstract

Digital skrining pada suatu instansi merupakan salah satu masalah dimasa pandemi covid-19. Digital skrining diterapkan untuk membantu proses untuk mengetahui mobilitas para pegawai ataupun karyawan pada instansi, adapaun kendala yang didapatkan yakni data yang didapatkan masih berbentuk data yang harus diolah lebih lanjut. Sehingga diperlukan bantuan tools tambahan yang dapat memvisualkan data untuk disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan. Maka dari itu diterapkan metode classification tree menggunakan data mining dalam memvisualkan data skrining covid-19. Visualisasi yang dihasilkan berupa riwayat mobilitas pegawai instansi mencakup riwayat perjalan yang menerapkan prokes ataupun tidak, data perjalanan di daerah kota jogja maupun luar kota seperti bantul, kulon progo dan sekitarnya.

Abstract

Analisis perancangan sistem menjadi pondasi dalam pengembangan sebuah sistem informasi terkhususnya sistem informasi kesehatan dan manajemen rumah sakit. Penganalisisan dan perancanagan sistem akan memiliki kendala baik dalam proses analisis dan desain rancangan sistem, jika tidak runtun, detail dan benar. Terdapat banyak kekurangan dalam terapan analisis perancangan jika tidak terdapatnya metode acuan, maka dari itu dipilihlah metode Togaf Adm yang mempunyai cakupan yang lengkap dan detail. Membantu menghadirkan alternatif dalam perancangan sistem informasi manajemen informasi yang dapat mempercepat terapan dari pada HL7 ataupun instruksi percepatan pada penerapan RME di Indonesia yang dikeluarkan oleh KEMENKES melalui PMK No. 24. Penganalisisan dan perancangan menggunakan metode Togaf Adm, dengan menerapkan versi lite dari pada togaf adm untuk menpersingkat langkah analisis tanpa menghilangkan kelengkapan dan kedetailan baik dari analisis maupun desain. Perancangan sistem informasi manajemen rumah sakit yang merujuk pada konsep pengembangan analisis sistem berdasarkan togaf. Dihasilkan analisis penerapan togaf adm pada sistem informasi manajemen rumah sakit.

Abstract

Background: Hospitals need fast and accurate patient registration services because they are responsible for organizing health efforts. Utilization of information technology is the solution, namely a hospital management information system as a tool to support patient services that will. Ummi Khasanah Hospital has used a hospital management information system in providing services, but there are still problems complained of by registration officers. The strategy to reduce the risk of this problem is to analyze the PIECES method.Subjects and Method: The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. This research was conducted at RSKIA Ummi Khasanah with 3 registrars. Data collection techniques using interview techniques using interview guidelines and observation using an observation checklist.Results: The results of the study show that based on the performance aspect, the information system operate according to the needs of the registration officer even though several menus cannot be used. The general information aspect is quite accurate, the economic aspect has not produced economic value because the hospital management information system cannot be integrated with other information systems. The control aspect has been running well, namely, there are restrictions on access and there is system security in the form of the availability of passwords and usernames, the efficiency and service aspect is appropriate because the hospital management information system can be used easily and speeds up the service process.Conclusion: Based on the results of this analysis, the hospital management information system has been used well in the patient registration section but several menus and features cannot be used optimally.

Abstract

Dinas Kesehatan (Dinkes) Bantul mencatat kasus DBD tahun 2021 dan 2022 mengalami kenaikan yaitu 410 kasus dan 885 kasus. Teknik clustering data mining dengan tools orange dapat digunakan untuk  menemukan cluster kasus DBD di Kabupaten Bantul. Maka dari itu telah dilakukan clustering dengan teknik K-means clustering menggunakan tools orange untuk mengetahui tingkat persebaran kasus DBD di Kabupaten Bantul. Dengan K-means clustering dihasilkan 3 cluster yaitu tinggi, sedang dan rendah. Dinkes Bantul sudah berupaya menanggulangi DBD dengan PSN, larvasidasi, fogging, penyuluhan dan Wolbachia 2022. Pemanfaatan SISKLB terdapat pengingat saat kasus DBD tinggi terus-menerus. Hasil uji Anova one way terdapat perbedaan rata-rata jumlah kasus DBD secara signifikan dengan p value 0.000.
