Abstract

This study aims to determine the Relationship Motivation Against Employees Performance at the Office District Riung Ngada NTT, both partially and to determine which variables are most dominantly related to employee performance. Approach used in this study is Cross Sectional Study, with research type is research Analytical Survey .. Population as well as samples in this study as many as 30 employees at the district office Riung Ngada district NTT.The results showed that (1) There is a significant relationship incentive with the performance of employees at the district office Riung Ngada NTT. This is indicated by Chi-square value 4,176 ≥ 3,841. (2) No significant relationship Allowance with employee performance at the Rinung sub-district office Ngada NTT.Hal is shown with the value of Chi-square 0,517 <3.841. (3) There is no significant correlation of reward with employee performance at Riung District office of Ngada District NTT.Hal is shown by Chi-square 2,308 <3,841. The statistic test with Chi-square shows that incentives are highly related to 4.176%. As for the variable allowance of 0,517% and the variable of appreciation 2,308%, these two variables are not related to employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penguruh kepemimimpian manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri Kabupaten Bulukumba. Jenis penelitian ini adalah survei, menggunakan instrumen berupa kuesioner yang dikembangkan dalam bentuk model skala likert. Data tersebut dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan inferensial.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan manajerial kepala SMA Negeri Kabupaten Bulukumba berada pada kategori sedang. Kinerja guru SMA Negeri Kabupaten Bulukumba berada pada kategori cenderung kuat  pada responden kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah dan komite sekolah sedangkan kategori  kuat pada responden siswa. Kepemimipinan  manajerial kepala sekolah mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan dan  berada pada kategori kuat dengan kinerja guru SMA Negeri Kabupaten Bulukumba.

Abstract

Pulau Arborek merupakan salah satu kampung pariwisata terbaik yang ada di Kabupaten Raja Ampat.Keindahannya menjadi daya tarik bagi para turis baik asing maupun lokal untuk menikmati keindahan pulau tersebut.Banyaknya pengunjung yang datang kepulau ini memberikan dampak perubahan pada masyarakat setempat, yang mana masyarakat juga sangat menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai kearifan lokal. Oleh karena itudalam penelitian ini, penulis mencoba membahasdinamika  masyarakat nelayan di pulau Arborek dalam menjaga kearifan lokal. Tujuan adalah; untuk mengetahui kearifan lokal, mengetahui kendala kedala yang dihadapi dan upaya yang dilakukan Masyarakat dalam melestarikan kearifan lokal di pulau Arborek Kabupaten Raja Ampat.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif, dengan cara pengumpulan data; observasi, wawancara, dan kepustakaan serta analisa data yang dilakukan secara akurat agar  bisa menyajikannya dalam bentuk laporan penelitian yang menjelaskan dinamika masyarakat di pulau Arborek  dalam menjaga kearifan lokal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peraturan perundang-undangan yang mengatur tentang peranan DPD dalam sistem parlemen di Indonesia pada saat ini dalam perspektif sistem bikameral efektif dan untuk menganalisis konstruksi hukum yang ideal dalam mengatur peranan DPD dalam sistem parlemen di Indonesia dalam rangka revitalisasi pemberdayaan DPD dalam sistem kelembagaan negara. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yuridis normatif dan tipe penelitian dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan (statuteapproach), pendekatan perbandingan (comparationapproach) dan pendekatan konseptual (conceptual approach). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Peraturan perundang-undangan yang ada baik di dalam UUD NRI Tahun 1945, UU No 22 Tahun 2003 dan UU No 27 Tahun 2009 yangmengatur tentang DPD, masih kurang dari dari harapan awal pembentukanDPD. Hal ini dikarenakan Pasal-pasal yang terkait membatasi kewenangan DPD di bidang fungsi legislasi, fungsi anggaran dan fungsi pengawasan, Terjadi ketimpangan kewenangan yang berat sebelah antara DPD dan DPR, Pasal-pasal yang membatasi kewenangan DPD membuat tidakadanya suatu “double check” dan “check and balances”. Dengan adanya peraturan perundang-undangan baik di dalam UUD NRI Tahun 1945, UU Nomor 22 Tahun 2003 serta UU Nomor 27 Tahun 2009 yang mengatur tentang DPD, perlu adanya suatu konstruksi hukum dalam rangka revitalisasi peranan DPD dalam sistem parlemen di Indonesia.

Abstract

Globalisasi dan Kemajuan Teknologi membutuhkan sistem informasi yang cepat untuk membantu proses pengambilan keputusan. MCIF (Markeng Customer Information File) dibentuk untuk mendukung CRM (Customer Relationship Management) dan membantu dunia usaha dalam meningkatkan profitabilitas, yang  akan bermuara pada kinerja, khususnya adalah kinerja keuangannya. Indikator munculnya ekonomi baru adalah trend rasio nilai pasar dan nilai buku saham (disebut sebagai Market - to Book Value atau MBV). Dengan inovasi yang tinggi terhadap teknologi untuk kelancaran manajemen operasional. Salah satu bidang usaha penangkapan  ikan dan udang yang dioperasikan oleh PT.West Irian Fishing Industries-Sorong Papua Barat. Yang beradaptasi dengan mengukur kinerjanya. Analisis parsial least square (PLS) mencari penjelasan atas Pengaruh kinerja operasional terhadap kinerja keuangan, Hasil analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa antara variabel laten kinerja operasional dengan kinerja keuangan terdapat pengaruh signifikan positif, dengan koefisien jalur 0,327 pada posisi Probabilitas sebesar 1.317 . 10-220< 0,05. Signifikan antara kebijakan keuangan terhadap kinerja keuangan Hasil analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa antara variabel laten kebijakan keuangan dengan kinerja keuangan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan karena  posisi probabilitas sebesar 1,0076 . 10-250> 0,05. Dengan koefisien jalur sebesar 0.483, menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan keuangan berpengaruh erat sekali terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Pengaruh kinerja keuangan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Hasil analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa antara variabel laten kinerja keuangan dengan nilai perusahaan terdapat pengaruh signifikan dengan koefisien jalur 0,216 pada posisi Probabilitas sebesar 1,015 .10-208< 0,05.  Kebijakan keuangan berpengaruh lebih besar terhadap kinerja keuangan, dibandingkan dengan pengaruh kinerja operasional dengan kinerja operasional terbukti benar, karena koefisien jalur sebesar (nilai 0.483), lebih besar dibandingkan dengan koefisien jalur pada sebesar (nilai 0.327).

Abstract

Kota Sorong terletak di antara jalur strategis yang menghubungkan Papua Barat dan papua. transportasi sangat bermanfaat bagi perekonomian Sorong. Keberadaan pusat kegiatan masyarakat seperti terminal, pasar, stasiun, bandara dan sejarah wisata sang at menggembirakan mendorong pengembangan sektor perdagangan dan jasa. Pertumbuhan ekonomi Sorong atau perkembangan dua belas tahun terakhir cenderung meningkat kecuali di tahun 2013. Penurunan pengadaan listrik dan Migas, mengakibatkan turunnya pertumbuhan ekonomi di tahun 2013. Dalam penelitian ini, pemilihan Sorong sebagai daerah penelitian karena merupakan daerah administratif Sorong yang luas namun pemanfaatan sumber daya alamnya sangat terbatas, hal ini dibuktikan oleh jumlah luas wilayah pada distrik kota sorong dengan populasi yang bekerja di sektor pertanian sangat sedikit dibandingkan dengan sektor lainnya. Pusat kegiatan mereka yang mendorong aktivitas perdagangan dan pariwisata menimbulkan pertanyaan tentang bagaimana perannya dalam perekonomian dan penyebaran di Sorong. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pola pertumbuhan ekonomi kecamatan di Kota Sorong pada tahun 2013-2016 dan meneliti peran sektor unggulan Sorong, Papua Barat pada Perekonomian 2013-2016.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis kualitatif dengan menggunakan kombinasi pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif, dengan proporsi metode kuantitatif lebih banyak sedangkan metode kualitatif adalah kuantitatif hasil verif ikasi. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diambil dari penelitian sebelumnya atau instansi pemerintah terkait. Data tersedia untuk dianalisis untuk mengetahui pertumbuhan ekonomi, LQ (Location Quotient), dan penyebaran pertumbuhan ekonomi di Sorong. Pola pertumbuhan ekonomi Distrik di Sorong tahun 2013-2016 dipengaruhi oleh sektor perdagangan, hotel dan restoran, sektor manufaktur, konstruksi, dan jasa. Hal ini terjadi di delapandistrik Sorong Utara, Distrik Sorong Timur, Distrik Sorong Barat , D istrik Sorong Utara ,Distrik Sorong Manoi dan Distrik Sorong Kepulauan, sedangkan pola pertumbuhan kota sorong dipengaruhi oleh sektor manufaktur. Peranan sektor dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi disebabkan oleh sentra ekonomi yang ada. Sektor unggulan Sorong yaitu sektor perdagangan migas, hotel dan restoran, sektor jasa dan sektor konstruksi menjadi basis sektor ekonomi Papua Barat. Sektor kontruksi dan manufaktur merupakan sektor dominan Sorong yang tidak memasukkan basis kontribusi di bawah rata-rata sektor ekonomi Papua Barat.

Abstract

This research study of symbolism in Buginesse ancestors message specially in Pappaseng tau Riolo. A packet of message of the old man testament in Buginisse Tribe. In getting the truly and accurate data, the writes used the library research which is to obtain more theoretical principles needed in the writing of this study. The writer reads some books and other materials which are closely related to the main problem of this writing. The writer discusses in the Semantic side. By analyzing the semantic, we will know the meaning those contents in the Pappaseng. And also we can know what is the main meaning and the aim of using that symbol.

Abstract

The research aim to know the transaction cost in government management prospective consist of the government cost and market cost with suitable the government service in government management prospective. The result of government in applied of transaction cost have affect by the government cost suitable with routine cost, development cost, human resource cost and facility cost suitable with information, administration, operational and technology costs in applied the suitable of service with principle, accountable, leadership, productivity and service quality. The appointment of market cost have positive toward transaction cost for several activity or job program in government scope. The government instance have responsibility in appointment of transaction cost with give of propose planning suitable with need of government in applied of information, administration, operational and technology cost which affected toward suitable of service. Although the transaction cost in specific occured with the transaction cost particularly relate with cost transaction because the government cost require to suitable with transaction cost.

Abstract

The community is the target of the policy, so it is to the public that the success of the policy should be asked. This study aims to describe the factors that become supporters and obstacles in the service policy of custom land certificate in the Land Office of Sorong City. This research uses descriptive approach of analysis, data collection technique by using interview, observation and documentation. The result of research indicates that the policy of service of land certificate in Sorong City Land Office is supporting factor in custom land certificate service, that is, the existence of file security from form filling, input, process, output and data guarantee, file security, with the prevailing rules, the absence of illegal levies, and fair service. The inhibiting factors in land certification services in the Land Office of Sorong City are the lack of simplicity in service, the lack of clarity and uncertainty in the service, not transparent in conveying information, and the lack of efficiency in the service

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to reveal the Participation of the Moi Community in Kambik Education (Indigenous Education) in Maladofok Village, Sorong Regency. Kambik education is a Moi tribal education system in Sorong, West Papua. Kambik education (Moi tribal customary education) learns about leadership, learns the customs of the Moi tribe, traditional medicine, and understands human existence.  Various problems began to emerge in the life of the state, the demand for revival and reviving the values of local wisdom into an alternative. So it is important in this research, the researcher raises two issues that have been formulated in the question. First: What is the participation of the Moi community in the Kambik education process ?, and Second; to what extent are the values taught in Kambik's education in social life? This question is important to be formulated as the power of data which then becomes a reference in education policy that raises local potential. The research uses a qualitative approach. Researchers conducted in-depth interviews at the research location, more points than the ethnographic method itself is that researchers conduct research and also get meaningful education from the lives of local people. The results of this study are to encourage the acceleration of development in Sorong Regency. Because in addition to the academic interests, the Moi tribe Kambik (traditional education) education is a new alternative form of humanity awareness in the Moi tribe of Sorong Regency. The results of this study could be a recommendation and input for the Sorong Regency government to plant the values of Kambik education itself in the generation of indigenous Moi children in Sorong Regency in particular and the Moi generation in general.      The results of the study are, First: project files for alternative education design in Sorong Regency or can be synergized with a special curriculum.
