Abstract

Berbicara merupakan salah satu aspek dari keterampilan berbahasa. Sebagai salah satu aspek keterampilan berbahasa maka dalam pembelajarannya tidak bisa dilepaskan dari ketiga keterampilan berbahasa lainnya. Salah satu strategi yang bisa dikembangkan dalam pembelajaran berbicara yaitu strategi 3M (Meniru, Menulis, dan Menampilkan). Dalam strategi ini, siswa pada permulaan pembelajaran diberi contoh topik wawancara untuk ditiru, kemudian siswa menulis sendiri bahan yang hendak dijadikan topik wawancara, dan selanjutnya siswa menampilkan topik wawancara yang sudah ditulis itu di depan siswa lainnya.

Abstract

The objective of the study was to asses the change of family education sistim, pre and post the presence of cable TV at the urban village Pancor the sub district Selong the district Lombok Timur, the model of family education: character building and spiritual education for the community in Bongki who use the cable TV, and to assess the effectiveness of the family education sistim applied. This was a case study employing the descriptive qualitative approach. The data resources in this research were theree families who were selected using the depth interviews and observation and then analyzed employing the descriptive qualitative technique. The result of the study unfolded that there was a contrast change of family education sistim pre and post the presence of cable TV in this very community. Prior to the presence of cable TV, the transformation processes of Islamic spiritual doctrines and cuktural values were handled by religion teachers at school, or the Koran recital teachers. In the spiritual education context,  parents educated their children how to pray and to make the praying as an important part of their living.  Beside that, the parents taught their children to recite the Koran in a good and correct way. The education sistim applied by the community in Pancor was categorized effective. This was evidently proven by the outputs of education; good and noble characters in life and solid act devotion as well as children’s proficiency in reciting the Koran. Keywords: cable TV, model of family education, descriptive qualitative approach

Abstract

Penelitian Organisasi dan Hubungan Kerja Nelayan Tanjung Luar Lombok Timur (Suatu Kajian Antropologi). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui organisasi dan hubungan kerja nelayan, mengetahui system perekrutan anggota atau anak buah nelayan, mengetahui bentuk dan sifat hubungan kerja nelayan yang ada serta untuk mengetahui system pengupahan nelayan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan ialah kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian tersebut ditentukan secara purposive menurut pokok permasalahan penelitian yang dirumuskan. Data kualitatif akan dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam (In-depth Interview) dan pengamatan terlibat (Observation participation). Dalam penelitian ini pengolahan dan analisis data dilakukan secara bersamaan dalam sebuah proses yang dilakukan secara terus menerus sejak pengumpulan data dilakukan khususnya dalam proses pengorganisasian, pemilihan dan kategorisasi antara data dalam bentuk uraian naratif atau thick description. Komunitas nelayan Lungkak merupakan komunitas nelayan yang  bertipe penagkap dan pemburu ikan. Mereka menggunakan strategi ini untuk mendapatkan hasil ikan yang lebih banyak. Tipe ini merupakan tipe konvensional dari masyarakat nelayan pada umumnya. Nelayan Lungkak menggunakan berbagai system teknologi dalam menangkap dan berburu ikan. Seperti menggunakan berbagai jenis dan tipe perahu dan alat  tangkap. Dengan tipe nelayan penangkap dan pemburu ikan ini komunitas nelayan Lungkak  menciptakan organisasi dan hubungan kerja nelayan yang tangguh untuk memanfaatkan sumberdaya perikanan laut. Organisasi sosial tradisional yang terdapat pada nelayan Lungkak hamper sama dengan komunitas nelayan yang ada di Indonesia yaitu mengenal konsep patrin client. Pada komunitas nelayan  Lungkak dikenal Ponggawe (bos) dan Sabi (anak buah/tenaga kerja). Selain itu terdapat pula pembagian tugas antara juragan/bos dan anak buah. Pembagian tugas ini mulai dari sebelum melaut atau masa persiapan, pelaksanaan aktivitas penangkapan ikan serta aktivitas setalah pulang dari laut. Pada komunitas nelayan Lungkak seorang punggawe biasanya merekrut seorang sabi karena faktor keluarga. Seorang punggawe merekrut sanak keluarganya sendiri sebagai sabi. Sistem bagi hasil pada masyarakat nelayan Lungkak Tanjung Luar biasa juga disebut dengan sadoh. Sadoh merupakan merupakan aturan penghitungan bagi hasil setiap nelayan sehabis melaut. Kata Kunci: Organisasi Sosial, Hubungan Kerja, Patron-Client

Abstract

This reserach aimed at designing a model of in service-trainning management for the Indonesian Language Teachers at junior hig School in East Lombok. It was developed through paradigm of a system approach-based total quality management. The total pupolation are 178 teachers at 52 State Junior High School (SJHS) in East Lombok. This reserach used qualitative approach. The primary data were collected by using questionnaire and the secondary data were collected by using interview and observation. The data were anlayzed based on the Nasution’s model analysis, such data reduction, data display, and conclusion or verification for all types of the data. The research results proved that (1) the profile needs of in service-language teacher trainning at SMP in East Lobok regency is in the form of a systemic components which can give a positive contribution on the planning of its program; (2) most of the teachers have positive attitudes on their professions as teachers, while the percentage of their knowledge and skill aspects is average although the mean is more than 50%; and (3) a model of in service-language teacher trainning at SMP in East Lombok regency produced a quality mannual, procedure manual, and instructions of in service trainning. All of the steps need a measurable quality documents through an audite of quality assurance on each component of their system. Some advantages of this design are (1) the provider of in service-language teacher trainning may play an important role as a quality assurance institution; (2) mastery on each quality assurance aspect can be done; and (3) the measurement of the service effect can be held although it has finished.  Keywords: Training Management, Teachers’ Performance.

Abstract

Domination of gender has occurred in jobs and the ather things in society, in wich these is because of cultural and religion effect (Islam). The same phenomena appear is East Lombok Society, that is patriarchy   and religius. Some last decades domination circumstances (problems) want to be decreased by feminisms through structural approaches. However, those approaches are not so successful, in consequentit is offered the other approaches, that is functional approaches. In East Lombok it is developed IDT Program through group approaches. It will be approved  through this program wether the functional approach in more effect in reducing men domination beyond woman, wich it can be observed participating womwn in IDT Program.

Abstract

The development and implementation of KTSP is basically under the coordination and supervition of education board.  KTSP development must be based on the context (satndar isi) and output competence standard (Standar Komptensi lulusan) based and  refers to curriculum development guide, and considering the school comite opinion. The first step in KTSP development and implementation is school analysing the situation and condition ( context analysis). This can be done through SWOT approach in the form of self evaluation about the school situation and condition. From the finding the real situation and condition of the school can be known, so that the intended program will reflect the effort to improve the internal school situation and condition based on opportunity analysis result and threat school extrrernal situation.

Abstract

This research aims to applicated the Vladimir Propp’s narative structures theory and the social philology, in order to find the sum of functions in the Cupak Gerantang, Sandubaya and Lala Seruni, and Cilinaya’s tales text; to find out the social function in those three of tales obove. The research methods related to theory used was qualitative methods, structural, social philology. Collecting data by interview and documentation. Vladimir Propps narative structural methods consist of: function order, function groupig into action circle. Social philology methods used to ascertain the social function in those three tales to get the socual value in them. The results of the study as follows; The three stories have different functions, orderly and systematically. The story of Cupak Gerantang has 18 function, Sandubaya and Lala Seruni has 9 functions, and Cilinaya has 14 functions. The action environment of the three stories are also different, in the story of Cupak Gerantang there is 6 action environments, Sandubaya and lala Seruni consist of 4 action environments and Cilinaya consist of 3 action environments. Social functions of the three stories comprise: entertain function, educational function, adversary function, hidden intentional function, religious function and solidarity function. Social values of the three stories consist of etiquette and politeness values, critiques for the kings values, sacrification values togetherness values and working together, bravery attitudes, noble quality and sportive values. Key Words: folktales story of Lombok, narrative structure, social function, social value
