This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture with individual readiness as a mediator on championing behavior in the implementation of electronic medical records (EMR) at Muhammadiyah Hospital. Respondents amounted to 133 people consisting of professional health workers who will later be involved implementation of EMR. The research instrument was in the form of a questionnaire via a google form link. Analysis using SEM (structural equation model) with Lisrel. The results showed that organizational culture significantly affected individual readiness (?=0.67, t-value=7.40). Organizational culture has a significant effect on championing behavior (?=0.42, t-value=4.10). Individual readiness significantly affects championing behavior (?=0.48 , t-value = 4.56). Individual readiness is also a significant mediator of the relationship between organizational culture and championing behavior (complementary mediation type). A strong organizational culture will support the readiness of the organization's planned changes. A strong organizational culture also influences behavior to fight for the success of the change plan. Through individual readiness, organizational culture influences behavior to fight for the successful implementation of EMR. The sample size is 14 elderly with purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used the Paired t-test. Results: The results of the statistical test obtained p-value = 0.041 <0.05 indicating that there was a difference in systolic blood pressure before and after being given physical activity therapy for the morning walk. Most of the respondents (57.14%) experienced a decrease in systolic blood pressure with an average decrease of 8.72 mmHg. Conclusion: Therapeutic physical activity walking in the morning has a significant effect on systolic blood pressure in elderly people with hypertension. Health workers need to provide correct information about the benefits of morning walks for elderly people with hypertension and monitor the consistency of sufferers.

Results: Results indicated substantial improvements in the affective, psychomotor, and cognitive domains among young women who received health education with blended learning. Positive attitudes towards BSE increased significantly, with average scores rising from 75.1 to 85.3 post-intervention. Similarly, psychomotor skills improved, evidenced by scores escalating from 72.4 to 84.5 after receiving education. Moreover, cognitive understanding saw a remarkable enhancement, with average scores soaring from 67.3 to 87.6 following the intervention. Conclusion: The study concludes that integrating blended learning with health education significantly enhances young women's psychomotor, affective, and cognitive responses to BSE. These findings underscore the efficacy of blended learning in augmenting the impact of health education, particularly in empowering young women with essential knowledge and skills for breast cancer prevention and early detection.
