The success of parents in inculcating reproductive health behaviors in children, depends largely on the model and type of parenting patterns applied by parents. But reproductive health education for children is still considered taboo by the community. This research is cross-sectional research. This study identifies parenting patterns of reproductive health of parents in Mojokerto City. The population of this study were all students and 4th and 5th grade students of SDN Meri 1 and SDN Kranggan 2 Kota Mojokerto with their parents of 140 people. The sampling technique is simple random sampling, and the total sample is 103 people. The results showed that as much as 37.9% of parents apply a democratic parenting pattern in providing reproductive health education to their children.Keywords: parenting pattern, reproductive health

Madurese ethnic migrant families often pay little attention to the health and even the majorityhave children in large numbers so that child development is often not considered. Development (development) is increasing ability (skill) in the structure and function of the body is more complex in a regular pattern and can be predicted, as a result of the maturation process. The purpose of this study is to monitor the development of pre-school children, socialmental Madura tribe migrants in Surabaya. This research was conducted qualitatively in theMadura tribe all mothers who wander in the Village Simolawang Simokerto Surabaya who have children under 5 years of age. Each respondent conducted interviews and observationfor 2 days. The number of mothers in the period of November 2013 as many as 37 people. The total of all respondents conducted interviews and observations. The results of the studyexplained that most children in the village Simolawang not impaired in mental development of social (75.7%), only a small fraction impaired (24.3%).Keyword: madurense, development, preschool, child

Cases of sexual abuse of children is one of the cases that have increased quantitatively also qualitative. The parental care in providing reproductive health education influence children’s growth and development, especially in reproductive health problems.This study aimed to analyze the relationship patterns of parenting with reproductive health behavior of children in order to prevent sexual abuse of children in Mojokerto. The research design was crosssectional. This research was conducted in Mojokerto in June 2016. The population were all students in 4th and 5th grade and their parents. The research sample of 103 people that selected using simple random sampling. Data collection was carried distributing questionnaires to the respondents. Data analyzed by using Chi Square and Fisher's Exact test. The results showed that there is a relationship between the parenting with reproductive health action in order to prevent child sexual abuse in children.Reproductive health education by parents to children can increase children's awareness and confidence that will eventually affect attitudes. If the child is already getting reproductive health education from parent, then the child will try to keep her reproductive health and trying to keep himself in order to avoid sexual violence.Keyword: parenting, behavior, reproduction, violence

Tujuan kegiatan pendidikan dan pelatihan pada guru tentang cara stimulasi kreativitas anak sebagai salah satu bentuk pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh Tim Dosen dan mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Majapahit adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menstimulasi kreativitas anak pra sekolah di TK Dharma Wanita dan KB Darul Huda Desa Gayaman. Upaya diklat dilakukan dengan metode ceramah dan demonstrasi serta focus grup discussion (FGD) untuk menyusun modul penerapan terapi musik dalam stimulasi kreativitas anak. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan selama 1 minggu tersebut mampu meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman guru tentang cara stimulasi menggunakan terapi musik klasik mozart dan tersusun modul pembelajaran. Diharapkan kegiatan ini mampu meningkatkan kualitas peserta didik yang dibina oleh sekolah dan meningkatkan prestasi KB Darul Huda dan TK Dharma Wanita Desa Gayaman. The education and training activities for teachers about children's creativity stimulation as one of community service conducted by the Lecturer and student Team of Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Majapahit aimed to improve the ability of teachers to stimulate pre-school children's creativity in Dharma Wanita Kindergarden and Darul Huda Playgroup on Desa Gayaman. The education and training efforts are carried out using lecture and demonstration methods as well as focus group discussions (FGD) to develop modules for the application of music therapy in stimulating children's creativity. The activity carried out for 1 week was able to improve the ability of teachers' understanding of how to stimulate using classical music therapy mozart and structured learning modules. It is expected that this activity can improve the quality of students fostered by schools and improve the achievements of KB Darul Huda and TK Dharma Wanita Gayaman Village.

Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) is one indicator of the health status of a country and shows the quality of health services, especially maternal and infant health. The maternal mortality rate in Indonesia itself until 2018 is also still high, amounting to 305 per 1000 live births. One of the diseases accompanying pregnancy that can cause death in pregnant women is anemia. The proportion of anemia in East Java increased in 2018, which is 48.9% Anemia in pregnant women can be caused by many factors, including maternal age, parity, gravid, and maternal compliance in consuming Fe tablets. The purpose of this study was to look at the relationship of parity with anemia in trimester 1 and trimester 3 pregnant women in the Gayaman Health Center, Mojokerto Regency. This type of research is analytical research with cross sectional design. The independent variable of this study is parity. While the dependent variable of this study is the incidence of anemia in 1st and 3rd trimester pregnant women. Samples in this study were 49 people Data were analyzed by Chi Square Test statistic test. The results showed that there was no relationship between parity and the incidence of anemia in pregnant mothers Trimester 1 and 3. Anemia during pregnancy is not only influenced by parity, but many other factors can influence. Pregnant women must always maintain their health condition and always consume nutritious foods to avoid anemia during pregnancy

Covid-19 is currently a serious world problem with the number of cases which are always increasing every day. Attacking everyone regardless of age or gender and has been categorized as a global pandemic. Even adolescents are not immune to covid infection 19. In Indonesia alone, the number of positive cases in September 2020 was 240,687 people with 9,448 deaths. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between adolescent knowledge about covid-19 and adherence to implementing health protocols in the new normal period. This type of research is an analytical study with a cross-sectional design. The independent variable of this study is adolescent knowledge. While the independent variable is compliance in implementing health protocols. The sample in this study were 111 people. The data were analyzed using the Sperman test statistical test. The results showed that there was no relationship between adolescent knowledge about Covid-19 and adherence to implementing health protocols. Many factors influence the degree of disobedience among adolescents, one of which is motivation or support from family members and themselves. It is hoped that the family can provide an example and motivation for adolescents to want to apply health protocols wherever they are
