Abstract

Seiring perkembangan teknologi, semakin banyak munculnya produk openAI, salah satunya yaitu ChatGPT. ChatGPT telah digunakan secara luas, khususnya dalam bidang pendidikan. Banyak studi sebelumnya yang menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan ChatGPT dalam proses pembelajaran membawa dampak positif. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keefektifan ChatGPT dalam membantu proses belajar pada mahasiswa STMIK Antar Bangsa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui survei yang disebarkan kepada 180 mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar mahasiswa memberikan respon positif terhadap penggunaan ChatGPT berskala tinggi untuk membantu proses pembelajaran dalam perkuliahan. Hal ini disebabkan oleh peran dan manfaat yang diberikan oleh ChatGPT dalam ketiga aspek proses pembelajaran, yaitu keterlibatan mahasiswa, pemahaman materi, dan efektivitas pembelajaran.

Abstract

In the current digital era, information and communication technology plays a crucial role in education, one of which is through e-learning which offers flexibility and broad access for students and teachers. This research aims to design and develop an e-learning website that is equipped with user management and book purchase features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP technology, as well as applying good UI/UX concepts. This website is designed to facilitate an interactive and efficient online learning process, as well as providing a platform for purchasing learning support books. The development method used is a user-centered design approach with stages of needs analysis, design, implementation and testing. The result of this research is an e-learning website that is responsive, easy to use, and has an attractive interface. The user management feature allows administrators to manage user data, while the book purchase feature is integrated to make it easier for users to obtain additional learning materials. Functionality and usability testing shows that the website functions well and meets user needs. Thus, this website can be an effective solution to support online learning activities and integrated book purchase transactions.

Abstract

Abstract— BRImo offers a variety of services that simplify banking transactions for its users. The issue addressed in this study arises from frequent system disruptions and numerous user complaints regarding the application’s performance, particularly concerning access speed, as indicated by reviews on the Google Play Store. These issues have led to a decline in user interest in the BRImo application. Considering the ongoing complaints and less-than-satisfactory ratings, this research aims to assess user satisfaction with the BRImo application among students at STMIK Antar Bangsa. This study employs the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method to measure the percentage of user satisfaction, with modified dimensions from Mobile Service Quality tailored to the focus of this research. Data were collected through a questionnaire consisting of 15 questions and involving 50 respondents. The collected data were tested for validity and reliability before being processed using the CSI method. The results of this study can be seen in the calculation of the CSI method, the percentage of user satisfaction is 75.78% and it can be stated that customers feel "Satisfied" with the service quality of the BRImo application.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of using Eduaide.ai in assisting learning preparation for 9th grade students. This study employs an experimental method by comparing student learning outcomes through pre-test and post-test in two conditions: manual learning preparation and learning preparation with the assistance of Eduaide.ai. The research sample consists of 9th grade students who will be tested on their abilities before and after using the learning platform. The collected data will be analyzed quantitatively to measure the platform's effectiveness in improving student learning outcomes. The results of this research are expected to provide insights into the benefits of using artificial intelligence technology in supporting students' learning preparation processes
