Abstract

This research focuses on the effect of digital literacy on students morality. Digital literacy is the ability to use and utilise various digital devices to be more empowered, ethical and democratic in the digital era. This research aims to determine how operational skills are, search the internet, evaluate the content, communicate and is there any effect of digital literacy on students morality. This research used a quantitative approach with basic and supporting techniques in collecting data in the field. The data collected were analyzed used SPSS 26th version. The results of the research note that digital literacy effects the morality of students, but digital literacy is not fully owned by students. This can be seen though the indicators of operational skill, internet searching, content evaluation and communication that the researcher proposes to the respondents.

Abstract

The country of Indonesia is currently undergoing rapid changes, namely the Covid-19 virus. The changes that occur are certainly very influential on the order of life, especially technology among the world of education. The educational environment has changed, where previously the learning process was carried out face-to-face, but now uses online learning media. Schools are one of the main factors in shaping the character of students, so that they can support the good use of technology, which is called digital citizenship. But in reality today, the reason is partly the lack of bad attitudes in the use of technology by students. The problem that will be discussed in this study is how the influence of online learning media in strengthening the Digital Citizenship attitude of students in Civics subjects. The research method used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used the main technique, namely a questionnaire. The data analysis tool in this study uses SPSS version 20. Based on the results of the research conducted, it shows that there is an influence of online learning media in strengthening students' digital citizenship attitudes in Civics subjects with a large percentage of the effect, which is 56,5%. Abstract

Today the world has faced the era of globalization, where we can exchange news and communicatewith each other effectively through today's technological innovations. However, this world ofglobalization has resulted in the younger generation entering and leading to various problems inthis country, such as a reduced sense of love for one's own language and culture at a young age.Indonesian culture may disappear over time, because Indonesian people do not want to be out ofdate with foreign cultures. As the next generation, we should have the principle of participating topreserve and strengthen our cultural defense as Indonesian people. We should focus on learning theIndonesian language and the various cultures that exist, so that our love for our own culture cangrow and develop. Our current struggle is to return the love for the homeland to the younggeneration of Indonesia.

Abstract

National identity is a sign or characteristic of a country that can distinguish its characteristics from other countries, because the identity of a country lies in the concept of the country itself. Etymologically, national identity comes from the words "identity" and "national". Identity comes from the word identity which means the existence of a character, trait, or quality related to an individual, group, or something that distinguishes it from others. And National comes from the word nation which means state. And every country is obliged to implement constitutional behavior in the life of the state. Because in general the constitution is the basic principle and law of a nation, state, or community group. Where that determines the power, duties of the government and guarantees certain rights for its citizens.

Abstract

The criminal system in Indonesia is still shackled to the influence of the criminal system inherited by the Dutch, which breathes liberalism. This is reflected in the criminal laws in Indonesia which still refer to the colonial legacy law. The criminal system that exists to this day is not based on the local wisdom of the Indonesian people, so it does not reflect Pancasila which is a value that is firmly held by the Indonesian people and is the source of all sources of law. The purpose of this paper is to examine the concept of punishment which shows the correlation and implementation of the Pancasila philosophy in the criminal system in Indonesia. The method used in this paper is a normative legal research method, with a conceptual approach and legislation. The result of this research is the relationship between the criminal system and the implementation of Pancasila values. Keywords: Criminal System, Pancasila, Philosophy.

Abstract

              The objectives of this study were to: (1) find out how the implementation of anti-corruption education in order to strengthen the value of honesty character in class VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 Mojolaban (2) find out whether the implementation of anti-corruption education is correct to strengthen the value of honesty character in class VIII students. (3) Knowing the factors that support and hinder the implementation of anti-corruption education in order to strengthen the value of the character of honesty in class VIII students.This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Mojolaban. The subjects of this research include principals, vice principals, PPKn teachers, and students. The data source uses primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The validity of the data was tested by technique triangulation and source triangulation. The research data were analyzed using a qualitative descriptive analysis technique with an interactive model.             The results of the study can be concluded that: 1) SMP Negeri 1 Mojolaban has provided anti-corruption education lessons because anti-corruption education is very important to learn with anti-corruption education in the curriculum can teach students to be honest, responsible and teach things about the dangers of committing crimes. corruption, so that students in the future of our country can be free from corrupt behavior. 2) True anti-corruption education is a reinforcement of the character value of honesty. 3) there are 2 influencing factors, namely: a. supporting factors: teacher commitment, adequate school infrastructure, parental support, conducive environment, cooperation of all components, teachers working together, the role of BK teachers in dealing with students; b. Inhibiting factors: The Covid-19 outbreak, lack of motivation, differences of opinion, teachers feel overwhelmed, the ability of teachers to choose subjects, anti-corruption education has not been fully implemented, there are still some teachers who have not integrated, and students' low interest in learning.

Abstract

The aims of this study are: (1) To determine the values ​​of democratic character in SMP Negeri 1 Mojolaban (2) To analyze the role of PPKn teachers in developing democratic character values ​​in students at SMP Negeri 1 Mojolaban. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Mojolaban. The subjects of this research include principals, vice principals, PPKn teachers, and students. The data source uses primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The validity of the data was tested by triangulation, both techniques and sources. The research data were analyzed using interactive model qualitative analysis techniques. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that: (1) at SMP Negeri 1 Mojolaban has implemented democratic character values, by integrating democratic character values ​​in each subject so that students are accustomed to applying democratic character values, (2) teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Mojolaban has carried out its role well, it can be shown that the teacher always provides encouragement, motivation and habituation to students in developing the value of the character of honesty.

Abstract

  The purpose of this study is to determine the role of PPKn as a means of legal education in raising awareness of students complying with the school rules of SMA Negeri 8 Surakarta for the 2021/2022 academic year. This research is descriptive qualitative. The data source uses both primary and secondary. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. In order for the data to be valid, a triangluation of sources and techniques is carried out. Analyzed using interactive qualitative techniques. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded: The role of PPKn as a means of legal education in increasing awareness of the rights and  obligations  of students is  really like getting facilities.  The role of PPKn as a means of legal education in increasing awareness of  student attendance   is really like being present on time.  The role of PPKn as a means of legal education in increasing awareness of the  neatness  of  students  is true as in full uniform.  The role of PPKn as a means of education hukum in increasing awareness of  student hygiene is indeed  true such as participating in  community service work activities.

Abstract

Nationalism is a form of ideology that places the highest love, loyalty, and commitment on the nation-state. The concept of nationalism leads to the desire to live together as a nation that has goals and aspirations to be achieved together. Nationalist understanding and behavior must be based on the awareness of being part of a nation and oriented toward achieving common national goals. In the context of practicing nationalism and supporting national defense, the defense industry is a vital strategic industry to pay attention to. The defense industry is engaged in the area of ​​national defense-supporting products. With the arrival of the 4.0 industrial revolution era, the defense industry cannot remain silent and requires adaptation in its application both in the production of defense products and in their use to support national defense. Nationalism is the basis for the development of national independence as the main capital for realizing the ideals of independence, namely becoming an independent, sovereign, and prosperous nation. For this reason, the independence of the defense industry is an implementation of nationalism and part of the national defense strategy in dealing with state threats that are always developing in tandem with technological developments. The independence of the defense industry must be implemented and fully supported by the government and related parties so that it can play a role in realizing the aspirations of the nation and fostering a spirit of nationalism for the Indonesian people.

Abstract

The involvement of citizens in creating a harmonious society is important in this era of globalization. However, in reality, social and religious problems are still the background to the occurrence of conflicts to this day. Citizens' concern for interacting and maintaining communication between people is expected to be able to reduce the conflict axes that exist in society and this can be done by citizens, one of which is through religious dialogue. The purpose of this study is to find out how citizen involvement through religious dialogue is able to maintain community harmony. This research is a type of qualitative research with a phenomenological approach where data collection techniques are used, namely interview techniques, documentation studies and through Focus Group Discussion (FGD) activities. Test the validity of the data by using triangulation techniques and data analysis techniques by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions.The results of the study show that interfaith dialogue carried out by the community through interfaith communities can be said to be successful in efforts to increase citizen involvement to create a harmonious community life in the current era of globalization, seeing that there are still many conflicts in several areas that are motivated by social and religious issues. Interfaith dialogue also provides knowledge of the diversity of religions and beliefs adopted by the Indonesian people, all of which aim to maintain the unity and integrity of the nation with the existing diversity. Interfaith dialogue can also be used as an alternative in increasing civic engagement by directly involving people of different religions
