Abstract

Politic cannot be separated by mass mobilization. In several definitions, mass mobilizationis also defined as a political campaign. Nowadays, campaign of political party does not payattention to the regulation. The party involves the children in campaign. There are manychildren join the campaign. It can be seen when the campaign gathers in a certain placewith mass mobilization. There are many children who are interested in campaign like theyare watching the concert of dangdutmusic or other entertainments. Besides that, the showof campaign in television also influences the children right.Many children memorize themars of political party and they always sing it because it is always played in TVadvertisement in Indonesia. It absolutely breaks the law no 23 of 2002 and no. 35 of 2014about children protection. After being investigated, the children memorize the mars ofpolitical party from television that is broadcasted massively everyday. This researchfocuses on how children mobilization in a campaign through the perspective of childrenright. This research used the approach of law no 23 of 2002 and no 35 of 2014 aboutchildren protection. The method of the research used document study from various sourcessuch as media, journal, and other documents. The result of the research shows that manypolitical parties ignore the children right. It is usually found that children join the campaign.The party has not understood the law of general election. The parents also have role toobserve their children when they are watching TV because the play of mars of a politicalparty is not appropriate with children right. Therefore, parents must accompany the childrenwhile watching TV in order that their right can be accomplished related to politic.Key words: children right, campaign, political party

Abstract

Employees are important aspects to achieve of reaching company objective. Company has to payattention to leadership, motivation, discpline work, and communication variables, in order to increaseemployee performance. Leaders with positive attitude towards the employees enhance employee’s selfconfidence to excute company job. Employees that receive leader’s attention will execute the company jobdiscipline without any pressure.The aim of this research is to explore the influence of leadership, motivation, discipline workand communication variable towards employee performance of Limited Company Taspen ( Persero) whichhas 39 employees. This research is explaining exactly the influence of leadership, motivation, disciplinework toward the company employee performance.This research used regression technique to dig up influence of the independent variables. Thisresearch supports the conclusion that motivation and discipline work influence significantly on employeeperformance, motivation influence significantly on discipline work and leadership doesn’t significantly onemployee performance and motivation, communication is not moderation on motivation at LimitedCompany Taspen (Persero) Yogyakarta.Keywords:[Leadership, Motivation, Disipline Work, Communication, Employes Performance]

Abstract

The numerous retail stores that exist amid public shows a tight competition amongretail store entrepreneurs. As a matter of fact, customers satisfaction is a main keyto survive amid the tough competition. The customer satisfaction can be built aftercustomer evaluates and assesses dimensions in a retail store based on theirshopping experience. This research aims at testing test and discovering whichdimension has potential to lift the customers satisfaction of shopping in a retailstore. The data from our survey has been tested by using Structural EquationModeling (SEM) to confirm our model. The result shows that product and price arethe most fundamental dimensions in forming customers satisfaction and also tobuild trust and loyalty of customers of shopping in the retail store.Keywords : [retail stores; customers’ satisfaction; customers’ loyalty; trust]

Abstract

Environmental issues in the region have become one of the worlds problemsthat surfaced in the last quarter century, including in Indonesia so thatenvironmental issues are very interesting to talk about. The division ofauthority between the central and regional governments which are thendelegated to the regions widely, in relation to the Law on RegionalAutonomy, namely Law No. 23 of 2014 on Regional Government, thisopens the opportunity for the region to determine its policy broadly,especially considering the investment policy in wide open areas in theregion to support the National Development. In this paper the authors usethe type of normative legal research, then the type of data used in thiswriting is the type of secondary data. Secondary data is data obtainedthrough literature study. Secondary data obtained from a number ofinformation or facts obtained indirectly, namely through literature studyconsisting of documents, literature books, and others related to the problemunder study. Techniques used in this writing the author uses the technique ofWriting Libraries is a technique in the form of literature studies of booksand literature and legislation related to the subject matter studied. Theauthority of the relevant area of the Environment shall be contained inArticle 12 of Law Number 23 Year 2014 concerning Regional Government,paragraph (2), letter e. National and Regional Policy in EnvironmentalManagement. In accordance with Law 23 of 2014 on Regional Governmentand Government Regulation no. 25 of 2000 on the Authority of theGovernment and the Authority of Provinces as Autonomous Regions, in thefield of the environment provides political recognition through transfer ofauthority from the central government to the regions. In this case also needto be re-examined various policies that exist in local government so thatthere is no policy in the form of local regulation that harm the environmentand do not pay attention to condition of society which with nationaldevelopment.Keywords : ( Regional Autonomy, Environment and National Development )

Abstract

This study is aim to examine and analyze the influence of good corporategovernance to financial report. Using managerial ownership, institusionalownership, independent commisioner, audit committee and board size company asgood corporate governance’s instrument and cash flow return on asset (CFROA) asfinancial report’s performance. Sample of this report was financial report or annualreport from pharmacy company that listed in Indonesia stock exchange during2011-2016. The result of this studyshows that managerial ownership, institutionalownership and independent commisioner significanly influence financialperformance it can be seen form the ttest result for each independent variable ishigher than ttabel, which is mean the hypothesis were accepted. Yet audit committeeand board size company are not significanly influence financial performance. Itseen by the ttest result that the value of the ttest is lower than ttable value.Keyword : good corporate governance, financial performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know BPK’s opinion on the local governmentfinancial report is the factor of discovery of the number of cases of regulatorynoncompliance and the discovery of the potential value of state losses, on thequality of audit opinions on the financial statements of regional gevernments inindonesia. This research mothod is done by census. Sampling technique using themethod of sampling with porposive sampling. With sampling based on subjectiveconsiderations. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of unity ofregulation to the quality of the audit opinion of local financial statements inindonesia and to determine the effect of potential state losses on the quality of auditopinion of local financial statements in indonesia. Analysis motion used multiplelinear regression analysis through by program eviews 9. The results of this studyshow that the number of cases of noncomliance and regulation the amount ofpotential value of the state losses has a negative affect on BPK’s opinion on thefinancial statements of local governments in indonesia.Kaywords: Audit opinion; Number of cases of noncompliance regulation; Case value of potentiallosses of the country.

Abstract

This research is aimed to (2) identify some problems in microteaching class, (2)find strength and weakness and microteaching class, (3) develop students’handbook based on muliple intelligence. This reasearch and development isconducted towards Microteaching classes in English Language Education. Fourtechniques were applied to collect data, namely interview, observation , FGD andtest. Meanwhile, ADDIE design was implemented in developing students book.The result shows that there are some problems in microteaching class, such asunsufficient laboratory, students’ anxiety was contineously increase, lesssuplementary material for students and some other problems. Some weakness wasstill found in implementing microteaching, namely the students book do not suplyreal example in each basic skill. Based on the finding above, the researcher thendeveloped students book for microteaching class based on multiple intelligence toprovide students exploring their inner potential in performing teaching basic skillin microteaching class.Keywords: Microteaching, Multiple Intelligence, research and development

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of sales growth, profitability, liquidity andasset structure on capital structure in mining companies listed on Indonesia StockExchange period 2012-2016. The population used in this study is all miningcompanies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 7 companies. Based onsampling technique with purposive sampling method, 75 samples were obtained forfive periods; the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regressionanalysis. The result of hypothesis testing shows the variables of sales growth,profitability, and liquidity have an effect on capital structure, while asset structurevariable has no effect to capital structure. When viewed from the significance ofthe results of this study indicates that (1) there are variables sales growth,profitability, liquidity that have significant (2) only asset structure variable that hasno significant effect on capital structure (3) model used is feasible is variable salesgrowth, profitability , liquidity, and asset structure.Keywords: GROWTH, ROA, ROE, AS and DER

Abstract

The objectives of this study is to examine the effect of the size of the Board ofCommissioners, the size of the Board of Directors and the Return on Assets (ROA)on the Company Value Listed in Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) in 2013-2016. The datawas obtained from the financial statements published by the Indonesia StockExchange and the annual report of the company. The data was collected by usingpurposive sampling method. The study used panel data, which is a combination oftime series and cross section data. The study used multiple linear regressions. Theresult of the research showed that the independent variable that has significantinfluence to the company value were Board of Directors variable and Return OnAsset (ROA) at significance level of 5%, while the Size of Board ofCommissioner has no significant effect to the value of the companies listed in JII.Research also proved that the size of Board of Directors, the size of Board ofCommissioner and the size of Return On Asset (ROA) simultaneously influence tothe value of the companies listed in JII in 2013-2016 in significant way.Keywords: Size of Board of Commissioners, size of the Board of Directors, Return on Assets(ROA), Company Value

Abstract

This research tries to trace the multicultural narrations produced by government throughtextbooks of history lesson (high school) as compulsory subjects. This research is based onthe theory of multiculturalism which states that multiculturalism is the recognition ofcultural diversity including ethnic, religious, racial and intergroup diversity. On the otherhand this articles attempts to look at the multicultural narrations produced by thegovernment in the textbooks of historical pursuits and the political context of education inthe production of multicultural narratives.The multicultural narratives described in the textbook of the history lessons ideally depictthe territory of Indonesia which has a diversity of tribes, religions, race and groups. Theresult of this study are expected to find whether the narrative textbooks of history lessonshave revealed historical facts that reflect the diversity of Indonesian society and see howthe political context of education, whether to position the textbook as a way of controllingthe official historical narratives that students, educators and policy makers education.Keywords: [Multicultural Narratives, History Textbook, Discourse-Historical Approach,Education Historiography]
