Abstract

This research aims to identify the influence of company size, profitability,liquidity, leverage, and tax avoidance against the disclosure of Islamic socialreporting companies listed on the Indonesia Islamic stock index 2014-2016 period.The samples used in this study was 44 sample. Sample retrieval techniques in usingthe method of a purposive sample. Hypothesis testing in this study using multiplelinear regression tests. ISR was evaluated based on content analysis, by analyzingthe annual report of 18 sharia banks of 2014- 2017 period. In the checklist, thevalue of 1 was given for the report mentioning items of ISR and otherwise was 0.The results of this study with multiple regression tests shows simultaneouslythroughout the research variables affect the disclosure of Islamic Social Reportingwhile partially 1) effect on company Size disclosure ISR, 2) Profitability does noteffect disclosure ISR, 3) Liquidity has no effect against the disclosure ISR, 4)Leverage has no effect against the disclosure ISR .5) tax avoidance to disclosureISR.Keywords: Islamic Social Reporting, the size of the company, the companys performance

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of tax revenues and analyze the contributionof income tax Revenue against the Original Parking area (PAD) Surakarta city in 2012 – 2016. Researchusing the method of the case study, the type of data used quantitative data, the source data used aresecondary data. The technique of data used is descriptive analysis. The research results obtainedconclusion: the effectiveness of tax revenue parking in Surakarta from the year 2012 – 2016 that isincluded in the criteria is very effective. It means in the year 2012 – 2016 realization of tax revenueexceeds the target parking lot. The contribution of Tax Revenue against parking Areas of Surakarta cityyear 2012 – 2016 i.e. have a fluctuating contribution. The highest contribution levels occurred in the year2016 with the percentage of 0.81%, while the lowest contribution occurring in 2013 with a percentage of0.68%. Tax contributions against tax Parking areas in Surakarta from the year 2012 – 2016 on average are0.75%. Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of return on equity (ROE), earnings pershare (EPS) and debt to equity ratio (DER) to the stock price on agribusinesscompanies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Samples were taken from thefinancial statements of listed agribusiness company in the Indonesia StockExchange (BEI) during the period 2011-2016. The sampling method withpurposive sampling method in accordance with the criteria specified. The collecteddata were analyzed using data analysis first conducted classical assumption testbefore hypothesis test. Testing the hypothesis in this study using multipleregression analysis with f test, t test and the coefficient of determination. Theresults of this study showedthat the coefficient of determination obtained a value of0.832, which means that 83.2% of the stock price is affected return on equity(ROE), earnings per share (EPS) debt to equity ratio (DER) of the remaining16.8% is influenced by other variables outside of this research , Hypothesis testresults that return on equity (ROE) and earnings per share (EPS) significantlyaffect the stock price, while debt to equity ratio (DER) did not significantly affectthe stock price,Keywords : ROE, EPS, DER, and stock prices

Abstract

Human resource management is one of the functions of the organization, and whenthe function is running well, the organization is expected to strive for employees toprovide optimal performance in accordance with the expected. Factors that mayaffect employee performance are transformational leadership, organizationalculture and organizational commitment. Transformational leadership is a state inwhich employees feel trust, admiration, loyalty, and respect for their leaders.Organizational culture is the norm, belief, attitude and philosophy that embracedsomeone in achieving organizational goals. Organizational commitment is apsychological state that characterizes the relationship of employees with theorganization and that affects employees will remain in the organization or not. Theobject of this research is Secretariat Staff of DPRD Surakarta. Based on presurveyin Secretariat DPRD Surakarta has a phenomenon of human resources problems,namely: the leader can not be a good example for employees, there are leaders whooften come late, not obey the rules set. Employees have difficulty completing taskson time, so the job becomes ineffective. Abstract

The development of national law is still in process. The national law in the futuremust provide certainty of the protection of human rights. The flow of globalizationhas given every citizen broad access to understand the value and concept of humanrights protection. The problems in this research are: How is the concept of humanrights in Indonesia? 2) How are the human rights violations occurring in Indonesiaand the settlement efforts? 3) How is the urgency of the development of nationallaw that is oriented towards the protection of human rights in the future? Thisresearch uses normative approach. The research data used is secondary data in theform of library materials. The analysis used the induction-interpretationconceptualization.The results of this study show: human rights are a fundamentalright. Every human being has a degree, dignity and equal rights. Many grosshuman rights violations in Indonesia. Human Rights Court ever held in Indonesiayet, but considered to be blunt. Development of national laws on the protection ofhuman rights should be oriented in line with the global demands that each countrymust uphold human rights.Keywords : Development of national law, orientation, human rights.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the influence of the financialratios as measured by the Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), TotalAssets Turnover (TATO), Return On Assets (ROA) of profit growth inmanufacturing company the sector industrial of goods consumption listed in BEIperiod 2014-2016. The population in this research is the whole companiesmanufacturing sector industrial goods consumption listed in BEI period 2014-2016. While the method of sampling using a Purposive sampling. The sample usedas many as 20 companies manufacturing sector industrial goods consumptionlisted in BEI period 2014-2016. Methods of data analysis used was multiple linearregression analysis. Method of data analysis in this study uses the help of SPSS 17.The results showed that the variable CR, TATO and ROA effect on profit growth.While variable DER has no effect against the profit growth.Keywords: Profit Growth, Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total AssetsTurnover (TATO), and Return On Assets (ROA).

Abstract

Writing is one of the main skill in learning English which is conclude on productive skill in the abilityof producing language. In the university, writing skill has an expected that the students couldmastering in the academic writing level. It has an aim that the students could write at least the abstractof their research paper in English. In Widya Dharma University of Klaten, the writing skill givenfrom the early semester integrated with the other three skills (listening, reading, and speaking). In theprocess of teaching and learning, it is found that the writing skill of the technical information studentswas not satisfying. This research is described the problems faced by the students in masteringacademic English writing in Technical Information of Widya Dharma University of Klaten. Abstract

Law Number 25 Year 2007 is the investment law of Indonesia which replacesLaw Number 1 year 1967 on Foreign Investment and Law Number 5 year 1968 onDomestic Investment. This new law no longer distinguishes foreign and domesticinvestment. The formation of law Number 25 Year 2007 is the commitment ofIndonesia upon ratification of the (WTO Agreement).Government policy in regulation of capital investment and investment inIndonesia is more important to increase investor interest in Indonesia. Because ofthis law, capital market development required in order to realiting legal certainlyinvestment. Abstract

This study aims at analyzing and determining the influence of religious workethic on deviant behaviour and mediating the role of ethical atmosphere.Thestudy design is a corelational research. The variables of this research aredeviant behaviour as the dependent variable, religious work ethic as anindependent variable and ethical atmosphere as the mediating variable. Thepopulation in this study were employees of government offices, universities,hospitals and schools in the region of Surakarta. The samples of this study are100 people participant with convenience sampling techniques. The researchinstrument used is questionnaire. The analysis applied in this research is pathanalysis with multiple linear regressions. Theoretically, this study is expectedto provide benefits in developing a model that describes the concept of thereligious work ethic with deviant behaviors of human resources in anorganization. Practically, this study is expected to give benefits in decisionmakingby the head of the institution that is the object of this research. Theresults show that there is a negative and significant influence religious workethics and ethics atmosphere on deviant behaviour, there is a positive andsignificant influence religious work ethic on ethical atmosphere.
