Abstract

The research was done in the agricultural sector listed on the indonesian stock period 2011-2014 .The agricultural sector is a company that their activities trying to establish a certain plants on land or media all other plants .The agricultural sector listed on the efek indonesia which is there are 16 company where who was elected to the sample is purposive sampling , then become a sample in this research was as much as 4 companies are as follows: PT. Astra Argo Lestari Tbk, PT. Jaya Agra Wattie Tbk, PT. PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk, and PT. Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk. The methodology be done in descriptive analysis and use the regression analysis multiple linear using spss 22 and statistic asumsition clasic test. The done is the hypothesis F test and the t test. and know to determine how much the determination (R2). Based on the results of this research suggests that in simultan between Return On Assets (ROA), Debt Asset Ratio (DAR) and Dividends Payout Ratio (DPR) significant Price Book Value (PBV) because f test larger than f tabel of 18,190 >  3,49 and the standard significant numbers (sig) of 0,000 < 0,05 so that it can be said to exist a positive influence .While in partial only Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) that influence the Price Book Value (PBV) because t test greater than t table of 2,798 > 2,179. The value of the determination (R2) of 82% influenced by Return On Assets (ROA), Debt Asset Ratio (DAR), and Devidend Payout Ratio (DPR) the dominant significant Price Book Value (PBV) of 18% influenced by other factor. And only Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) a variable dominant significant Price Book Value (PBV) as much as 2,798 >2,179. So Ho been denied and Ha accepted, it means have had a positive impact significantly on variables Price Book Value (PBV) in the agricultural sector listed on the efek indonesia the period 2011 -2014.Keywords: an investment decision , the funding , dividend policy , and value of enterprise.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the effectiveness of the training and the work environment Against Organizational Commitment And its impact on the performance of Employees At PT Jasa Raharja branch of Jambi, objects in this study are all the employees at PT Jasa Raharja branch of Jambi. Method of data collection that is using a questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive analysis and verifikatif using path analysis. The results of this research will explain there is influence both directly and indirectly from the major variables examined, i.e. the variable effectiveness of the training and employment environment variables as variables independent of the two the dependent variable i.e. organizational commitment and performance.Key words: effectiveness of training, work environment, organizational commitment, performance

Abstract

This study aims to prove causality, cointegration and the influence of global capital markets with a market capital of Indonesia for the period 2001-2016 with a Granger causality test statistics, cointegration tests and Multiple Regression testing. These results prove that the 99% confidence interval occurred a long term relationship (cointegration) and the significant influence of global market indices with the Indonesia capital market index (CSPI) in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2001 to 2016, it indicates that Indonesia's economy has been integrated with global capital markets with varying levels of integration, but is causally there is only one country that has a causal relationship with the Indonesian stock market index (CSPI), the Taiwan stock market index (TWSE).Keywords: Capital Market Integration

Abstract

It is believed that managerial skills of a leader significantly affect the motivation of employees. This research aims at finding whether or not deans’ managerial skills of Pedagogics Faculty (X1), Economics Faculty (X2), Law Faculty (X3), Engeneering Faculty (X4) and Agriculture Faculty (X5) of Batanghari University significantly affect  achievement motivation of leacturers of Pedagogics Faculty (Y1), Economics Faculty (Y2), Law Faculty (Y3), Engeneering Faculty (Y4) and Agriculture Faculty (Y5) of Batanghari University respectively. For this purpose, questionnaire was distributed to 77 respondents who were randomly selected from the five faculties to obtain data. Then, the  data collected was analyzed by using simple correlation analysis of Pearson Product Moment and simple regression analysis. The t-test at the level of 95% was used to test the hypotheses. The result of the analysis shows that 1) X1 is proved not to correlate significantly with Y1. This means that dean’s managerial skills have no affect on lecturers’ achievement motivation in Pedagogics Faculty with contribution of only 5%. This also means that dean’s managerials skills cannot be used to improve lecturers’ achievement motivation in Pedagogics Faculty, 2) X2 is proved not to significantly correlate with Y2. This means that dean’s managerial skills have no affect on lecturers’ achievement motivation in Economics Faculty with contribution of only  14%. This also means that dean’s managerial skills cannot be used to improve lecturers’ achievement motivation in Economics Faculty, 3) X3 is proved no to significantly correlate with Y3. This means that dean’s managerial skills have no affect on lecturers’ achievement motivation in Law Faculty with contribution of only 19%, This also means that dean’s managerial skills cannot be used to improve lecturers’ achievement motivation in Law Faculty, 4) X4 is proved not to significantly correlate with Y4. This means that dean’s managerial skills have no affect on lecturers’ achievement motivation in Engenerring Faculty with contribution of only 1%. This also means that dean’s managerial skills cannot be used to improve lecturers’ achievement motivation in Engeeering Faculty, 5) X5 is proved  to correlate significantly with Y5. This means that dean’s managerial skills have significant  affect on lecturers’ achievement motivation in Agriculture Faculty  with contribution of 56%. This also means that dean’s managerials skills can be used to improve lecturers’ achievement motivation in Agriculture Faculty. Regression analysis shows that Y5 = 0.48 + 0.35(X5). Ini berarti if  dean’s managerial skills of Agricultural Faculty (X5) increases by 1 then lecturers’ achievement motivation of Agriculture Faculty (Y5) will increase by 0.39.Key Words: dean’s managerial skills, lecturer’s achievement motivation

Abstract

Determination of the Minimum wage is based on the necessities of life are worthy(KHL) with attention to productivity and economic growth, while inflation where a situation where price levels are continuously increasing. While the problem of povertyis a classic problem because all countries had a huge poor population. Therefore need to look for a solution to overcome the problem of poverty. This research aims to find out how inflation, the minimum wage can be explained against the poor population in the province of Jambi province Year 2001-2015. This research is quantitative research using time series data). Types of data used in this research is secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of statistics (BPS) province of Jambi and journals as a supporter. Multiple linear regression analysis of that minimum wages have a negative relationship toward the poor population in the province of Jambi where if the minimum wage goes up 1% then the number of poor population will be down by0.410 and significantly on (a) 5%, and in variables Inflation positive relationship towards the Poor population of Jambi province, if inflation rises 1% then the number ofpoor population will rise of 0.011 and insignificant on a (a) 5%. As for the analysis of the test of the F and t tests can noted that the influence of the free variable (Minimum wage and inflation) against the number of poor population in the province of Jambi simultaneously or together (FR F) effect on the number of poor population. The value of Fhitung and Ftabel (51.194 > 3.89), with significant extent 0.000 < 0.05 then there are significant positive influence. for test t of a variable minimum wage in the get the value of Thitung with the Ttabel of 7.373 > 2.179.Keywords: minimum wage, inflation

Abstract

The working capital having nature of flexible, big or small working capital can be added or reduced in accordance with need company. Control working capital that will exactly ensure of continuity the operations firm efficien and economical. The objective of analyze sources and use working capital to how working capital used. Research objectives: 1) to know the sources and the use of capital work At Mini Market Pelangi Period 2012-2016. 2) to analyze the use of capital work  At Mini Market Pelangi Period 2012-2016was accurate. The data be used based on secondary data Mini Market Pelangi Period 2012–2016. The method of analysis the data used descriptive quantitative by means analysis trend horizontal and analysis change working capital. The results of the study  sources and use of working capital at Mini Market Pelangi Period 2012-2016, others 1) Period 2012-2013 increased by 25,08 percent indicated excess working capital 2013 of Rp. 106.897.235,-. 2) Period 2013-2014 increased by 96,06 percent indicated excess working capital 2014 of Rp. 306.741.930,-. 3) Period 2014-2015 decreased by 1.513,66 percent indicated indicated working capital 2014 of Rp. 190.648.412,-. 4) Period 2015-2016 increased by 124,65 percent indicated excess working capital 2016 of  Rp. 253.348.728,-. The use of capital work at Mini Market Pelangi Period 2012-2016, others: 1) use of working capital the period 2012-2013 was accurate. 2) use of working capital the period 2013-2014 was accurate. 3) use of working capital the period 2014-2015 was inaccurate. 4) use of working capital the period 2015-2016 was accurate.Keyword : Source Working Capital, Use Working Capital.

Abstract

This study aimed is to analyze the effect of Internal Marketing to Internal Customer Satisfaction Company On PDAM TirtaMayang city of Jambi, The population is PDAM TirtaMayang Employees, it is selected randomly as many as 72 people. Results were statistically demonstrated that the Internal Marketing consists of five dimensions together affect the internal customer satisfaction on PDAM TirtaMayang determinant coefficient Jambi with 61.00 percent. Partially there are two variables: the recruitment and empowerment of the five dimensions that have a positive and significant effect, while for the other three variables, is not significant. And the most influential variable is the variable employee empowerment. In addition, given the influence of the independent variables together against internal customer satisfaction on the company PDAM TirtaMayang Jambi City by 61.00 percent, 39.00 percent of course there are still other variables beyond the variables that affect the company's internal customer satisfaction on the taps TirtaMayang Jambi City that need to be investigated further.Keywords: Internal Marketing, Internal Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine income inequality and the effect diversity of expense toward  income inequality in the period 2005-2015. The analysis method  used quantitative analysis with Williamson Index analysis and simple regression, the date got from ten districts in jamby province. The results this study showed income inequality between regions during the period has category medium inequality,the variety of region expense has effect positive significant to income inequality level. Conclusion this study was the higher level of diversity of expense will be increase income inequality between regions. The policy implication of this research was develop the economic development center that taked to the potential of each region by utilizing resources in the region so that the level of income inequality between regions is not too high.Keywords : diversity of expense, income inequality, economic development, potential of region.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence, job stress and job satisfaction on organizational commitment, both directly and indirectly. This research is done on Bakti Frontliner who work as teller and customer services of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk Jambi Branch, amounted at 60 people spread in nine sub branch. Technique used in sampling is census, where all of the population is used as sample. Analysis unit used is path analysis. The research result that emotional intelligence and job satisfaction influence positively and significantly on organizational commitment, while job stress influence negatively and significantly on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Other than that emotional intelligence and job stress influence directly on organizational commitment through job satisfaction.Keywords: emotional intelligence, job stress, job satisfaction, organizational commitment
