Abstract

Consumer Goods Sector Manufacturing Companies Listed on Bursa Efek Indonesia From 2017 until 2019 are the objects in this research. The purpose of this research is none other than to knowing how much ROA, CR, DER, and ITO affects the Stock Return. Data taken is the secondary data with sampling method using purposive sampling. Samples obtained for three years of research as many as 66. Analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, with the result obtained that Return On Asset has a positive and significant effect on Stock Returns, Current Ratio doesn’t have an effect and insignificant on Stock Returns, Debt to Equity Ratio doesn’t have an effect and insignificant on Stock Returns, and Inventory Turnover doesn’t have an effect and insignificant on Stock Returns at Manufacturing Companies in  The Consumer Goods Industry Sector Listed on IDXin 2017 until 2019.

Abstract

This study was made with the aim of testing whether sales growth, company size, leverage, working capital, liquidity, cash turnover have an influence on profitability in manufacturing companies in food and beverage sub-sector for 2017-2019 period.Quantitative methods are used in this analysis. The use of purposive sampling technique leaves 13 (thirteen) companies from the research population as many as 26 (twenty six) companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). A total of 39 (thirty nine). The source of the data for this research comes from the financial statements of companies published on www.idx.co.id. The research method used is descriptive analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis method. The dependent variabel in this study is profitability, while the independent variabel are sales growth, company size, leverage,liquidity, and cash turnover.The results obtained in this study are partially sales growth, working capital turnover have a significant effect on profitability, while company size, leverage, liquidity, and cash turnover have no significant effect on profitaibility. The findings of this study suggest that manufacturing companies in food and beverage sub-sector need to pay attention to sales growth and working capital turnover.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of institutional ownership, managerial ownership, environmental performance, and firm size on CSRD. CSRD measurement based on GRI-G4 is seen from the company's annual report. The population of this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2017-2019, which are 492 companies. The research sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique, with observations for 3 years. So, the number of samples studied were 73 companies. Hypothesis testing in this study using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that corporate governance, namely institutional ownership and managerial ownership, had no effect on CSRD. While the environment has a positive effect on CSRD and company size has no effect on CSRD companies.

Abstract

SMP 8 Kota Jambi is one of the 25 state junior high schools in Jambi City and has contributed a lot to community education progress programs in the Jambi City area. The population in this study is the number of Teachers of SMPN 8 Kota Jambi which is as many as 60 teachers. Sampling used is a census method that all populations are sampled as many as 60 teachers. The analysis tool used is simple linear regression. Based on the results of the study revealed that there is a positive influence between work facilities on performance in teachers of SMPN 8 Kota Jambi. Thus there is a significant influence between the variables of work facilities on the performance of teachers of SMPN 8 Kota Jambi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial planning of students and analyze the use of student finances in the continuity of paying tuition fees. The type of research is descriptive quantitative research. This research was conducted on S1 Management students of STIE Bina Karya Tebing Tinggi with population of 2900 with a sample of 352 students, with variable X = financial behavior pattern and variable Y = financial stress. Questionnaire using Googleform Data processing using SPSS Windos program. The results showed that the ability of students to make financial planning in the face of the Covid 19 Pandemic was good, which could be seen from the average value of the financial behavior pattern variable which was 2.42 with high category, although there were some behaviors that had to be improved in order to minimize or reduce the financial stress of the student concerned. For the financial stress variable, it can be seen that students have a moderate level of financial stress, with an average value of 2.09. However, it is necessary to make and record budget and expenditure plans, both daily and monthly for the pocket money they receive so that all forms of income and expenses from students can be seen and also controlled by the students themselves.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Accountability and Functional Supervision on Regional Financial Management at the city Regional Financial Management Office (DPKD) in West Sumatera. This research is a type of quantitative research. The population in this study is the City Regional Financial Management Office (DPKD) in West Sumatera Province. The sampling method used judgement sampling as many as 4 cities, namely Padang, Padang Panjang, Bukittingi, and Payakumbuh and 250 DPKD employees as respondents. Data was collacted by distributing questionnaires directly to the 250 employees. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with t test. The result showed that Accountability and Functional Supervsion had an effect on Regional Financial Management.

Abstract

There are challenges in implementing village funds during this pandemic because the amount of absorption of village funds is used to address the conditions for handling Covid 19. The implemention of the distribution and absorption of this budget is influenced by inhibiting factors that become challenges in the implementation of village development. Internal factors in the village government are important to prevent fraud in the absorption of village funds. Therefore, one of the objectives of this study is to analyze the effect of internal control and competence on fraud prevention in Kumpeh Ulu sub-district, Muaro Jambi district. This research is causality research design. Causality research design is a type of research that is used for the purpose of testing the influence, relationship or impact of variables, the type of cross section data used and the primary data souces. This research took place from june to august 2021. The data analysis technique used SEM-PLS. The results of this study indicate that internal control and competence have an effect on fraud prevention.

Abstract

At the end of 2019, a case of pneumonia caused by the corona virus was first discovered in the city of Wuhan, China. The disease then began to spread around the world quickly and became known as Covid-19. The Covid-19 pandemic has had a tremendous impact on various aspects of life, one of which is the economic aspect, including the financial condition of various companies. As one of the companies affected by the Covid-19 virus, namely PT Jasa Raharja West Sumatra Branch. Since the Covid-19 virus pandemic, many changes have occurred and various efforts have been made within PT Jasa Raharja's West Sumatra Branch to break the chain of the spread of the Covid-19 virus and also to stabilize the company's financial condition and improve employee performance during the Covid-19 pandemic. some of them by providing training and motivational activities to their employees. This study aims to analyze the effect of training mediated by motivation on employee performance during the Covid-19 pandemic, carried out on 49 permanent employees of PT Jasa Raharja West Sumatra Branch through the distribution of questionnaires, then the data obtained was processed using the SmartPLS software version 3.3. The results of the research conducted, it was found that motivation is proven to have a partially mediating role on the relationship between training and employee performance of PT Jasa Raharja West Sumatra Branch, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study entitled the influence of service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at PT. Bank Mandiri KCP Jamika Bandung. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at PT. Bank Mandiri KCP Jamika Bandung. Researchers used quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, and literature study. The sample size was taken as many as 87 respondents. The results of this study found that the service quality has a partial effect of 0.000 <0.05. In addition, customer satisfaction does not have a partial effect of 0.325 > 0.05. For service quality and customer satisfaction have a simultaneous effect with the obtained f-table value has a large effect 59.24 > 3.11 on customer loyalty. Thus, the coefficient of determination obtained at the R square value is 0.587 or 5.87% with the remaining 41.3% caused by other elements that are not present in this study at PT. Bank Mandiri KCP Jamika Bandung.

Abstract

Tax is one of the payments to the State which is paid by a person or entity. Therefore, consistency with paying taxes is very important to build state revenue. This test aims to determine the effect of taxpayer awareness, knowledge of taxes, tax sanctions and tax services on taxpayer compliance with motorized vehicles in the city of Medan. The population that we use for this study are taxpayers who are registered with the Samsat of Medan City. The sample in this study was 100 respondents with an examination strategy using the accidental sampling method. The information used in this study is important information from the appropriate survey results and interviews with interviews. The test strategy uses Validity and Reliability testing, Classical Assumption Test and Hypothesis Determination Coefficient. The results of this investigation trace that taxpayer awareness factors, tax knowledge, tax sanctions and tax service services have an influence on compliance with motorized vehicle registration in the city of Medan. The results of this examination, it is natural that the Medan City Samsat office can further develop its performance so that it can improve the consistency of citizens to pay their taxes.
