Aim, Focus and Scope Aim Sebagai media penyebaran informasi yang bersifat kekinian dalam kerangka Pembangunan Daerah di Indonesia. Focus and Scope Jurnal Manajemen Pembangunan Daerah sebagai media elektronik dengan penerbitan artikel ilmiah yang memiliki fokus pada lingkup pembangunan daerah dan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan teori dan praktik kebijakan publik. Adapun rumpun penekanan keilmuan pada Jurnal Manajemen Pembangunan Daerah, yaitu ekonomi, keuangan, manajemen, kebijakan publik, pembangunan daerah dan pembangunan sosial. Ekonomi (Economy) pada Jurnal Manajemen Pembangunan Daerah mencakup pada kegiatan ekonomi pembangunan yang mencakup proses dimana pemerintah daerah dan pengelolaan sumber daya oleh masyarakat untuk menstimulus berkembangnya kegiatan ekonomi (pertumbuhan ekonomi) disuatu wilayah. Keuangan (Financial) mencakup pada peran dan fungsi lembaga keuangan bank dan non bank, pajak dan investasi daerah, pembangunan kewirausahaan daerah serta jasa keuangan dalam perekonomian daerah. Manajemen (Management) yang mencakup pada proses pemetaan, strategi, perencanaan dan tata kelola pembangunan daerah. Kebijakan Publik (Public Policy) terkait tentang analisis kebijakan dan metodologi pembangunan daerah. Pembangunan Daerah (Regional Development) mencakup pada teori ekonomi pembangunan daerah dan pembangunan daerah berkelanjutan. Pembangunan Sosial (Social Development) berfokus pada penyelarasan antara kebijakan sosial dengan tujuan pembangunan daerah, peningkatan ekonomi daerah dan kesejahteraan rakyat daerah secara menyeluruh dan terpadu.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Alongside the perceived complexity of state financial management by some members of society, the management of state finances fundamentally aligns with the goal of achieving good governance. There are four fundamental principles of state financial management based on good governance: (1) accountability in financial management based on results or performance; (2) transparency in every government transaction; (3) empowerment of professional managers; and (4) the presence of a strong, professional, and independent external audit institution, avoiding duplication in audit implementation. This study aims to formulate optimization strategies for regional financial management to enhance the financial performance of the region in Bogor Regency using SWOT analysis. The analysis resulted in four strategies, namely strengthening local government policy regulations on financial governance to facilitate implementation and enhance the effectiveness of financial governance in accordance with regulations; increasing the government's commitment to the development of human resources and competencies of financial management officials; improving the quality of information systems and technology to strengthen the database and accuracy of local financial management; and enhancing monitoring and evaluation of financial management. Abstract

ABSTRACT The mining sector is a leading sector that supports economic growth in the East Kalimantan region. However, the weakening of coal prices has led to economic sluggishness in East Kalimantan, even though the economic structure of East Kalimantan still relies on the mining sector. This condition has resulted in a decrease in the financial capacity of the local government, while the implementation of local government activities continues to increase. The measure of regional financial performance in implementing regional autonomy is by looking at the region's ability to finance development through Local Own-source Revenue (PAD) so that it no longer depends on central government funds in the form of Balance Funds. The general objective of this research is to formulate strategies to improve the Financial Performance of the East Kalimantan Provincial Government. The specific objective of this research is to develop strategic steps to improve the financial performance of the East Kalimantan Provincial Government using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The strategy obtained from this research is to innovate services to increase PAD. Innovation is essential in public services because whatever the needs of the community, the East Kalimantan Provincial Government must respond quickly and accurately. Abstract

ABSTRAK Keberhasilan pembangunan sumber daya manusia diukur dengan menggunakan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM). IPM dihitung dengan menggunakan tiga indikator yaitu indeks kesehatan yang diproksi dalam Angka Harapan Hidup (AHH), indeks pendidikan, dan standar kehidupan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kondisi pembangunan kesehatan di Provinsi Banten dan merumuskan strategi peningkatan indeks kesehatan Provinsi Banten. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu analisis deskriptif dan analisis SWOT. Penelitian terhadap kondisi pembangunan kesehatan di Provinsi Banten meliputi capaian pembangunan kesehatan melalui indikator-indikator kesehatan yang biasa digunakan untuk mengukur pembangunan kesehatan suatu daerah yang meliputi AHH, Angka Kematian Ibu dan Bayi, Ketersediaan sarana kesehatan dan tenaga medis di Provinsi Banten. Hasil analisis SWOT dalam upaya peningkatan indeks kesehatan di Provinsi Banten yaitu: 1) Penyempurnaan kualitas perencanaan pembangunan kesehatan; 2) Meningkatkan kemitraan dengan swasta dan dunia usaha serta kerjasama antara pusat, provinsi dan Kabupaten/ Kota; 3) Penyempurnaan kebijakan dan penganggaran di bidang kesehatan; 4) Melaksanakan promosi dan edukasi terkait dengan perilaku hidup sehat dan gizi, serta meningkatkan kualitas penanganan terkait masalah tersebut; 5) Meningkatkan kuantitas dan kualitas penerima layanan BPJS dan 6) Meningkatkan koordinasi dengan pemerintah pusat, pemerintah Kabupaten/Kota, serta masyarakat dalam melaksanakan program kesehatan. Abstract

ABSTRACT The absorption of the budget expenditures by the Bogor City Government has consistently experienced delays in recent years. Data collected from the period between 2011 and 2018 indicates that the average Surplus at the End of the Year (SiLPA) for the Bogor City Government has consistently been worse than the average SiLPA for districts and cities in the West Java Province. Additionally, data from 2016 to 2018 shows persistent delays in budget expenditure absorption, along with deviations between the scheduled and actual absorption of budget expenditures. The objective of this research is to formulate a strategy to improve the performance of budget expenditure absorption by the Bogor City Government using the Analytic Hierarchy Process method. Based on the results of the Analytical Hierarchy Process, it is evident that the main constraints in improving budget expenditure absorption are both internal and external interventions. The primary strategy to address the delay in budget expenditure absorption involves enhancing the quality of budget planning activities and procurement of goods and services. Abstract

ABSTRACT The enhancement of internet usage in Indonesia reflected by the strong interest of the society in using social media particularly Instagram in the daily life. Instagram is the most frequently used as the marketing tool by the business people. Bookabuku.com is one of the education-based start-up company in Indonesia. The objective of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of Bookabuku.com advertisements through Instagram. The data collected in this research is the primary data in form of online questionnaire, and the secondary data in the form of literature studies. The analytical method used are EPIC method and Direct Rating Method. According to EPIC, the value of EPIC rate is 3.27 which means the advertisements has been effective and has been able to introduce the services of Bookabuku.com. While based on DRM, the value of direct rating is 76.3 classified as a great advertisement which means having the ability to get attention, understanding, cognitive, affective and attitude in using the services of Bookabuku.com. Abstract

ABSTRACT Increased number of coffee shop visitors in Indonesia showed the level of lifestyle is increasing while the level reading interest of Indonesian people is still very low. This phenomenon tend to businessmen to develop their innovation. They make a library café, a coffee shop that also facilitate for reading many kind of books. The analytical method used are descriptive analysis and factor analysis. The results of this research show there are eight new factors that affect consumer purchasing decisions, namely interest of books and convenience of reading, quality of coffee product, quality of service, personal attractiveness, interest of coffee, eco-friendly, supporting facilities and influence of friendship.
