Abstract

Mengembangkan video pembelajaran pada materi ekosistem berbasis kearifan lokal dapat meningkatkan literasi lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model video pembelajaran pada pembelajaran IPA basis kearifan lokal dengan materi ekosistem. Metode yang digunakan penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D), mengunakan model pengembangan ADDIE. Dengan tahapan model pengembangan yang melalui : tahap perencanaan, desain dan pengembangan). Perencanaa terdiri dari identifikasi hal yang dibutuhkan, analisis berupa media dengan bentuk pembelajaran, dan pembuatan file dalam dokumen rencana. Dalam proses mendesain terdiri ide inti dan terbuatnya video. Dalam pengujian iti melalui uji alpa test dan beta test. Dengan hasil Vide Alpaa testing didapatkan valid belajar dengan video dari segi bahasa 81,2%, isi materi 70,4% dan media 75%. Hasil dari beta testing pada video belajar dengan berbasis literasi alam diyatakan sangat layak. Hasil angket respon siswa di sekolah dengan nilai 89,1%, dari hasil uji coba produk mendapatkan persentase 84,8%, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media video animasi pada materi ekosistem berbasis kearifan lokal dinyatakan layak dan berhasil. Hasil keseluruhan mendapatkan persentase 80,1% dengan kategori “Layak” didapatkan juga Persentase penilaian dari validasi produk yaitu ahli materi mendapatkan persentase 97,5% dengan kategori tanda seru layak dan ahli media mendapatkan persentase 95% dengan kategori tanda seru sangat layak. Ini sangat layak untuk di terapkan dalam proses belajar siswa. Dari hasil perolehan vidio animasi bahan ajar materi ekosistem berbasis kearifan lokal layak digunakan untuk peserta didik khususnya di Sekolah dasar dengan mata pelajaran IPA.AbstractDeveloping a learning video on ecosystem material based on local wisdom can improve environmental literacy. This study aims to develop a learning video model on science learning based on local wisdom with ecosystem material. The method used is research and development (R&D), using the ADDIE development model. With the stages of the development model through: planning, design and development stages). Planning consists of identifying what is needed, analyzing the form of media with a form of learning, and creating files in the plan document. In the design process consists of the core idea and the making of the video. In testing it is through the alpa test and beta test. With the results of Vide Alpaa testing obtained valid learning with videos in terms of language 81.2%, material content 70.4% and media 75%. The results of beta testing on learning videos based on natural literacy were declared very feasible. The results of the student response questionnaire at school with a value of 89.1%, from the results of the product trial getting a percentage of 84.8%, it can be concluded that the animated video media on local wisdom-based ecosystem material is declared feasible and successful. The overall results get a percentage of 80.1% with the category "Feasible" also obtained the percentage of assessment of product validation, namely material experts get a percentage of 97.5% with the exclamation mark category feasible and media experts get a percentage of 95% with the exclamation mark category very feasible. This is very feasible to be applied in the student learning process. From the results of the acquisition of animated videos, teaching materials for ecosystem materials based on local wisdom are suitable for students, especially in elementary schools with science subjects.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan jangka panjang yaitu: mendukung program pemerintahan Republik Indonesia dalam rangka mendukung program MBKM melalui inovasi yang dilakukan dalam pembelajaran di kelas berupa modul ajar tematik SD berbasis digital terintagrasi KBAT. Adapun target khusus yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini yaitu (1) Merancang modul ajar tematik SD berbasis digital terintagrasi KBAT bagi siswa SD di Provinsi Aceh, (2) Merancang modul ajar tematik SD berbasis digital terintagrasi KBAT yang dapat membantu aktivitas siswa dan guru untuk mengimplementasikan pembelajaran tematik di SD, (3) Mengetahui efektifitas modul ajar tematik SD berbasis digital terintagrasi KBAT bagi siswa SD di Provinsi Aceh. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan Borg and Gall. Model pengembangan produk pembelajaran ini merupakan model yang disusun secara terprogram dengan urutan yang sistematis dan memenuhi karakreristik siswa dalam belajar. Berikutnya untuk menguji efektifitas dari modul yang dikembangkan menggunakan penelitian eksperimen. Data yang dihasilkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data validitas, kepkraktisan dan efektifitas dari modul ajar tematik SD berbasis digital terintagrasi KBAT yang di kembangkan. Target keluaran yang ingin dicapai di pada penelitian ini yaitu (1) framework pendekatan tematik di jenjang SD, (2) Panduan pengembangan modul ajar tematik jenjang SD moda dalam jaringan, luar jaringan dan campuran, (3) Perangkat ajar tematik moda dalam jaringan di kelas awal, (4) Perangkat ajar tematik moda luar jaringan di kelas awal, (5) perangkat tematik moda campuran di kelas awal. Riset ini akan memberikan kontribusi yang sangat penting dalam Rencana Strategis riset unggulan Universitas Bina Bangsa Getsempena dalam bidang inovasi pendidikan, dan riset ini juga akan menyelesaikan permasalahan pada kualitas Pendidikan di Provinsi Aceh.AbstractThis research has a long-term goal, namely: to support the government program of the Republic of Indonesia in order to assist MBKM program through innovations that is implemented in the classroom learning in form of thematic teaching module of elementary school KBAT-integrated digital based. The specific targets to be achieved in this study are (1) Designing thematic module of elementary school KBAT-integrated digital based for elementary school students in Aceh Province, (2) Designing thematic learning of elementary school KBAT-integrated digital based that can help students and teacher to implement thematic learning in elementary schools, (3) Knowing the effectiveness of the thematic learning module of elementary school KBAT-integrated digital based for elementary school students in Aceh Province. This research is development research of Borg and Gall. This advancement research is arranged programmatically in a systematic order and meets the characteristics of students in learning. Further to test the effectiveness of the modules that is developed using experimental research. The data produced in this study are data on the validity, practicality and effectiveness of the thematic learning of elementary school KBAT-integrated digital based that is developed. The output targets to be achieved in this study are (1) thematic approach framework at the elementary level, (2) Guidelines for the development of thematic teaching modules at the elementary level in network, off-network and mixed modes, (3) Thematic teaching devices for online modes in the early grades, (4) Thematic teaching devices for off-network modes in the early grades, (5) mixed mode thematic devices in the early grades. This research will give vitally important contribution to the Strategic Plan for the feature research of Bina Bangsa Getsempena University in the field of educational innovation, and this research will also solve problems in term of education quality in Aceh Province.

Abstract

Di samping kegiatan sertifikasi yang dilakukan secara kontinue, pemerintah juga melakukan berbagai kegiatan pengembangan profesionalisme guru secara berkelanjutan, termasuk di kalangan guru sejarah tingkat SMAN di Kota Padang. Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam penelitian diskriptif kualitatif yang menggunakan berbagai sumber, yakni studi dokumentasi/arsip, wawancara lapangan, dan observasi. Data yang diperoleh diolah dengan menggunakan model analisis interaktif Milles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa dari 70 orang guru sejarah SMAN Kota Padang, sebagian besarnya telah disertififikasi, baik melalui kegiatan PLPG (Program Latihan Profesi Guru), PPG (Pendidikan Profesi Guru) Dalam Jabatan, maupun PPG Pra jabatan. Di samping itu mereka juga senantiasa melakukan usaha peningkatan kompetensi profesional melalui berbagai program, baik yang diselenggarakan pemerintah, maupun melalui lembaga profesi, seperti MGMP (Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran),dan FKGS (Forum Komunikasi Guru Sejarah).AbstractLaw Number 14 of 2005 explicitly states that teaching is a recognized profession. Therefore, teachers are required to have academic qualifications, competencies, educator certificates, be physically and mentally healthy, and have the ability to realize national education goals. In addition to ongoing certification activities, the government is also carrying out various activities to develop teacher professionalism, including among high school history teachers in Padang City. This research is qualitative descriptive research in which the data were obtained through documentation/archive studies, field interviews, and observation. The data obtained was processed by using the Milles and Huberman interactive analysis model. The results of the study found that most of the 70 history teachers at SMAN Kota Padang had been certified, either through the Teacher Professional Training Program (PLPG) or Teacher Professional Education (PPG). Efforts to increase teachers’ professional competence are always carried out through various programs, both those organized by the government and through professional institutions, such as the Subject Teacher Discussion (MGMP) and the History Teacher Communication Forum (FKGS).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi guru-guru sekolah menengah atas di SMA N 1 Bandar Baru, Pidie Jaya, Aceh, Indonesia mengenai efektivitas kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang diberikan oleh Universitas Serambi Mekkah dengan topik efektivitas penggunaan e-learning dalam proses belajar mengajar. Kegiatan ini dirancang khusus untuk melatih para guru dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran digital dan E-learning yang merupakan sebuah pendekatan yang diamanatkan oleh pemerintah guna meningkatkan kualitas dan hasil belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif yang melibatkan 16 guru dari berbagai mata pelajaran di sekolah tersebut. Dalam mengumpulkan persepsi guru, kuesioner terbuka dibagikan kepada para guru, dan semua data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan persentase untuk menilai efektivitas pelatihan yang diberikan. Temuan studi menunjukkan bahwa para guru menanggapi pelatihan secara positif. Mereka juga menyatakan bahwa kegiatan pelatihan dianggap efektif dalam meningkatkan penguasaan digital dan memungkinkan para guru untuk mengintegrasikan teknologi ke dalam praktik mengajar mereka, sejalan dengan tuntutan sistem pendidikan yang berkembang di Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan terkait teknologi harus dilakukan secara kontinyu agar guru dapat menguasai teknologi dan senantiasa update dengan perkebangan jaman.AbstractThis study aimed to investigate the perceptions of senior high school teachers at SMA N 1 Bandar Baru, Pidie Jaya, Aceh, Indonesia regarding the effectiveness of Stimulus Community Service activities (PKMs) provided by the University of Serambi Mekkah under the topic the effectiveness of using e-learning in the teaching and learning process. These activities were specifically designed to train teachers in using digital learning media and E-learning which is one of the approaches mandated by the government in order to improve learning qualities and learning outcomes. This research employed a descriptive approach involving 16 teachers from various subjects at the school. In collecting teachers’ perceptions, an open-ended questionnaire was distributed to the teachers, and all the obtained data was analyzed using percentages to assess the effectiveness of the training provided. The study's findings indicate that teachers responded positively to the training. They further claimed that the training activities were perceived as effective in enhancing digital mastery and enabling teachers to integrate technology into their teaching practices, aligning with the growing demands of the educational system in Indonesia. Therefore, relevant educational technology teachers’ training should be continuously conducted in order to assist teacher in mastering technology and keep them updated with the era development.

Abstract

Education in the 21st century faces complex challenges, especially in the context of shifting paradigms toward modern education. This article outlines the definition of education as a conscious effort to develop spiritual potential, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble character, and necessary skills. The paradigm shift in 21st-century education requires teachers to adapt to the developments of the times, particularly in the implementation of suitable educational strategies. Challenges for 21st-century teachers involve aspects of technology, multiculturalism, active learning, and accountability. Teachers must overcome technological gaps, confront changes in teaching methods, and meet the demands of 21st-century skills. This research aims to understand teacher strategies in facing the challenges of 21st-century education using a qualitative descriptive analysis approach. The research findings indicate that teachers employ strategies such as collaborative learning, blended learning, project-based learning, problem-based learning, design-based learning, and inquiry-based learning. These strategies aim to enhance 4C skills (communication, collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking) essential for meeting the demands of the 21st century. By implementing these strategies, teachers can overcome challenges and prepare students for a future full of change and complexity.
