Abstract

The ability to use practical tools for students is a must in the basic Physics practical courses. In fact often happens is not adequate for laboratory tersediannya the implementation of practical, so that the process of teaching being constrained. To like the other problems like this needed a media device such as a software-based virtual lab simulations that can be used in the teaching of basic physics. This research aims to analyze the exact effort that can be done to overcome the lack of sedian laboratory equipment. This type of research is research use approach to the study of literature. The expected results of this literature is the emergence of an understanding of basic physics lab course in conducting with virtual laboratory as a means to address the issue of sedian in the real Labs. This virtual lab so that it can be the right solution for students and teachers in carrying out practical work. Abstrak Kemampuan menggunakan alat-alat praktikum bagi siswa merupakan suatu keharusan dalam mata pelajaran Fisika Dasar. Pada kenyataannya yang sering terjadi adalah tidak tersediannya laboratorium yang memadai untuk pelaksanaan praktikum, sehingga proses praktikum menjadi terkendala. Untuk mensiasati permasalahan seperti ini dibutuhkan sebuah media seperti perangkat software laboratorium virtual berbasis simulasi yang bisa digunakan dalam praktikum fisika dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis upaya yang tepat yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi ketidak-sedian peralatan laboratorium. Jenis penelitian yang gunakan adalah penelitian dengan pendekatan studi literatur. Hasil yang diharapkan dari literatur ini adalah munculnya pemahaman dalam melaksanakan praktikum fisika dasar dengan laboratorium virtual sebagai sarana untuk mengatasi persoalan ketidak-sedian laboratorium secara nyata. Sehingga laboratorium virtual ini dapat menjadi solusi yang tepat bagi siswa dan guru dalam melaksanakan praktikum. Kata kunci: Praktikum, Ilmu Sains, Laboratorium Virtual, Pemahaman Konsep

Abstract

This study tested the influence of accountability audit, knowledge and motivation to the quality of the work of the internal auditor. The respondents in this study is the auditor of the Inspektorat Pemerintah Kabupaten Aceh Besar and Kota Banda Aceh. The number of Auditors in this study as many as 37 Auditors. Method of determination of the sample used in this study was the census, while the method of data processing by means of multiple linear regression. The results of this research show that the whole variable (accountability, audit and motivation knowledge) together positive effect to the quality of the work of Auditors. Partially negative effect accountability to the quality of the work of Auditors, audit knowledge and motivation of the positive effect of the quality of the work of Auditors. This is shown by the value of R2 of 0.129 or 12.9%. This tells us that the variable accountability audit, knowledge and motivation affects the variable quality of the work the auditor amounted to 12.9%, while the rest of 87.1% are affected by other factors which are not formulated in the model study These. Abstrak Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh akuntabilitas, pengetahuan audit dan motivasi terhadap kualitas hasil kerja auditor internal. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah para auditor yang bekerja pada Inspektorat Pemerintah Kabupaten Aceh Besar dan Kota Banda Aceh. Jumlah auditor dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 37 auditor. Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sensus, sedangkan metode pengolahan data dengan cara regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel (akuntabilitas, pengetahuan audit dan motivasi) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas hasil kerja auditor. Secara parsial akuntabilitas berpengaruh negatif terhadap kualitas hasil kerja auditor, pengetahuan audit dan motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas hasil kerja auditor. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai R2 sebesar 0,129 atau 12,9%. Ini menjelaskan bahwa variabel akuntabilitas, pengetahuan audit dan motivasi mempengaruhi variabel kualitas hasil kerja auditor sebesar 12,9%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 87,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lainnya yang tidak dirumuskan dalam model kajian ini. Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of learning outcomes of Indonesian language on aspects of language skills by using productive creative learning model. This research type includes description research with Classroom Action Research approach. The subjects of this study were students of Class XI MMA SMK Islam PB. Soedirman 1, Cijantung village, Pasar Rebo district, East Jakarta. The results showed that the use of productive creative learning model can improve the learning outcomes of Indonesian language on aspects of language skills. This is indicated by an increase in the number of students who reach the Minimum Exhaustiveness Criteria (KKM) and increase the average value of the test. The number of students who reached KKM in cycle 1 of 28 students or 90.32% has met the KKM and 3 students or 9.68% have not fulfilled the KKM. After improving student learning outcomes in cycle 2, the number of students who meet the KKM is 31 students or 100%. The improvement of Indonesian language learning outcomes in the language skills aspect can be seen from the students' activity during the learning process, they are enthusiastic when communicating the answers they find to other group's friends as well as responding to the answers presented by other groups. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan meningkatan hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia pada aspek keterampilan bahasa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kreatif produktif. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI MMA SMK Islam PB. Soedirman 1, desa Cijantung, Kecamatan Pasar Rebo, Jakarta Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran produktif kreatif dapat meningkatkan hasil pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia pada aspek keterampilan bahasa. Ini ditunjukkan oleh peningkatan jumlah siswa yang mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) dan meningkatkan nilai rata-rata tes. Jumlah siswa yang mencapai KKM dalam siklus 1 dari 28 siswa atau 90.32% telah mencapai KKM dan 3 siswa atau 9,68% belum memenuhi KKM. Setelah meningkatkan hasil belajar dalam siklus 2 siswa, jumlah siswa yang memenuhi KKM adalah 31 siswa atau 100%. Peningkatan pembelajaran hasil dalam aspek keterampilan bahasa bahasa Indonesia dapat dilihat dari kegiatan mahasiswa selama proses pembelajaran, mereka sangat antusias ketika berkomunikasi jawaban mereka menemukan kelompok lain teman serta menanggapi dengan jawaban yang disajikan oleh kelompok lain.
