Abstract

Instagram merupakan Social Network Service (SNS) yang populer di kalangan pengguna smartphone. Fakta ini didukung oleh hasil survei dalam laporan yang berjudul “Digital In 2018 In Southeast Asia” yang dihimpun oleh We Are Social, perusahaan media asal Inggris yang bekerja sama dengan Hootsuite. Hasil survei tersebut menyebutkan bahwa Instagram menempati peringkat ketiga aplikasi yang paling banyak diunduh pada tahun 2018. Menyoroti respon pengguna smartphone yang begitu besar terhadap Instagram, maka dalam penelitian ini dilakukan eksplorasi faktor penerimaan sikap pengguna terhadap Instagram di Indonesia dengan menggunakan Teori Uses And Gratification (UGT). Pemenuhan penerimaan Instagram dibagi menjadi Cognitive, Hedonic, Integrative, dan Social Integrative. Dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan tanggapan dari 400 pengguna Instagram di Indonesia. Data yang diperoleh diolah dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan Metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dan perangkat lunak WarpPLS 6.0. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh dua temuan. Pertama, sikap pemuasan pengguna terhadap Instagram dipengaruhi oleh Cognitive, Hedonic, dan Social Interactive. Kedua, Sosial Interactive Gratification merupakan faktor yang dapat meningkatkan Cognitive Gratification, Hedonic Gratification, dan Integrative Gratification.

Abstract

At this time, leadership and social media are two things that cannot be separated. Social media becomes an information technology media for leaders to be able to communicate about their vision and purpose. Therefore, leaders must be able to use social media effectively in order to influence the community with what they think. There are three problems caused by leaders in social media which are classified into three types such as narcissistic, compulsive and paranoid. These three things become big problems in leadership on social media and therefore, we need the formula to solve the problems. The Johari Window method is a method that has four perspectives in developing four leadership classifications such as open leaders, blind leaders, hidden leadership, and unknown leaders. If these three types and four classifications are put together, a framework will be produced called "Leadership Intelligence (CI2) Framework", the next one will produce a formula S = W.L2, where this formula will produce wise leaders on social media. This journal is the development of the journal Developing "Framework Intelligence (CI3)" Inside Social Media Using Johari Window Methods and The Development and Implementation of Wise Netizen (E-Comment) In Indonesia. As a result, this journal will give an answer and solve the problem of an ethical leader on social media and how to decrease a hoax that can affect the leader on social media. This research will continue until it produces a CI1 formula that will combine culture and leadership into a social media formula in generating positive communication, creating a positive culture and making a big impact on society.

Abstract

The technological era in business competition requires creativity and innovation to create a successful company. CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is a system that aims, among others, to provide improving relations between the company and customers, so that the realization of integrated information is used to produce optimal services and obtain useful customer information so that customer needs can be met and encouraged to loyalty. In addition, CRM can be useful to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs of PT. Hasjrat Abadi (Tendean Branch). To support the success of PT. Hasjrat Abadi (Tendean Branch), this study will examine a CRM system to be applied to PT. Hasjrat Abadi (Tendean Branch) by integrating it into the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as a model that can be analyzed and understood so that later it can influence customers in the use of technology as an information system by using informational system variables. In this research, user acceptance has been reviewed based on 4 variables in TAM itself. PT. Hasjrat Abadi (Tendean Branch) has a problem where there is still a lack of customer demand for TOYOTA products. Therefore, the implementation of the TAM system for CRM will be pursued so that it can identify the customers of PT. Hasjrat Abadi (Tendean Branch) Manado who want to buy products from PT Hasjrat Abadi (Tendean Branch) Manado, and increase the selling value of the product.

Abstract

Sistem informasi adalah cara-cara yang diorganisasi untuk mengumpulkan, memasukkan, mengolah, dan menyimpan data, serta untuk menyimpan, mengelola, mengendalikan, dan melaporkan informasi sedemikian rupa sehingga sebuah organisasi dapat mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Pengembangan sistem informasi memiliki metode-metode yang beragam. Metode yang dapat digunakan untuk pengembangan sistem antara lain metode terstruktur dan berorientasi objek. Berdasarkan metode tersebut, suatu sistem akan dikembangkan untuk dapat dijalankan pada platform berbasis web, mobile, atau desktop. Saat ini belum diketahui berapa banyak sistem informasi yang dikembangkan oleh kedua metode tersebut, demikian juga belum diketahui juga berapa banyak aplikasi yang dijalankan oleh ketiga platform tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi platform dan metode pengembangan sistem informasi di Indonesia yang datanya diperoleh dari jurnal yang terkait pada tahun 2013–2018.  Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Metode SLR digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi, mengkaji, mengevaluasi, dan menafsirkan semua penelitian yang tersedia dengan bidang topik fenomena yang menarik, dengan pertanyaan penelitian tertentu yang relevan. Dengan penggunaan Metode SLR dapat dilakukan review dan identifikasi jurnal secara sistematis, yang pada setiap prosesnya mengikuti langkah-langkah atau protokol yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa platform yang dominan digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem informasi adalah berbasis website sedangkan metode dominan digunakan dalam menyelesaikan pengembangan sistem informasi adalah metode terstruktur.

Abstract

Hasil survei tentang perilaku pengguna Mobile Instant Messaging (MIM) di Indonesia menjelaskan bahwa terjadi arus migrasi pengguna MIM. Perilaku beralih mengakibatkan penurunan pengguna dan profitabilitas layanan pada MIM yang ditinggalkan. Untuk itu diperlukan sebuah pemahaman tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi individu yang beralih. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek pendorong, penarik, serta penambat terhadap niat dan perilaku beralih pengguna MIM. Kepemilikan psikologis sebagai anteseden yang mempengaruhi faktor penghambat. Dalam penelitian ini, Push Pull Mooring digunakan sebagai kerangka untuk mengevaluasi hubungan variabel. Pengujian menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling jenis PLS (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa Dissatisfaction terbukti mendorong individu untuk beralih MIM sedangkan Low System Quality bukan faktor pendorong beralih MIM. Alternative Attractiveness dan Subjective Norm terbukti sebagai penarik pada MIM alternatif. Commitment Affective yang sebelumnya diyakini sebagai faktor penambat beralih, tidak terbukti. Hasil evaluasi ini dapat menjadi acuan penyedia layanan MIM dalam mengembangkan fungsionalitas layanan sebagai upaya mempertahankan pengguna serta menarik pengguna baru.

Abstract

Information technology that develops along with the rapid role of communication through the Internet makes technology and information systems have a position that is vital for the business alignment of an institution including higher education institutions. The strategic planning of this sector has a goal to develop the basis / guidelines in developing and developing information technology and systems to support organizational goals and increase increasingly competitive competitive advantage. Thus, the integration between business and information technology becomes important to support the competitiveness of institutions. The responsibility of Enterprise Architecture (EA) is to provide an accurate and fast information system based on the business demands of the institution. Appropriate standards and models are needed by higher education institutions to improve the alignment of business strategies and information technology. This study will explore the problems faced by AMN Cilacap and provide the development of information technology and systems needed to use EA using the Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) methodology. TOGAF provides methods and tools to assist in the receipt, production, use and maintenance of corporate architecture.

Abstract

In the midst of the widespread application of the internet in learning activities, this research was conducted to assess the impact of internet abuse on classroom learning outcomes. Published research shows the impact of diverse internet uses and this study aims to show the consequences of internet abuse on learning outcomes. This research was conducted on accounting class students with a hybrid learning system, where learning is done face-to-face in class but is supported by e-learning technology. The respondents of this study were 224 accounting students. Data were taken using questionnaires and 216 questionnaires were processed using SEM-PLS. The results of this study indicate that internet abuse does not moderate the influence of interaction and social presence on classroom learning performance. These findings indicate that internet abuse is not a factor that decreases student learning performance and can be an input for the design of e-learning concepts to use the internet as an interactive learning media where activities can still be controlled.

Abstract

One of the main factors in health services is adequate medicine supplies. Puskesmas is one of the health services that is managed under the district and city health offices to serve patients every day. However, there are obstacles in the process of medicine supply at the Puskesmas. Puskesmas still uses medicine supply techniques manually by looking at the minimum medicine stock. In this way, many medicines are unused and even lacking. The application of data mining can be used as an analysis to determine the medicine supply according to the patient's needs. In the data mining method, the clustering algorithm is one of the most popular to use where the data belonging to the same cluster will be close to each other and will be far from the data about another cluster. For this reason, this study used clustering to classify types of medicines based on the number of medicine uses and requests. The results are obtained in the form of information on the type of medicine with rapid use and model of m with extended usage every month taken from three years of data. Also, information on the types of medicines from the clustering process can be used to improve better patient service.
