Abstract

ABSTRACT The quality of Transportation system is one of island economic level determinant. Railway transportation evidently more efficient than road transportation. Trans-Sumatra railway construction can be a solution for transportation problem in Sumatra Island. This analysis integrated railway and port to improve economic development in 8 provinces on Sumatra using Spanning Tree and Dijkstra algorithm. It need 1965 kilometers of railway to connect all the 8 provinces. It also generates 1518 kilometers as the distance of Malahayati Port to Panjang Port connection. This integrated system can be a breakthrough solution for Sumatra transportation problem in economic development and the Malacca Strait traffic problem. Abstract

ABSTRACT The current development of construction projects lead to construction projects being more complex and complicated. The success or failure of a project can be due to inadequate planning and less effective controls, resulting in inefficient projects. This will result in delays, lower quality, and increased implementation costs. All of those problems are expected to be overcome with Presedence diagram method by reducing the impact of delay and swelling of project cost by crashing with applied overtime. Acceleration of duration on the critical path jobs was performed. The results with PDM indicated that the optimal duration of project was 100 days with efficiency time for 20 days or equal to 16,67% and the total cost of Rp 13,060,754,232.00 with cost efficiency equal to Rp 528,158,094.00 or 3,88%. Abstract

ABSTRACT Indonesia has abundant natural resources of oil and gas energy. Domestic fuel supply is not entirely fulfilled by domestic oil refineries, almost 20% -30% of domestic oil demand must be imported from abroad. This has an impact on the Navy. Steps to address this problem through switching to the use of alternative energy fuels for the Indonesian warship class Patrol Craft 36. The selection of appropriate alternatives requires analysis of information and identification of alternative fuel requirements to be selected. The approach in this study uses Life Cycle Cost method to see the life cycle cost of alternative and combined TOPSIS (Technique For Order Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution) approach to other than cost factor, and Benefit Cost Ratio. The result of data processing of alternative energy sources selected is gas, CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) with the value of Benefit Cost Ratio 53,7051 Life Cycle Cost IDR 14,168,302,864. Keywords: Alternative Energy, Life Cycle Cost, TOPSIS.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Determination of the landing beach becomes a must for the Marine Forces of the Indonesian Navy as an element of the landing forces in order to carry out the task of amphibious operations in particular to determine the ideal landing beach location for the successful implementation of the task. Requirements on the determination of ideal landing beaches should be in accordance with predetermined parameters and serve as an important component in determining the weighting value of landing beach selection criteria. This study aims to determine the location of landing beaches by using the Preference Ranking Method Method of Organization for Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE) combined into the Borda method. The research stages started from determining the value of criterion preferences to the landing beach alternative options analyzed by PROMETHEE method then processed again in Borda method. The PROMETHEE method is used to analyze individual decisions of decision makers, while the Borda method is used to manage group decisions from the PROMETHEE method of ranking. The use of both methods is a solution to generate more objective group decisions so as to obtain a ranking result against the selection of logical amphibious landing beaches and have an objective value in accordance with accurate data and greatly assist decision-makers to solve multi-criteria problems. From the results of this study can be seen that the location of the selected beach is the most feasible to serve as the location of landing beaches in amphibious operations is Beach 3 with a weighted value of 0.389. Abstract

ABSTRACT Navy as a marine security defense force has an Integrated Armored Weapon System (SSAT), one of them is the power of Submarine and the amount of it will continue to evolve. The current condition demands to perform development and review of strategic and optimal submarine training areas to support the exercise and preparedness of the submarine's strength to prepare the readiness of combat conditions. The purpose of this study was to determine the best criteria for the location of the submarine training by analyzing and reviewing some of the existing locations of Navy Submarine Exercise practice and doing further development. In the selection of submarine training criteria, the method used was the Fuzzy Multiple Decision-Making Criteria (FMCDM). Keywords: Determination Criteria, Training Location, Fuzzy MCDM

Abstract

Information systems and technology are currently developing rapidly, so computers can beused as security tools automatically with the addition of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID)technology. Sattahti security personnel in the detention room are required to always be ready to carryout security, supervision within the scope of the detention room. So far, Sattahti personnel inconducting surveillance and guarding detainees in and out of the room still use padlock locks so thatsecurity is less than the maximum, meeting SOP standards so that some detainees have a chance toescape, so that Sattahti personnel cannot properly monitor prisoners because there is no regulatingsystem detention rooms are better IT-based. Based on the above problems, it is necessary to designand build a detention room security information system using RFID technology. So that every sattahtipersonnel can be accessed in the security system information system database of the detention room. This is very helpful for sattahti personnel in the process of guarding detainees. This system can do anautomatic lock along with the time for each personnel who bring prisoners in and out of the detentionroom, by using serial communication from a personal computer (PC) to a microcontroller (reader RFIDstater kit ID-12 LA) so that it will read the identity card (tag) RFID) every person. This detention roomsecurity information system is useful to accelerate and facilitate personnel in changing duty pickets tothe next personnel regarding the whereabouts of all the strength of the prison guard personnel atSATTAHTI.Keywords: Information on detention room security, RFID.

Abstract

Image processing shooter-based Information System is very useful for STTAL, which has a visionto become a center for the development of defense science and technology in the field of military, maritime and reliable seas at the regional level in realizing the independence of the main weaponssystem.STTAL has the mission of organizing higher education programs to produce human resourceswith Indonesian character and personality, based on science and technology that are of high quality andrelevant to the defense needs of the military, maritime and marine departures. In carrying out its duties asan educational institution, STTAL also carries out its obligations as the Indonesian National Army. So withthat STTAL often hold short barrel or pistol shooting exercises. In a series of short barrel or pistolshooting activities, each process of recording values is still carried out visually, that is by looking directlyat the target and counting manually, so that it takes a lot of members of the shooting committee and takesa long time in recording values. We design a application of image processing information system basedshots which can be used in shooting exercises to facilitate all members in carrying out shooting exercisesat STTAL. In this application the shooter can see firsthand the value of the shot obtained so that it canconcentrate fully in carrying out a shooting exercise. In this application also makes it easy for the head ofthe shooting committee to make a report to the commander quickly and accurately, for the commander tosee first hand the results of the shooting practice and it's easy to take a decision on shooting practice. Keywords: Value Marker, Shooting, Image Process.
