Abstract

A collection of tweets from Twitter users about PSBB can be used as sentiment analysis. The data obtained is processed using data mining techniques (data mining), in which there is a process of mining the text, tokenize, transformation, classification, stem, etc. Then calculated into three different algorithms to be compared, the algorithm used is the Decision Tree, K-NN, and Naïve Bayes Classifier to find the best accuracy. Rapidminer application is also used to facilitate writers in processing data. The highest results from this study were the Decision Tree algorithm with an accuracy of 83.3%, precision 79%, and recall 87.17%.

Abstract

Lombok Island in Indonesia has been selected as the World's Best Halal Tourism Destination and World's Best Halal Honeymoon Destination in the World Halal Tourism Summit in Dubai 2015 (Khoiriati, 2018). Lombok Island has also been ranked as the Best Halal Travel Destination in Indonesia according to IMTI 2018 and was also named the best halal destination in the international arena in tourism (Ramadhani, 2020). However, the Lombok Earthquake 2018 and the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020 had an impact on Lombok tourism. Loyok village in Lombok as a tourist village that produces woven bamboo crafts is also experiencing marketing problems, namely the decreasing number of sales. In this research, the solution taken in the marketing problem of woven bamboo handicraft products is carried out through the development and implementation of an online shop website. The development method chosen is the waterfall method. System design includes flowchart systems, modeling and database design. In the coding process, the programming language used is PHP 7.0 and MySQL 5.0 database. Implementation has been carried out online and can be accessed via domain anyamandesaloyok.com

Abstract

Computer networks play an important role in data communication at companies or government institutions to support them in terms of work. In this case, the authors conducted observational research and direct interviews with IT staff at the Ditjen PPKL Control about how the network operates in that place. Routers have a very important role in data communication and connecting different networks, so a router reduction system is needed as a solution to minimize failures on the network or these devices. The network topology in each office or government agency is different, which makes the problems in each government office or agency different. Based on the research that has been done, the network of the Ditjen PPKL often experiences a link down which causes disconnection of the internet connection and hinders the productivity of staff. So a router redundancy system is needed to maintain network availability, such as the Hot Standby Router Protocol (HSRP) which has two lines, one as the mainline and the other as a backup if the mainline is down. That way network availability will always be maintained without having to wait for the IT staff to do troubleshooting if there is a network failure. The result of this research is to provide maintained network availability. Even if a link goes down, the network will automatically return to normal.

Abstract

Waru Village is one of the villages in the Bogor Regency area. However, the selection of recipients of the Hope Family Program (PKH) in Waru Village is still subjective/qualitative so that the process of receiving the Hope Family Program (PKH) in Waru Village is not accurate and has not been on target. This makes the need for a method that can manage data on recipients of the Hope Family Program (PKH) and produce a ranking from the calculation of weight for the selection of recipients of the Hope Family Program (PKH). In making decisions about recipients of the Hope Family Program (PKH), there is a Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method that can be used in quantitative problem-solving. With the SAW method, each criterion is compared with one another to provide results of recipients of the Hope Family Program (PKH) and provide an assessment of each recipient (alternative) of the Hope Family Program (PKH) in Waru Village. This study aims to determine the recipients of the PKH assistance program so that it can produce a decision on recipients of PKH assistance that the government distributes to the Waru village accurately on target.

Abstract

The aimed of this study was to apply the feature extraction method of GLCM and Back-propagation Artificial Neural Network (ANN) to classify Lombok's typical Songket woven cloth by classifying based on the texture of the Songket woven cloth. Songket woven cloth in Lombok in terms of weaving and texture are vary from region to region. For example the songket woven cloth in Pringgasela Village, Sukarara Village and Sade Village has differences in texture and motifs. For this reason, this study focuses on classifying Lombok's typical Songket woven cloth by performing feature extraction on woven cloth using the GLCM method and the classification method uses Back-propagation Artificial Neural Network (ANN). For data collection, the data was taken directly from the Songket weaving centers in Pringgasela, Sade and Sukarara. In the classification stage the training data used were 64 data and 11 test data. Then the epoch used was 41 iterations with a time of 0:00:04, with neurons 80 and 100. The use of neurons 80 generated 18% which was successful in the classification. While using 100 neurons generated 100% successful which was can be classified. Based on the classification results obtained, the use of 100 neurons gained good classification results.

Abstract

One way to increase knowledge is by reading literature from books. The young generation as the nation's hope generation is expected to have a high interest in reading to broaden their horizons. Libraries as a place for literature books to provide various types of books. The use of books available in the public libraries of Depok city is still insufficient as seen from the low number of books borrowed by members, especially among the younger generation aged 17 to 25 years. Therefore it is necessary to have a pattern to see the books that are often borrowed by members so that the supply of the types of books that are most attractive to the younger generation that is provided becomes more varied. The method used to determine the association pattern of lending books to the library is using a priori algorithm. From the research results, there are seven rule associations with books that have the highest confidence value and are most often borrowed simultaneously, namely history books and novels as well as history and philosophy. Based on rule association, it is able to assist library officers in providing the most popular types of books among adolescents. In addition, the research results can be used as a reference in placing the book layout on the shelf based on the books that are most often borrowed simultaneously.

Abstract

Booking cancellation is a key aspect of hotel revenue management as it affects the room reservation system. Booking cancellation has a significant effect on revenue which has a significant impact on demand management decisions in the hotel industry. In order to reduce the cancellation effect, the hotel applies the cancellation model as the key to addressing this problem with the machine learning-based system developed. In this study, using a data collection from the Kaggle website with the name hotel-booking-demand dataset. The research objective was to see the performance of the deep neural network method which has two classification classes, namely cancel and not. Then optimized with optimizers and learning rate. And to see which attribute has the most role in determining the level of accuracy using the Logistic Regression algorithm. The results obtained are the Encoder-Decoder Layer by adamax optimizer which is higher than that of the Decoder-Encoder by adadelta optimizer. After adding the learning rate, the adamax accuracy for the encoders and encoders decreased for a learning rate of 0.001. The results of the top three ranks of each neural network after adding the learning rate show that the smaller the learning rate, the higher the accuracy, but we don't know what the optimal value for the learning rate is. By using the Logistic Regression algorithm by eliminating several attributes, the most influential level of accuracy is the state attribute and total_of_special_requests, where accuracy increases when the state attribute is removed because there are 177 variations in these attributes

Abstract

Rapid technological advances have made blockchain technology applicable not only to digital money, but in various fields. One of the areas that can be implemented by blockchain is digital tourism, specifically in the online review system of tourism products. The current online review system has several problems due to its centralized nature. The problem faced is the manipulation of review data which can be in the form of review deletion by a centralized party. This research proposes a decentralized online review system using the Ethereum blockchain technology, Smart Contracts, and IPFS to provide a secure, transparent, and trustworthy online review system platform. The purpose of this research is to implement a permission-less blockchain as a storage for reviews (review forms and log notes) and develop a web application as a user interface. The data used is data from travel sites which contain details about hotels and restaurants in Bukhara. The results displayed are the development of a web application that implements a permission-less blockchain using Ethereum and the system performance is displayed based on system testing, which comprised of unit testing and Black-Box testing.

Abstract

Computer networks are now part of every human activity. The use of computer networks is currently experiencing a significant increase due to the Covid-19 pandemic, however, there are still many problems with computer networks, such as what often happens is the slow pace of computer networks in transferring data caused by limited bandwidth or maximum limits. owned by the computer network. For that, we need a computer network bandwidth management method called the QoS (Quality of Service) method. In this method, a tool called the Mikrotik Router-board RB951Ui-2HnD is used to conduct this research. In implementing this system the steps are taken starting from data collection, requirements analysis, system design with flowcharts and system depiction using a star topology, then implementation and unit testing on the user or Client, and testing the computer network system on the Mikrotik Router-board. The results of this study will be explained using statistical tables obtained from testing using the Wireshark application

Abstract

Pura Barutama Inc. is a printing and packaging company based in the city of Kudus, where its financial information such as pre-order reports, accounts receivable balance reports, invoice information, and income tax article 23, must be inquired manually to the finance department. So there are issues with access to the financial information that is directly linked to consumers and vendors, namely a lack of flexibility and productivity in marketing, tax, and purchasing departments. Therefore, this study aims to provide solutions to the problems by designing and building a web-based financial information system. This information system was designed using object-oriented modeling methods, namely the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method, and was built with the PHP programming language using the CodeIgniter framework and Oracle database which was directly connected to Pura Barutama Inc. This information system is expected to increase flexibility and efficiency in the marketing, taxation, and purchasing departments of the company’s financial data management process and can obtain financial details without requesting the finance department.
