Abstract

Feedback from customers on the quality of services that have been given a reference in evaluating the ability of a Bank in creating customer satisfaction. The research method used in this study was survey method. The data collected by questionair and literature study. The population in this research were the pensions who have credit of pension at Bank Saudara 1906, Tbk branch Tasikmalaya. The determination of sample was based on the analyze variable amount and determined as many as 100 persons. The data analysis used path analysis. The research concluded that service quality and salesmanship was positive significant influented on consumer satisfaction. Simultaneously or partial of service quality and salesmanship was positive significant influent on Customer Loyalty. Customer Satisfaction was positive significant influent on Customer Loyalty. So the hypothesis is verified.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influences  of price and Free Wi-Fi on consumer purchasing decisions at angkringan  In Karas Magetan district The specific objective of this esearch is to know how the influence of Price Variables on Consumer Purchasing Decisions On Angkringan in Karas Magetan district. To provide know the influence of Variable Free Wi-Fi to Decision Purchase consumer On Angkringan in District Karas Magetan District. The research method used in this research with quantitative approach. Population in this research is all consumer of Angkringan in district of Karas Magetan Regency. samples taken are consumers angkringan for 3 months in Karas district, Magetan regency. Based on the formula Rao Purba, the number of samples taken as many as 97  respondents. Data collection techniques were conducted by using questionnaires and interviews, while data processing used was editing, coding and tabulation. The results of the study are. Free WIFI significantly effect to Consumer Purchase Decision on Angkringan in district of Karas Magetan Regency.

Abstract

Internal control is the spirit of BUMDes success. Therefore, the security of lending should be considered. The purpose of this study was to find out how the internal control in BUMDes Giri Samudra in Jambu Village Mlonggo Sub-district of Jepara Regency. The research method used qualitative with deep hermeneutical approach to understand the forms of communication symbols by the BUMDes at the time of granting credit. Abstract

This research examine the influence of transformational leadership and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior, relationship between variables and how transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior are applicated to the school at Islamic boarding high school in Yogyakarta. This research examine four hypothesis, it were there is positive influence between variable of transformational leadership toward organizational citizenship behavior; there is positive influence between job satisfaction variable with organizational citizenship behavior; there is positive influence between variable of transformational leadership and job satisfaction; between transformational leadership variable to organizational citizenship behavior with intervening variable of job satisfaction. Using SPSS 17, analyzing data through several stages of analysis, first, requirements analysis test, path coefficient test, and significance test of path coefficient analysis. The result of path analysis shows that simultaneously independent variables of transformational leadership and job satisfaction have influence on the organization citizenship behavior (f-value 23.455 with a significance level of 0.00).

Abstract

Audit Report Lag is completion time of the annual financial audit statements from the date of company book closing up to the date of the audit report. This research represents empirical study to know influence of corporate governance, going concern opinion, and subsequent event toward Audit Report Lag.The populations of  this  research  are  all of manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013. Samples of this research are 137 companies and the method of data analysis is using descriptive and doubled regression analysis. To obtain model of regression which representative is hence conducted by test of classic assumption. The result of descriptive statistic indicate that mean of an audit report lag in 2013 is 76,0146 days. The result of this research shows that the size of the board of directors, audit opinion and going concern opinion significant effect on Audit Report Lag. Furthermore, Independence board of directors, audit committee independence and subsequent event  have not influence toward Audit Report Lag.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the accuracy of giving opinion by the auditor.  Factors that are expected to have an effect on the accuracy of the auditor's opinion are professional skepticism, experience, audit situation, expertise and workload. This research was conducted by survey method using questionnaires distributed to auditors working in the public accounting firm in Yogyakarta. The sampling technique using a random sampling. The results showed that the variables of professional skepticism and audit situation has significant positive effect on the accuracy of giving opinions by the auditor. There are three variables that do not have a significant effect on the accuracy of giving the auditor's opinion in this study, namely the experience, expertise, and workload. This is because the auditors who were respondents in this study are mostly junior auditor, with an educational background S1 is still a bit of experience, expertise and workload.
