Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the influence of good corporate implementation to company performance. Good Corporate Governance, while the company's performance is measured by the retun on equity, net profit margin, Tobins'Q. The analysis method used is a simple regression. This study uses empirical data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a sample of 36 companies for the period 2008-2011.Based on results of hypothesis testing using t-test statistics with a confidence level of 95% and a = 5% can he concluded that the first look at the effect of the application of the index GCG of the ROE and the results obtained applying the index value of 0.788, which means GCG insignificant and Ho received. The furthur testis tosee the effect of the application of NPM GCG index and index values obtained results GCG implementation of 0.021, which means significant and Ho is rejected. While last testing is to see the effect of the implementation of good corporate governance index and the obtained results Tobins'Q index value of 0.027 GCG implementation, which means significant and Ho is rejected.

Abstract

This study aims to test effect of gender, independence in appearance, experience, and self effiicacy on performance of auditors in making audit judgement. Sample of this study is auditor from audit firm in Yogyakarta and Solo. The instrument of this study is questionnaire which distributed directly to auditors. Data analysis with SPSS 17. The results show that gender, independence in appearance, and self-efficacy have an effect in making audit judgement.

Abstract

Kemitraan Trans-Pasifik (TPP) merupakan perjanjian perdagangan antara dua belas negara di daerah Asia – Pasifik dengan tujuan untuk mendorong terjadinya liberalisasi perdagangan di negara anggota terutama dalam hal penetapan tarif, proteksi perdagangan dan persamaan perekonomian. Indonesia menunjukkan keinginannya untuk masuk kedalam TPP guna memperluas pangsa pasar ekspor Indonesia. Indonesia saat ini telah memiliki kerjasama perdagangan dengan hampir dengan seluruh negara anggota TPP, kecuali dengan Chile salah satunya. Analisa dilakukan dengan menganalisa data perdagangan Indonesia-Chile di tahun 2011 hingga 2015; menganalisa hasil perdagangan Chile dengan negara Kanada, Singapura dan Vietnam dan juga berdasarkan hasil simulasi yang dilakukan Petri (2016).  Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa kerjasama TPP dapat menguntungkan negara yang terlibat didalamnya, terlihat dengan meningkatnya PDB dari negara anggotanya. Selain itu, TPP juga meningkatkan lebih banyak arus investasi masuk daripada investasi keluar terutama investasi masuk yang berasal dari negara dengan perekonomian yang tinggi. Tetapi perjanjian perdagangan bebas (FTA) Indonesia dengan negara mitra dagang utama juga harus dipertimbangkan sebelum Indonesia bergabung dalam TPP.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the SAP ERP system acceptance model using "Unified Theory of Acceptance and Usage of Technology" (UTAUT). UTAUT model identifies four factors driving acceptance as an independent variable performance expectation (performance expectancy), effort expectancy (effort expectancy), social influence (social influence) and supporting conditions (facilitating conditions). In addition to the four factors of the UTAUT model, this study adds Anxiety as independent variables. As dependent variable is a symbolic adoption that measures user acceptance and attitude in using the system (attitude toward system use) as an intervening variable between the independent variables and the dependent variable. Based on 39 samples taken from the Islamic University of Indonesia Yogyakarta concluded that the model of acceptance of the SAP system with the case of this study, there are four factors that influence the acceptance of performance expectations, business expectations, anxiety, and attitudes shown to affect user acceptance by the SAP system. While the influence of social, managerial intervention and support conditions are not shown to affect user acceptance by the SAP system.

Abstract

The Indonesian Banking Architecture isa comprehensive, basic frame work for the Indonesian banking system. In the Architecture, the policy direction for the future development of the banking industry is based on the vision of building strong and effcient banking system to create financial system stability for the promotion of national economic growth. To bring the visionof the Architecture as described above, the six pillars of the Architecture are designed to ensure the achievement of the architecture vision as follows: healthy banking structure, effective regulatory system, effective and independent supervisory system, strong banking industry, adequate infrastructure, robust customer protection.The next ten tofifteen years the banking system are expected to move the banking system towards a more optimum structure. This structure isenvisaged as follows: two or three banks likely to emerge as international banks, possessing the capacity and ability to operate on an international scale and having total capital exceeding Rp50 trillion, 3 to 5 national banks, having a broad scope of business and operating nation wide with total capital between Rp lO trillion and Rp 50 trillion, 30 to 50 banks operating as focused players, with operations focused on particular business segments according to the capability and competence of each bank. These banks will have capital of Rp lOO billion up to RplO trillion, rural banks and banks with limited scope of business, having capital of less than RplOO billion.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to test the influence of intrnsity of role of accounting management and environmental uncertainty toward  service quality given by unit of information system in a company. Considering that role of accounting management is giving the information for internal party, and with the existence of high uncertainty from side external, information become a very valuable commodity for management decision making. Based on the mentioned, hence writer tried to check how big quality of service of unit information system will be affected by both the things that, and how far quality of that information system unit service give the real service comparated to on the chance of costumer. measurement of service quality is also laid open in this research, and concluded that quality of service of information system of company in mean still be unfavorable, because bigger costumer expectation compared to with the exiting fact. responders taken away from all finance managers, marketing managers, production managers, and research & development managers in some big companies having its office center in Jakarta. Quetionnare disseminated by as much 250, and only 43 competent questionare test. This research also conclude that intensity of role of accounting management and environmental uncertainty have an effect on by significant to quality of service of information system cpmpany. some implications and research limitation elaborated in this research ending

Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi dan tuntutan persaingan dunia usaha yang ketat saat ini, maka perusahaan dituntut untuk berusdha meningkatkan kinerja usahanya melalui pengelolaan organisasi yang efektif dan efisien. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan adalah dengan mempekerjakan tenaga kerja seminimal mungkin untuk dapat memberi kontribusi maksimal sesuai sasaran perusahaan. Untuk itu perusahaan berupaya fokus menangani pekerjaan yang menjadi bisnis inti (core business), sedangkan pekerjaan penunjang diserahkan kepada pihak lain. Proses kegiatan ini dikenal dengan istilah ''outsourcing.''

Abstract

Preparation ofplanning andmarketing strategy development is an activity that must be done by marketing management in accordance with the duties and responsibilities. But in its development, these activities are often not run as expected, both of the process and implementation. This article provides a discourse that is needed in terms of planning and marketing strategies, particularly with regard to relationship marketing materials and optimizing the role of middle managers. To provide more complete understanding of this description, it also includes discussion of important aspects, such as the relationship with environmental analysis, internal and external marketing and performance evaluation.

Abstract

Inflation is an economic disease that has broadly impact to the economy as a whole. Therefore inflation oftenly becomes government policy target since it is able to lead economic instability, show economic growth, and increase unemployment rate. The high level of inflation in Indonesia both in long and short term can be influenced by policies implemented by Central Bank (Bank Indonesia) as themonetaiy authority (interest rate), the the government's policy on spending (routine expense), the amount of money supply in the society, and the foreign sector (export earnings and kurs).

Abstract

Tujuan utama dalam penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk memperoleh pemahaman mengenai faktor-faktor yang diperlukan dalam aktivitas benchmarking peningkatan layanan di pemerintahan daerah, terutama faktor-faktor yang memiliki kontribusi positif. Artikel ini juga bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi disincentives untuk benchmarking dan permasalahan-permasalahan pengukuran kinerja baik keuntungan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Dan terakhir, artikel ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana organisasi pemerintah khususnya pemerintah daerah mempelajari proses aktivitas benchmarking dan bagaimana pengaruhnya terhadap peningkatan kualitas layanan jasa yang ada di dasarkan pada konsep Best Value.Sistematika pembahasan dalam artikel ini adalah sebagai berikut: penjelasan mengenai istilah "benchmarking" dan instrumen-instrumennya yang berkaitan dengan sektor pemerintah daerah, penilaian pengaruh pengukuran kinerja dan pengendalian dalam sektor pemerintah daerah, diskusi dari permasalahan benchmarking di bawah kendali best value, penjelasan mengenai benchmarking di bawah kendali best value dan ditutup dengan simpulan.
