Abstract

This study has a purpose to obtain information about the role of headmaster  in academic supervision activities at MTS Negeri and MTS MuhammadiyahSungai Apit. Which one includes the role of human resource developers, curriculum developer, mediator of relationships among the citizens in school and the role of administration. Data collection technique in this research include is interview, observation and documentation study. Interviews were conducted with the headmaster as core informants and vice of headmaster, teachers and school supervisors as control information. Observation is done by observing the role of principal in academic supervision activities. Documentation of study is data collection that analyzes documents relating to the principal's role in academic supervision activities. The result of the research shows that the principal of MTS Negeri and MTS Muhammadiyah has performed its role as human resource developer, curriculum developer, mediator of relationship among school people and asadministration in academic supervision activity in each school.

Abstract

This research is aimed tofind out the implementation of integrated education  at SD Negeri 006 Pulau Gadang that covers implementation of curriculum, learning process, scoring, teachers and education staffs and also implementation of islamic school’s culture. The approach used in this researchdescriptive qualitative. Research subject is the headmaster of SD Negeri 006 Pulau Gadang. The used in collecting the data are interview, observation, and documentation. In analizing the data of this research, started with the data reducation, displaying, concluding, and verifying the data.The result of this research is that the implementation of integrated education system  at SD Negeri 006 Pulau Gadang is good and the curriculum used is National Education curriculum and religious curriculum was arranged by Integrated Education Team of Kabupaten Kampar. Integrated education system of Kabupaten Kampar is aimed to create the students to become well attitude human, they have correct aqidah, good attitude, smart brain, strong and healthy body, and also they love the Quran. For general lesson, the teachers add religion value and verses of the Quran appropriate to the learning topic. The implementation of learning process and scoring  has been suitable with the standard of process and standard of scoring based on curriculum used. Many efforts has been done by the headmaster to empower the teachers and education staffs at SD Negeri 006 Pulau Gadang like recruitment, task division, professionalism enhancement, and coaching. Applying the Islamic school’s culture program supports the implementation of integrated education  at SD Negeri 006 Pulau Gadang.

Abstract

This research aimed to gain an understanding the process implementation of curriculum based environment policy in SMK Negeri Pertanian Terpadu Provinsi Riau. The sub focus research consist of 1).  The programs of excellent in the implementation of curriculum based environment policy, 2). The contribution of school citizens in the implementation of curriculum based environment policy, and 3). The achievement of implementation curriculum based environment. Data was collected by interview, observation, and documentation. The results found that implementation of the curriculum based environment policy in SMK Negeri Pertanian Terpadu Provinsi Riau was implemented through flagship programmes in the form of lessons subjects, extracurricular, conditioning of infrastructure and the routine activities of the school. Citizen of school contribute to succeed the implementation of the programmes by means of school creation and inovation, utilizing partner school as tutor, and build partnership for environmental learning. The school’s achievements in implementing curriculum based environment can be seen from the school’s achievements, relationships with partner schools, and achievement of the school vision.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative research that aims to evaluate the scout extracurricular program in the 2013 curriculum in SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru. This study focuses on the evaluation of mandatory extracurricular program in the curriculum of 2013 in SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru with aspects observed as subfokus of this research problem to support the focus of research is 1) Evaluation of extracurricular context of scout in SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru, 2) Evaluation Inputekstrakurikuler mandatory scout in SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru, 3) Evaluation The process of extracurricular implementation of compulsory scout in SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru. The data collection of this research is done by observation, interview, and documentation with Evaluation Models (Substantive) model approach, that is the evaluation model of goal achievement. The results of this research in terms of implementation of context evaluation in extracurricular activities must be good scout. Looks good because it is based on Permendikbud Number 63 Year 2014 About Scouting Education, the implementation of this scout extracurricular is to include teachers in training and get MD certificates to be a supervisor on the extracurricular must scouts. Invite resource persons to increase knowledge of Scout Coaches. Preparing facilities and infrastructure periodically to support scout activities. Evaluation of inputs where for extracurricular activities is mandatory scout in SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru students' ability about scout is very minimal because of the number of students from various junior high schools that have not used the Curriculum 2013 and do not place the scout as a compulsory extracurricular. Results of Evaluation Process Implementation of scout activities in SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru for planning is made by involving principals, student representatives, scout coodinator and scout coach. This planning is made for 1 year where the beginning of its implementation in the new school year. Types of activities undertaken in this scout activities are social work, ceremonial education, scouting skills, UN and monitored directly by the supervisor of the Education Office Pekanbaru City.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative research that aims to about the implementation of entrepreneurship education in SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru and its impact on the creativity of learners. Formulation of the problem in this study as follows: 1). How is the characteristic of entrepreneurship education in SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru, 2). How is the implementation implementation of entrepreneurship education in SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru, 3). How the impact of the implementation of entrepreneurship education on the Creativity of learners in SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru. The data collection of this research is done by observation, interview, lapanagn record and documentation with the implementation model used is Mazmanian and Sabatier Model. The results of this study reveal some findings are: 1). Characteristics of entrepreneurship education in SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru is still not maximized and needs to be improved. This is because the implementation of entrepreneurship education is still a lot for the scope of handicrafts, 2). Judging from the implementation of the implementation of entrepreneurship education in SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru has not been maximized. This is reflected in the successful implementation of the education has not reached the desired goals. Attitudes and behaviors of entrepreneurial entrepreneurs and school environment with entrepreneurial insight need to be improved, 3). The impact of the implementation of entrepreneurship education on the creativity of students in SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru has not been maximized. The implementation or practice of learning in the classroom for the subject of Workshop and Entrepreneurship (PKWU) needs variation, creativity and improvement.
