Research on giving rewards and punishment to improve learning outcomes civics Class VI SDN 020 Langsat Hulu Subdistrict of Kuantan Singingi Regency is aimed to improve learning outcomes of civics students grade VI SDN 020 Langsat Hulu with gift and punishment in the learning process. The study was conducted on 30 students consisting of 13 male students and 17 female students. Data obtained through teacher observation sheet, student activity (punishment and reward) with observer grade teacher of SDN 020 Langsat Hulu. The test results are given at the end of the lesson by using formative tests then the data is analyzed with descriptive statistics. The results showed that the results of learning civics grade VI students have increased. This result can be seen based on the value of learning outcomes that initially average tilapia 62 after being given gift gift modaling and punishment to 71, as well as student activity that has increased from treatment I to treatment II. This shows that the method of learning with reward and punishment can improve the learning outcomes of civics students of class VI SDN 020.

The ability of teachers to implement curriculum 13 greatly influences the success of learning. The research aims to improve the ability of teachers to prepare an assessment of the K13 process through academic supervision. The research method in this study is School Action Research which consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection. This research was conducted at SDN 020 Langsat Hulu Kec. Sentajo Raya Kab. Kuantan Singingi. The research subjects were 10 teachers, consisting of 2 men and 8 women teachers. The results showed that academic supervision can improve teacher competency in compiling the assessment of the learning process with an average learning process in the first cycle of 79% which was included in the sufficient category, and experienced an increase in the second cycle to 84.5% with good categories. The conclusion is that the teacher's ability to conduct process assessments has increased with good categories.

Research on the use of STAD type cooperative learning model to improve student learning outcomes in learning mathematics in Class VI A SD Negeri 022 Langsat Estuary has been held in March to April 2015 at SD Negeri 022 Muara Langsat Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The study was conducted on 22 students consisting of 14 male students and 8 female students. This classroom action research is conducted in 2 cycles, namely, cycle I and cycle II, where every action is observed through student activity observation and teacher activity observation sheet. From the research that has been carried out the results obtained that is on the cycle I average value obtained 63.2 and cycle II average score 83.6, the number of students who achieve success increased from the first cycle of 15 students or 68.18%, to be 20 students or 90.90% in cycle II. Increased student learning outcomes in line with the increase in student activity at the time of learning took place with 114 or 51.81% in cycles I and 190 or 83.36% in cycle II.

The problem that often occurs in schools is that there are still many students who have not completed in compulsory subjects, especially mathematics, as found by researchers at Marsawa Elementary School 016 Sentajo Raya District, the low student learning outcomes maked the teacher to be able to deliver the material well. The purpose of this study is to improve and improve student mathematics learning outcomes. The form of research is classroom action research. The results of the study can be seen from the improvement in student learning outcomes that occur at each meeting. Data on the increase in student learning outcomes were found before the action data with an average of 68, then after being given an action carried out the daily test I the average student learning outcomes amounted to 84, and on the daily test II the average student learning outcomes were 93. we can see the data on the improvement of students' mathematics learning outcomes that the application of the contextual method to mathematics learning is effectively used.

This study aims to improve teacher competence in planning authentic assessments with group guidance. The research method used is classroom action research. The research subjects were 10 teachers at Mandau 011 Junior High School. The timing of the research is carried out in two cycles starting on Monday 11 February to Saturday 23 February 2019. Analysis of the data used is qualitative in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and data inference. While for quantitative data descriptive analysis is carried out by calculating the average value and percentage. The results of the study indicate an increase in the competency of 011 Mandau Junior High School teachers in planning authentic assessments with group guidance. there is a cycle I of the average teacher competence of 70,6 with sufficient categories. The average teacher competency in the second cycle is 76,3 which is included in the good category. Classically, as many as 90% of teachers have been able to plan authentic assessments properly

Teaching materials are one of the most important parts of the learning process and also prove that the teacher is professional or not, the nature of teaching materials is to provide convenience when conducting learning. This research is a school action research using descriptive quantitative research methods which in the results of this study are explained using numbers in the presentation. Place in SDN 005 Koto Sentajo Sentajo Raya Subdistrict Kuantan Singingi Regency with a total sample of 10 teachers. The results of this study will discuss three aspects of assessment in teaching materials, the first in the aspect of content feasibility illustrates that in the appropriate category there are 6 teachers with a percentage of 60%, and the category is very feasible with a total of 4 teachers with a percentage of 40%. in the second aspect the assessment of linguistic aspects in the feasible category with the percentage of 50%, and the very decent category 50%. in the third aspect, the evaluation of the presentation aspects in the category is feasible with a percentage of 20%, and in the very feasible category of 80%. Then it can be concluded that the teacher's ability to make teaching materials is good, and the making of teaching materials is appropriate for use in the learning process.

The background of this research is that there are still many teachers who disobey the rules in schools, such as the timeliness of teaching, neatness of teacher uniforms, compiling learning tools, implementation of learning devices in the teaching and learning process and follow-up to students. The purpose of this study was to improve the ethos of teacher self-employment through coaching by the principal. This study uses the School Action research design. School actions are carried out in four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The results of this study show. In the first cycle, the indicator of teacher teaching timeliness obtained a score of 69.1 with sufficient categories. The teacher's uniform neat indicator gets an average score of 76.9 in the good category. Indicators composing learning devices get an average rating of 71.0 enough categories. Indicators for the implementation of learning devices in PBM get an average rating of 66.6 categories. program follow-up indicators for students get an average rating of 67.0 enough categories. After the second cycle, the results of the study increased. This is evidenced by the indicator of the timeliness of teaching teachers to obtain a score of 89.3 with a very good category. The teacher's uniform neat indicator gets an average score of 86.9 in a very good category. Indicators composing learning devices get an average score of 84.9 in good categories. The indicator for the implementation of learning devices in PBM gets an average score of 82.6 in the good category. While the follow-up program indicator for students got an average score of 89.5 in a very good category. Based on the results of the above research, researchers can conclude that by carrying out disciplinary guidance in the teaching and learning process it can improve the work ethic of teachers at SDN 16 Bathin Solapan

The problem behind this research is the low quality of education and the low performance of teachers in the State Elementary School 003 Benai Kecil. The purpose of this study is to see whether there is an influence of the principal's leadership style on teacher performance. The data collection method used in this study was a questionnaire. The data used in this study are primary data taken from the questionnaire. The sample in this study amounted to 10 teachers consisting of 3 male teachers and 7 female teachers. This research method uses a quantitative approach. The results of the study have proven that there is an influence between the principal's leadership style on teacher performance in the State Elementary School 003 Benai Kecil. Through the results of the calculations that have been made obtained the value of t count of 3.628 with a significance level of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05, thus Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Based on the results of these studies researchers can conclude that there is an influence between the principal's leadership style on the performance of teachers in the Public Elementary School 003 Benai Kecil.

This study aims to determine whether teacher achievement motivation can be improved through the awarding of awards. This research was conducted at 005 SDN Sungai Sigajah and Tanjung Leban SDN 009 which are contained in a single researcher's supervision. The type of this research is School Action Research. The main reason is from observations and information from the teacher, that teacher teaching motivation is still relatively poor. The sample in this study was all teachers in SD 005 Sungai Sigajah and 007 SDN Tanjung Leban 24 people The results showed that the average score of teacher achievement motivation in the first cycle was 65.33% with the moderate category increasing in the second cycle with an average value of 79.66 which was included in the high category. Indicating that giving rewards has a role in increasing teacher achievement motivation in 005 SDN Sungai Sigajah and SDN 009 Tanjung Leban.
