Abstract

Hospital is one of the health service facilities required by society. Customer satisfaction and customer retention are primary objective in a modern organizations. The important level of Hospital as a public sector, mainly as a service provider, drives the managers to address the quality and customer satisfaction as priority. It raises the question “How Service Quality, Hospital Image, Experiential Marketing affect companies in order to establish Customer Satisfaction and to increase the Customer Retention “ that exist especially in Region Common Hospital “X”.

Abstract

Government bonds, in the U.S. named T-Bone, in Indonesia called the SUN is the government’s financial instruments to absorb funds from the market. The objective is to close the budget deficit, helped the banking restructuring, or other funding needs that are considered important by the government. Bond investors are in great demand because it is safe (low risk).However, in addition to seeking safe, investors also expect a maximum return. Since 1999 until now the government has published a series of Government Bonds. This research will analyze the influence of deposit rates, the exchange rate of rupiah against the U.S. dollar, the inflation rate, JCI and the volume of transactions on the price of government bonds RI. Population of this research are fixed rate bonds which the government of Indonesia in the issue in 1999 until 2006 and maturity date of the year 2013. Price monitoring conducted over 36 months from October 2003 until September 2006. Technique of determining the sample with purposive sampling method. The sample was taken amounted to 10 items. The study concluded deposit rates have a significant effect on bond prices negatively. Rupiah exchange have a significant negative effect on bond prices. Inflation does not have a significant effect on bond prices. CompositeStock Price Index have a significant positive impact on bond prices, and transaction volume of bonds do not have a significant effect on the price of government bonds RI.

Abstract

Transformation is a process that must be applied to the family company in order to have a good business and family harmony. The purpose of this research is to analyze the third generation successor's characteristic, to know and understand the implementation of Transformation strategy and to know concretely the achievement of Generation Success 3 post implementation of Transformation strategy At PT Danliris.This research uses qualitative method, data collection is done by observation and approach of in-depth interview. Informant or resource is determined by purposive sampling. Then do the data validity by source triangulation method. Research results show that the next generation of PT Dan Liris who is currently the third generation has the expertise and responsibility in developing the company's business is supported by the courage and high creativity so that PT Dan Liris growing. The entire family of Dan Liris company is very much a successor because he is very appreciate and honor the predecessor as well as by applying the transformation of both structure, tehnology and people so until now the third successor has achievement, both business achievement by producing 4 subsidiaries and family harmony in the form of work conductivity shown by employees have high work motivation

Abstract

This study aimed to examine debt to equity, profitability, ownership structure, firm size, auditor quality and auditor switching on timeliness of the submission of the financial statements. The samples in this study were food and beverage companies listed in Indonesia stock exchange during 2010-2012 amounts to 46 data. The data were analyzed by logistic regression analysis. Research results showed that auditor switching had significant influence on timeliness of financial statements. While debt to equity, ownership structure, firm size, profitability, and auditor quality had no effect on timeliness of financial statements.

Abstract

The background of this research is the declining quality of UKM products . This indicates that UKM can not win the trust and loyalty of consumers . In general, this study aimed to determine the effect of the Product Quality to Consumer Loyalty in which the Trust as an intervening variable. Specifically , this research aims to improve the competitiveness of UKM . Research data collection techniques by means of spreading consumer questionnaire systematically arranged with several possible answers were easy to understand . Distribution of the questionnaire by means of a direct encounter conducted in the period February to March 2014 with a sample of some 82 people. Then the data were collected through a questionnaire to test the data analyst; validity and reliability, followed by a simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study demonstrate that 1 ) There is a positive and significant effect between the product quality to consumer trust. 2 ) Trust positive and significant impact on consumer loyalty . 3 ) The results also prove that the product quality indirect effect on loyalty to the trust as intervening.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to prove the influence of work surroundings and leadership style toward work motivation and the implication toward employee work in Semarang STIMART-AMNI college. To do this research, it will be needed the theory related to the definition of human resources management, the definition of work surroundings, surroundings factors, the definition of work and work system. The location of this research is in Semarang STIMART-AMNI College. The method done to collect sample is sensus, which all population become sample because the population is less than 100. The sample of total is 65 people. Data analysis used is the experiment of validity, reliability, and bifilar regression, and also simple regression. The result oh the study can be concluded that variable used together in this research, those are work surroundings and leadership style, give the influence toward employee work motivation. Next, simple motivation variable simple can influence the work system of the employee in Semarang STIMART-AMNI College.

Abstract

Due to the checs, crisis which happen in a bussines lately, relaizes the steak holders to run the bussines more sporty, transparant, honest, accountable in management and trust in managing the organization, institution, wealth or other resources to reach the goals. To reach these goals, many theorities and policy appear such as the management system and another concept such as good corporate governance (GCG) concept.One of the good corporate governance (GCG) principle forms is to open the public information access based on the transparancy corridor and information transparancy. One of those informations is the accounting report. The accounting report which is made must have significance meaning, or  there isn’t any hidden information or disclosure.

Abstract

A Conflict is a process began from someone’s assumption to certain person which later on can lead to a problem. The factors that can trigger a conflict can be classified into 3 categories, which are communication, structure and individual. The impact of a conflict on the organization or company performance can be seen according to the kind of the conflict itself. There are two kinds of conflict:-          Functional Conflicts are All kind of conflict that can support organization or company’s main objective in improving their performance, In other hand-          Dysfunctional Conflicts are all kind of conflict that may obstruct and block an organization or  a company in improving its performance.Because of the explanation above, a manager’s duty is on how he can recognize the conflicts so well that he can manage them so the conflict become beneficial for the performance improvement of the company or organization.

Abstract

This research analyzes the effect of innovation orientation, promotion support and sales person support to product performance at market in order to enhance sustainable competitive advantage. The formulation problems in this research are to show the effect of innovation orientation to product performance on market, sales person support to product performance on market, promotion support to product performance on market, each construct with sustainable competitive advantage through product performance at market. The variables and indicators of research based on the previous research. There is a model that have been developed and four hypotheses to answer these research problems.            Population of this research is Dealers managers of Toyota Avanza in Central Java amount 130 persons. This research using census method. Data analyze tools which used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) under AMOS 4.01 program.            Result from data analyzes shows that the model and the result from research can be accepted. And that this result proves that innovation orientation have an positive and significant effect to product performance on market, and next make an abbreviate in the support from sales person with product performance on market are influence by product performance on market, thus can make an conclusion that each constructs have an empiric evidence and the justification with sustainable competitive advantage through performance of product on market in a positive and significant influence

The use of WOM in marketing strategies are increasing with the development of internet technology was allowing people to spread on to others. Consumers are more willing to do WOM if well-regarded corporate reputation, they are satisfied with their relationship with the company and they feel proximity with company.
