Abstract

Making animation at this time is already uses digital media using software or applications, many new techniques that emerge in making these animations whose function makes it easy for animation makers (animators). Especially for 2D animation is usually made manually or drawn one by one or the term frame by frame with celulloid media or digital drawing stacked together to move the object of animation. Puppet Pin is one of the tools available in Adobe After Effect. Utilizing Puppet Pin as Rigging on character movements will create convenience in 2D animation movements. This study aims to determine the type and making of suitable characters so that it is easy to apply into the Puppet Pin Rigging technique so that it can improve time efficiency, the number of characters to be drawn, and also the efficiency of the many movements that can be utilized in one character compared to frame by frame manually

Abstract

Decision support system is a system that is able to solve problems efficiently, effectively, which aims to assist decision making by choosing various alternative decisions. With the application of system software to support the decision to purchase outdoor tools using the topsis method to facilitate natural activists for decision making. In this study the method used is the topsis method and used to select the Outdoor tool based on the concept that the best alternative not only has the shortest distance from a positive ideal solution but also has the farthest distance from the negative ideal solution. This decision support system is made to make it easier for natural activists to easily make choices in order to get the desired item.

Abstract

Face recognition systems is developing very quickly with various methods and algorithms. Face recognition system is an identification system that is developed based on differences in facial features biometrics on body parts or even human behavior. Face is used by systems to recognize someone because faces have different shapes and textures. Information about a person's face can be extracted from the image that has been detected. However, detection system still needs to be developed to obtain better results. Based on that background, this research formulated how much accuracy is generated in the face recognition detection system using the Haar Cascade algorithm, using a webcam camera and Python as its programming language. In this study, Raspberry Pi is used as a Single Board Computer to run a face recognition program and Open Computer Vision (OpenCV) as a face recognition library. This system called FaceTrix and from the results of testing the accuracy of the system, the best accuracy of the system is at a distance of 40 cm and 60 cm which was 100% and distance of 80 cm which was 91%. Based on overall system testing, the detection system's accuracy was 97% with an average time of 1.779 FPS.

Abstract

Android is the most widely used operating system in the world with a percentage of 76.82% in the Android operating system market share. This fact makes the developers of malicious software (malware) make mobile phone users with the Android operating system as the main target of malware attacks. Attackers can modify application code by entering malicious code, repacking the application and publishing the application in the Android application market. The malware samples used in this study were Judy adware and Marcher banking trojans. This study aims to determine the behavior or characteristics of the malware samples using static and dynamic analysis. The analysis shows that Judy committed ad-fraud by clicking on advertisements without the user's knowledge and Marcher had the ability to collect credential information from the victim's financial account.

Abstract

PT Pos Indonesia is a state-own enterprises that is engage in the postal service. One of it activity is an article writing competition that held once in a three month. Regarding the judgement process of the contest, PT Pos Indonesia currently using manual method which is not effective to determine the rank of each article submitted. Hence, a system is needed to decide the winner of the article writing competition based on criteria that has been determined. To build this system, the author using Weighted Product (WP) in calculating the score of the winner. By using this method, it is expected to help the assessment process to determine the winner of the article writing competition become faster and more effective. From the research conducted, the results of the Weighted Product ranking processing this article assessment have the same value, if the calculation is done with a system that has been build and calculated manually, if it has the same value and weight. From the calculations made, it can be concluded that the three winners of the article competition held by PT Pos Indonesia, with the acquisition of value, PA 11 get value = 0.05144, PA 4 = 0,05074, and PA 5 = 0.05061.

Abstract

There are many data transmitted on internet and certainly has positive and negative side. Negative side that perceived is the increase in cybercrime activities which is a threat to everyone. Securing confidential data is very necessary so that the data is not misused by others for individual or groups benefit. This research is developing an application that is able to secure data like digital images by applying cryptography. Cryptography is the most appropriate way to secure data like digital images. DNA cryptography is one of cryptography method. Beside to application of computing is very easy, this method has excess speed in processing, use minimal storage and power usage. The result from this research are application that are built can encrypt dan decrypt digital images which has a lot color distribution well. Application and method used will work well on image that have a lot or even distribution colors. But not in digital images that have 1 dominant or transparent color in that.

Abstract

Football is a sport that is carried out by several people in a team, each player in a team has their respective roles in a match. One of the important positions in a team is as an attacker whose job is to score goals for the team. This research aims to determine the best attackers in the English Premier League from all teams competing in the 2018-2019 season based on data from the Fifa 19 game. There are several stages in this research, the first step is clustering with K-Means Clustering method, the second step is feature selection using Fisher Discriminant Ratio method (FDR) and then weighted and calculated using TOPSIS (The Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method. The calculation of the preference value for each player is based on the weight value of the features that have passed the selection stage. The player who has the highest preference value will be chosen as the best player

Abstract

Public attention to the place of health clinics greatly affect the needs that are very important in their lives, there are health clinics scattered in the Tasikmalaya area. The community does not only think about clinics that are worth visiting but also thinks about the actions given to patients suffering from certain diseases to be handled by medical workers, and also viewed from the facilities provided to provide comfort for the community. Therefore an application is needed to provide health clinic recommendations. This study aims to create a health clinic recommendation system using the Slope One algorithm and Term Frequency Rank as a substitute for a manual system and provide appropriate recall. The steps to complete this research are to design, manufacture, test and improve the recommendation system. The results of the study were in the form of a website-based health clinic recommendation system application. From the tests that have been done, it can be seen that the design of a health clinic recommendation system can provide health clinic recommendations in accordance with the Slope One algorithm and Term Frequency Rank algorithm designed.

Abstract

The use of airline transportation is no longer a new thing for the community, ranging from business people, families going on vacation, even to the reach of the middle class. This transportation is really needed by the community to be able to travel long distances with a relatively shorter period of time. One of them is Citilink, Citilink is a subsidiary airline of the Garuda Indonesia company with ticket prices that can be reached by the middle class and below. Assessment of Citilink airlines can be seen through any promos that are most promoted to the public. The good and bad services of Citilink Airlines as an evaluation for people who want to use these services, can also be seen from the tweet of the people on Twitter social media. Therefore many researchers use social media as a place to collect data. This research aims to classify or group positive or negative sentiments of the community towards Citilink airline services in order to provide information about public satisfaction with Citilink Indonesia airline services, with a dataset of 2000 tweets resulting in accuracy reaching 0.778, with a processing time of two minutes twenty three seconds.

Abstract

Telaga Punggur Solid Waste Landfill has been operating since 1997 with an area of ​​around 47 Ha. This landfill has actually replaced the landfill with a landfill control system, but in reality the field that is running is an open dumping system. To find out the amount of air pollution requires initial knowledge about pollutants that are very important for the anticipation, prevention and regulation of air emissions. One way to find out the emission distribution pattern is by using a comparison system using the online Gaussian Plume. Emissions by methane must be known because their effects can be felt 20-30 times greater than carbon dioxide. The results of this simulation can be used as a basis for making green belts in the landfill area. This regulates in SNI 03-3241-1994 on procedures for selecting the location of the final place of waste and PU Ministerial Regulation No. 19 of 2012 concerning guidelines for spatial planning of areas around the final place of waste requiring green belt areas in the landfill
