Abstract

Employee performance appraisal in an institution is an absolute thing that needs to be done, where employees compete fiercely to get the best category in order to achieve a brilliant career in that agency. Every agency needs qualified, honest, educated, and disciplined employees to ensure good quality. Each agency has a different and selective way of determining good employees, this can also be a consideration for agency leaders to choose the best employee criteria so that they are worthy of being placed in strategic positions. From some of the descriptions above, this research needs to be carried out which aims to assist a leader in an institution in determining the best employees. This study applies the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method for decision making to rank the best employee performance. The steps taken are determining the criteria and attributes that will be the reference in the decision matrix assessment so that the final result obtained is the ranking of the best criteria and attribute values ​​that can help the leadership of an agency to make informed decisions in determining the best employees to be placed in strategic positions in these agencies.

Abstract

Nowadays, the development of technology is very influential to all aspects of community life, one of them is in education. Universities have a very important role in the world of education, with the technology then the work will be more effective and efficient. To improve the quality of service on education supported by human resources that work, in this study will be measured in the academic section and in the financial section through a questionnaire given to students who have received service from the section. In this research, the methods used to measure the performance of these parts are the modified importance performance analysis (MIPA) method. MIPA can measure the value of comparison between the level of importance of service quality and service performance level from the performance of academic part with the financial part as comparator. Data collection is obtained from the dissemination questionnaire to students STMIK PPKIA Tarakan, as many as 100 questionnaires. The results of this research, based on mapping the quality of MIPA services obtained attribute results of the existence of friendly employees in the top priorities are quadrant I, employees know the needs of students and the appearance of employees when serving students entered in Quadrant II, understanding employees in understanding the students ' problems and obtaining a fast solution, the speed of employees in serving students, Ministry of students regardless of social status , and those entered in Quadrant IV are attributes of employee existence during working hours, employee ability in responding to student complaints.

Abstract

Based on observations where is conducted at PT. Telkom Indonesia in the JABAR REGIONAL 3 Bandung office, especially in the MSO (Management Service Operation) division, is one of the divisions at PT. Telkom Indonesia, which has roles and responsibilities in the construction and maintenance of networks and others. However, the current implementation of the MSO (Management Service Operation) division still has constraints, where the constraints experienced lead to the handling of disturbances which are sometimes less than optimal. The less-than-maximum service in question is the handling of ticketing complaints of disturbances experienced by users or users who are waiting to do the ticket request assignment by the back end (specialist) so that the problem is immediately handled and resolved. Another problem experienced is if there are several reports of complaints of interference PT. Telkom Indonesia is experiencing problems on the network that are not handled quickly, because it is difficult to determine the priority handling of interference complaint tickets. So to overcome these problems, an application of the ticketing management service operation system is used to determine the priority of the handling of the noise ticketing response to disturbance using the weighted product method. Based on the available alternatives will be processed in accordance with the weight of the criteria to obtain the final results and ranking, from the results of the ranking can be known interference complaints which should be prioritized based on the calculation results.

Abstract

Since Covid 19 attacked Indonesia, almost all sectors have been affected. In the education sector, which requires students to study from home (online), in the economic sector the poverty rate is getting higher, many workers have been laid off and some are sent home. The face of the Indonesian economy has become a mess. One of the ways for the government to reduce the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic is to provide social assistance to the community. However, in distributing aid, the distributors are often constrained in prioritizing the recipient community. The mechanisms for distributing aid are complicated and often not well targeted due to inappropriate criteria for beneficiaries and inaccurate / inaccurate data. So that not a few people protested because they did not receive assistance even though they were also affected by the Covid 19 pandemic. The decision support system using the weighted product method was considered capable of finding the highest priority for beneficiaries based on predetermined criteria, namely employment status, home status, domicile, dependents. and income per month. The final result is a rating of vactor V where the alternative which has the highest value has the highest priority to receive assistance.

Abstract

Teacher is the initial peak of the creation of a nation with qualified young generation, both in academic and non-academic. Perintis 1 Depok Vocational School does not have a supportive system for selecting the best teachers yet. In carrying out this process, Depok Perintis 1 Vocational School still records data manually where the data is still recorded in a text book and uses Ms. Excel so determining the results of the best teacher selection takes quite a long time. Therefore, a web application for the selection of the best teachers is needed so it can facilitate the process of assessment and preservation of any existing data. In determining the selection of high achieving teachers in SPK, the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method and Topsis method are used to obtain more accurate results. From the two methods, the results show that the second teacher had the highest result, 74.4 in SAW method calculation and 0.77661 in Topsis method calculation.

Abstract

The 4.0 industrial revolution demands that government services be connected online. The Ministry of Home Affairs can provide services to Local Governments by utilizing technology related to giving the Minister of Home Affairs considerations on regional loans to be easier, faster and electronically documented. At present all Local Governments deliver physical documents directly to the Ministry of the Interior's office to propose consideration regarding regional loans. This is felt to be less effective, due to the high cost of delivering physical documents through official travel, storing data on one computer that is not transparent, and physical documents not documented electronically. This jurnal has developed a regional loan supervision information system using a codeigniter framework using the waterfall method, and using UML and data collection techniques using observation, interviews and literature study methods. The procedures examined include the submission of a request by the regional government along with the required documents, verification and confirmation, filling out the worksheet, submitting the results of consideration, and submitting the report of the Regional Government. The results of this study are expected to provide convenience, the principle of transparency and can do documentation electronically.

Abstract

Herbal medicine is a medicine from natural ingredients whose properties have not been scientifically proven, in other words, it has not been subjected to clinical or clinical trials, but its properties are trusted by people based on experience. And at this time many herbal products are marketed in general, and not a few people are confused to choose the right herbal medicine according to their circumstances, so people have to consult or ask before choosing, and make the store experience a long queue on customers. Therefore an expert system is needed for herbal medicine so that people can choose the right herbal medicine according to their circumstances or conditions, and this system can reduce the queue at the herbal medicine shop customers. Expert system built in this study uses the forward chaining method. Case study for the system that is "Pasuruan herbal shop fan" which contained 70 types of herbal medicine, the results of tests conducted by this system are in accordance with the diagnosis.

Abstract

Many schools need the implementation of articles about the students selection of best transfer Junior High school. In order of fulfil this necessity, we perform a research that giving recommendation of best transfer school for students as a solution by using scientific articles.  The selection need some criterias such as the economics value,study ability, time, and facilities. This research implement Multi-Objective Optimization On The Basic Of Ratio  Analysist (MOORA).The final result of this research is final decision that help selecting best junior high school for students because it give recomendation output from the highest to lowest value of alternative with each criteria in Moora. This research will give best decision in selecting best junior high school transfer as the students expected.

Abstract

Division or work unit of Human Resources (HR) in PT. Kawasan Berikat Nusantara (PT. KBN) (Persero) has job desks including finding and accepting new employees at PT. KBN, handles the process of receiving employee salaries, handles employee data management including employee retirement data. The problem with managing employee pension data is that there is no system that can handle this. So this research aims to be able to help in making a system that fits the needs for managing retirement employee data. By determining the pension application for employees at the age of 51-53 years with an existing position at PT. KBN, namely, head of division, section head, section head, and executive. In determining this, the Clustering method will be used, namely K-means. This method is considered appropriate because it can group data based on the Cluster 's closest center point with the data. Classification of employees based on age and position into 2 groups, namely the submission of pensions at the age of 51 years filing a pension submission of retirement at the age of 53. From the results that have been calculated from 56 data of employees aged 51-53 years resulted in 21 employees being submitted in retirement age 51 years, 35 employees in filing retirement 53 years.

Abstract

Companies need several types of communication technology that can predict customer purchase interest, the goal is that the company can properly consider product sales and determine the company's paint product supply. So far, the decision of the Home Smart sales manager has been made by looking at the closeness of the supplier relationship and how many sponsors are funding the company. So that sometimes the product cannot compete with other companies. The Naive Bayes classifier algorithm is one of the algorithms included in the classification technology. The application of the Naive Bayes method is expected to predict paint purchases from suppliers. From 60 paint purchase data tested with the Naive Bayes method, the results reached 80% of the accuracy of the predictions. Of the 60 tested paint purchase data, 48 paint purchase data were successfully classified correctly.
