Abstract

The parking process at STMIK NH Jambi is still done manually which is only supervised by the security guard on duty at that time, so there is still a weakness in terms of security where the security guard can not control the vehicle in and out during the hours of duty. The purpose of this study is to create a web-based program, especially to facilitate the management of two-wheel parking, data collection and supervision, using the programming language PHP, Bootstrap¸framework CodeIgniter, and PHP Myadmin as a database. The methodology used in this study is directed object, which is poured using UML (Unified Modeling Language) that is Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, and Class Diagram and designing data structure. The results of this parking application processing application is expected to provide ease and safety in the parking process. It can be concluded that this vehicle parking processing application can assist in the issue of incoming and outgoing vehicle governance in detail with clear reports.

Abstract

Public facilities in Jambi Province especially in Jambi City is needed by the public, where one of them is a place of worship. Information about places of worship is considered very necessary, in order to know the location of the place of worship and instructions to get to the place of worship. Making this application in the form of Augmented Reality (AR) to search the location of places of worship in the city of Jambi consisting of mosques, churches, monasteries, and temples with a platform to support the application screen. the database used is SQLite. Stages of this study are the stages of planning, stages of analysis, and stages of application design. The results of this study in the form of applications running on the smartphone operating system android, this application is expected to provide information quickly to find places of worship desired by the user.

Abstract

The management of newborn medical records in hospitals has an important role in generating birth history information, identification of infants and the condition of the baby when born. Panti Waluyo Hospital Surakarta is one of the hospitals that became the reference of labor in the city of Surakarta. Recording of medical records of infant identification and perinatology assessment is still done manually and constrained record quality on the form that causes the reduced value of information from newborns. It is therefore necessary to establish a newborn medical record management software covering infant identification, perinatological assessment and birth certificate to support the accuracy and speed of management of newborn data. This research method includes problem identification, data collection and software development. Software development methods using System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) include Project Identification and Selection, Initiation and Project Planning, Design Stage, Implementation, and Maintenance. This research produces newborn medical record management software consisting of patient data, paramedical data, ward data, diagnostic data, medical action data, infant identification data management, perinatalogi assessment data management and birth certificate. The conclusion of this research is the software has been able to perform data management of newborn medical record, especially baby identification, perinatology and birth certificate quickly and accurately so as to facilitate medical record unit to manage infant birth data information in order to support optimal medical recorder service.

Abstract

ENT disease (ear, nose, and throat) is a health problem that many people suffer anytime and anywhere. However, many people still less knowledgeable about the diseases. It causes mild diseases that could be treated early, develop into serious illness due to lack of information about the symptoms.  RSUD H.Abdul Manap Jambi is one of the government hospitals. They  provides ENT clinic facilities for examinee ear, nose and throat diseases. Patient that want to consult or conduct an ENT examination with an ENT specialist should first register before they can see a doctor for consultation or examination. The expert system of ENT disease diagnosis is built with the aim to adopt expert knowledge (in this case, ENT specialists) so patients can do a preliminary examination of disorders related to ear problems, nose, and throat independently before seeing the doctor. This application could help them have early description obout the ENT diseases they suffer from.  Examination of the ssymptoms  processes by certainty factor where every symptom has certainty value that determined by the expert. Inputs in this system are patient data, symptom data, disease data, knowledge data and polling data. The outputs of this system are patient data reports, symptom data, disease data, knowledge data, diagnostic results, and poll results. The results show that this expert system can help the doctor's job become easier so it can give the diagnosis of ENT disease.

Abstract

The number limited of employees in the processing of document data and correspondence, Satuan Kerja Randal want to build an application that can assist in the process of archiving documents. By using application documents, the documents can be stored in digital form that can save storage, in addition to electronic data can facilitate users, especially in searching documents and letters that have been past. The process of structuring documents can be done well without fear of loss of documents. With the application is expected to improve employee performance for the better, because the administrative data has been computerized so that the work process more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren Nurul Iman Muaro Jambi is one of foundation that is in kabupaten muaro jambi .Information media are dipondok pesantren still still not use internet media , to follow time progress the complex this and introduce pondok pesantren nurul iman virtual world , it takes information systems and are equipped with the registration form santri online , and produce information that more update .The purpose of the construction these information systems is meant to make ease the registration process santri also attends located outside regions .Because santri pondok pesantren nurul iman not only come from kabupaten muaro jambi just , namely tanjung jabung east , tanjung jabung west , bahakan from outside provincial as palembang , riau , lampung .Excess of these information systems assist the pondok pesantren in dataWith dirancangnya information system is expected to optimize the candidates santri to the registration online .That the process the registration was not manually again.

Abstract

Organizing fund from deconcentration fund and / or fund of assistance task to conduct development activities, development, and bridge in kelolah by SKPD-TD Public Works Department of Jambi Province which directly responsible to Governor. The amount of data needed to be recorded will cause the length of process analysis, process and produce data that is less accurate, the current road measurement process still using manual calculation process with archiving in the form of printed documents. while the funding that tried the government is limited. The problem of handling the long road of the national road while the Budget has not been proportional through the SKPD-TP of the Public Works Department of Jambi Province should prioritize which roads should indeed improve first. To discuss the above problem, then the solution for Decision Support System (SPK) determination of road improvements. Many problems can be released by using Decision Support System (SPK), a method that can be used in the process of SPK Analytical Hierarchy Process Analysis (AHP). Abstract

Group decision support system (GDSS) of assistant lecturer is a decision support systemsmodeledto help a group of decision maker assessing students that enroll as lecturer assistant applicant. The decision model used in this research is Multi Attribute Decision Making (MADM) TOPSIS method with 10  assessment criteria that is grades (C1), cumulative index (C2), Teaching Skill (C3), Mastery of Material (C4), Class Mastery (C5), Cooperation (C6), Motivation (C7), Discipline (C8), Responsibility (C9), and Experience (C10) while the group decision using the Borda voting model.The result of this research is the decision making model of the assessment of prospective lecturer assistant in group.

Abstract

Decision support system (DSS) is part of a computer-based information system including a knowledge-based system or knowledge management is used to support decision making in an organization or company. Can also be regarded as a computer system that processes data into information for decision-making on specific semi-structured problems. As well as in PT. Multi Structure Aroya the absence of a ranking employee performance evaluation, the slow manufacture of employee performance evaluation reports. With the above problems it will build a decision support system with the calculation method Profile Matching by assuming that there is an ideal level of predictor variables that must be met by the subjects studied, rather than a minimum level which must be met or passed. Which is expected to overcome the existing problems in the system currently running. Data input is processed namely employee data, the data positions, the data value position and value profile employee profile. While the needs of the process is the calculation method Profile Matching. With the decision support system of employee performance evaluation using the Profile Matching method is expected to help the employee performance evaluation process more objective.

Abstract

The development of technology science today is characterized by the emergence of tools that use the application of digital and automatic controllers. Technology becomes a very useful thing for human life, starting from mechanical technology, electricity, and of course telecommunication technology. In this era of globalization, technology is very helpful for human activities to make it easier and more efficient. The use of website technology can now be applied as a control and monitoring system, which is used to control electrical devices, so users simply control from a PC or smartphone that has been connected to Wi-Fi or the Internet. In this case the control using Raspberry Pi which has several advantages such as low power and relatively easy when connected to the web server compared with the microcontroller. By utilizing Raspberry Pi as web server can replace the function of PC in general.
